背景技术
洗衣服的原理: 无论采用机洗还是手洗, 理想的做法是先制作好浓度合适、 均匀 的洗衣液, 再将要洗的衣物投入搅匀, 通过洗涤液的浸泡, 运用洗涤剂的张力将污垢与 衣物分离开, 才能洗干净衣物。
用洗衣机正确的洗衣方法应该是: 先开机放水, 水放够后投入洗涤剂与水充分混 合, 再投入衣物浸泡洗涤。
但 ώ于放水需要时间, 人们为了省事, 通常直接将衣物投入洗衣机的洗衣桶, 凭 经验投入一定量的洗涤剂,再开始进水洗衣服。由于不是事先做好浓度均匀的洗衣液 放衣物浸泡, 导致衣物吸饱水后, 洗涤剂就难以融入到衣物的纤维间去了, 所以常常出 现洗得不够干净的情况, 并且, 部份衣物由于与高浓度的洗涤剂接触较长时间, 甚至出 现脱色的现象。
虽然有些具有投放洗涤剂功能的洗衣机, 是在进水过程中将未经稀释的洗涤剂直 接投放进洗衣桶, 容易损坏衣物。 在申请号为 200820034740. 7的专利中公开了洗衣机 洗衣粉自动添加装置, 优点是能够自动投放洗衣粉, 并克服了洗衣粉结块堵塞的问题, 不足是直接将洗衣粉投入洗衣桶, 容易损坏衣物。
部份全自动洗衣机工作时是全密闭, 如果要做好洗衣液再投放衣物就非常的不方 便。
在申请号为 201010179091.1的专利中公开了一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂和消毒剂自 动添加装置,优点是做到了相对精确的控制,缺点是洗涤剂是在进水过程中采用阶段性 投放, 仍然不能做到进入洗衣桶的都是浓度均匀的洗衣液, 并且结构比较复杂。
因此, 需要寻找洗衣机的投放装置, 不但能使洗涤剂在进水过程中持续地与水进 行充分的混合形成浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液, 并且不会出现洗衣粉堵塞的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,能够把洗涤剂与进水充分混合制作浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液的洗涤剂投放及混合装置, 当投放的是洗衣粉时,不会出现堵塞不能进料 的情况。 本发明的技术方案是: 一种洗涤剂投放及混合装置, 由进水阀 1、 涡轮搅拌器 2、 出料嘴 3、 螺旋泵 4、 料桶 5、 马达 6、 感应器 7和控制器 8组成, 所述的进水阀 1与料 桶 5之间安置了涡轮搅拌器 2, 所述的涡轮搅拌器 2设有进水口、 出水口和进料口, 所述的涡轮搅拌器 2的进料口与料桶 5的出料口连通,所述的涡轮搅拌器 2上安置了感 应器 7, 所述的感应器 7通常采用水流感应器或霍尔感应器; 所述的料桶 5的出料口内 安置了一个鸭嘴形的出料嘴 3, 所述的出料嘴 3采用弹性的橡胶制造; 当马达 6和螺旋 泵 4没有工作时, 出料嘴 3的下部开口呈封闭状态,使料桶 5中的洗涤剂不能进入涡轮 搅拌器 2; 洗衣机工作时, 控制器启动进水阀 1, 水流进入涡轮搅拌器 2, 带动涡轮的 叶片转动,控制器 8检测感应器 7的输出信号,并根据感应器 7传回的信号分析出进水 的流量情况;这时如果洗衣机处于需要添加洗涤剂的进水阶段,再结合用户在洗衣机控 制面板上选择的进水量、衣物类型洗涤要求等参数, 控制器 8综合计算分析后, 就能够 得出在本阶段的进水期间, 总共要添加多少洗涤剂, 以及添加的周期是多长, 再结合螺 旋泵挤压洗涤剂进入涡轮搅拌器 2的经验值,就能够计算出应该给马达输出多少电压和 电流才能达到最佳投放量的目的; 控制器 8根据计算出的结果给马达 6提供电压电流, 马达 6带动螺旋泵 4工作, 把料桶 5内的洗涤剂搅拌并挤进出料嘴 3, 在压力作用下, 洗涤剂进一歩挤开出料嘴 3的下部开口, 进入涡轮搅拌器 2, 在涡轮叶的搅拌下与水充 分混合, 然后通过涡轮搅拌器 2的出水口注入洗衣桶内。 当洗衣机处于不需要添加洗涤剂的进水阶段, 虽然控制器 8同样能够检测到感 器 7传来的进水信号, 但不给马达输出电压电流, 这样, 洗涤剂就不会进入涡轮搅拌器 2, 注入洗衣桶内的是清水。 本发明的有益效果是:
1、 能够按要求比例自动投放洗涤剂, 并能够使洗涤剂与进水充分混合, 使进入洗 衣桶的是浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 一种洗涤剂投放及混合装置, 由进水阀 1、 涡轮搅拌器 2、 出料嘴 3、 螺旋泵 4、 料桶 5、 马达 6、 感应器 7和控制器 8组成, 所述的进水阀 1与料桶 5 之间安置了涡轮搅拌器 2, 所述的涡轮搅拌器 2设有进水口、 出水口和进料口, 所 的涡轮搅拌器 2的进料口与料桶 5的出料口连通。
所述的料桶 5的出料口内安置了一个鸭嘴形的出料嘴 3。
在所述的料桶 5底部设置了由马达 6驱动的螺旋泵 4。
所述的涡轮搅拌器 2上安置了感应器 7。感应器 7通常采用水流感应器或霍尔感 应器。
所述的出料嘴 3采用弹性的橡胶制造。出料嘴 3呈鸭嘴形,在没有受到足够大的 挤压力时, 出料嘴 3的下部开口呈封闭状态, 使料桶 5中的洗涤剂不能进入涡轮搅拌 器 2; 当马达 6带动螺旋泵 4工作时, 在强大的压力作用下, 洗涤剂挤开出料嘴 3的 下部开口, 顺利进入涡轮搅拌器 2。
洗衣机工作时, 控制器启动进水阀 1, 水流进入涡轮搅拌器 2, 带动涡轮的叶片 转动, 控制器 8检测感应器 7的输出信号, 并根据感应器 7传回的信号分析出进水的 流量情况; 这时如果洗衣机处于需要添加洗涤剂的进水阶段, 再结合用户在洗衣机控 制面板上选择的进水量、 衣物类型洗涤要求等参数, 控制器 8综合计算分析后, 就能 够得出在本阶段的进水期间, 总共要添加多少洗涤剂, 以及添加的周期是多长, 再结 合螺旋泵挤压洗涤剂进入涡轮搅拌器 2的经验值,就能够计算出应该给马达输出多少 电压和电流才能达到最佳投放量的目的。控制器 8根据计算出的结果给马达提供电压 电流, 使马达驱动螺旋泵 4工作, 把料桶 5内的洗涤剂搅拌并挤进出料嘴 3进入涡轮 搅拌器 2, 在涡轮叶的搅拌下与水充分混合, 然后通过涡轮搅拌器 2的出水口注入洗 衣桶内。
当洗衣机处于不需要添加洗涤剂的进水阶段,虽然控制器 8同样能够检测到感应 器 7传来的进水信号, 但不给马达输出电压电¾1, 这样, 洗涤剂就不会进入涡轮搅拌 器 2, 注入洗衣桶内的是清水。
在实际的洗衣过程中, 有时还需要添加柔顺剂、消毒剂等其他洗涤物品。采用上 述添加洗涤剂的技术方案就能够实现, 具体实现办法: 每增加一种添加剂, 就增加一 套料桶、 马达、 出料嘴等配件, 并在涡轮搅拌器上开有相应的进料孔, 统一由控制器 进行管控。
如果需要添加的是臭氧, 把料桶、 螺旋泵改成臭氧发生器和气泵即可实现。 采用本发明的洗涤剂投放及混合装置的洗衣机,人们可以在洗衣时直接把衣物投 入洗衣机, 再在洗衣机的控制面板上选择水位、 衣物类型、 需要的注入量等参数, 再 启动洗衣机工作即可。洗衣机在注水阶段会自动将洗涤剂与水充分混合后再注入洗衣 桶内。
