Abstract

본 발명에서는 친수성 용매로 유리전이온도를 낮춘 전해질 막을 채용한 고분자 전해질용 막-전극 어셈블리의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조되는 고분자 전해질용 막-전극 어셈블리를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의한 전해질용 막-전극 어셈블리의 제조방법에서는 데칼공정을 이용한 종래의 고분자 전해질용 막-전극 어셈블리의 제조방법에 있어 촉매가 전사되는 전해질 막의 유리전이온도를 낮춤으로써, 상대적으로 유리전이온도가 높은 전해질 막 소재인 경우도 핫프레싱 조건인 120℃내외에서 촉매를 100%전사시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라, 종래 방법의 문제점이던 전해질 막의 열화로 발생되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
