Abstract

본원은 열 박리성 시트가 부착된 그래핀과 목적 기판을 접촉시키는 단계; 핫프레스의 상부 프레스 및 하부 프레스를 이용하여 상기 열 박리성 시트가 부착된 그래핀과 상기 목적 기판을 가압 및 가열함으로써, 상기 열 박리성 시트와 상기 그래핀을 분리함과 동시에 상기 분리된 그래핀을 상기 목적 기판 상으로 전사하는 단계를 포함하는, 핫프레스를 이용한 그래핀의 전사 방법 및 상기 전사 공정을 위한 그래핀 전사용 핫프레스 장치를 제공한다.
