Abstract

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Sensor mit einem mechanisch-elektrischen Wandler zur Erzeugung eines von einer Auslenkung abhängigen Meßsignals, wobei zwischen einer Lichtquelle und einem lichtempfindlichen Bauelement ein scheibenförmiger Körper aus einem ganz oder teilweise lichtdurchlässigen Material derart beweglich gelagert und/oder geführt ist, dass ein von der Lichtquelle ausgehender und von dem lichtempfindlichen Bauelement aufgefangener Lichtstrahl das lichtdurchlässige Material des scheibenförmigen Körpers bei verschiedenen Positionen desselben vorzugsweise etwa lotrecht durchsetzt und bei einer Bewegung des scheibenförmigen Körpers eine Bahn auf diesem beschreibt, wobei entlang der von dem Lichtstrahl auf dem scheibenförmigen Körper beschriebenen Bahn eine Linie aus einem undurchsichtigen Material appliziert ist, deren Breite sich von einem ersten Punkt der Bahn bis zu einem weiteren Punkt der Bahn kontinuierlich vergrößert, so dass die undurchsichtige Linie je nach Bahnpunkt einen mehr oder weniger großen Teil des von der Lichtquelle ausgesandten Lichts auffängt.
