虽然有些具有投放洗涤剂功能的洗衣机, 是在进水过程中将未经稀释的洗涤剂直 接投放进洗衣桶, 容易损坏衣物。 在申请号为 200820034740. 7的专利中公开了洗衣机 洗衣粉自动添加装置, 优点是能够自动投放洗衣粉, 并克服了洗衣粉结块堵塞的问题, 不足是直接将洗衣粉投入洗衣桶, 容易损坏衣物。
部份全自动洗衣机工作时是全密闭, 如果要做好洗衣液再投放衣物就非常的不方 便。
在申请号为 201010179091. 1的专利中公开了一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂和消毒剂自 动添加装置,优点是做到了相对精确的控制,缺点是洗涤剂是在进水过程中采用阶段性 投放, 仍然不能做到进入洗衣桶的都是浓度均匀的洗衣液, 并且结构比较复杂。
因此, 需要寻找一种用于洗衣机的投放装置, 不但投放的洗涤剂的量与所洗衣物 所需要的量是一致的, 并且, 洗涤剂能够在进水过程中持续地与水进行充分的混合, 从 而使进入洗衣桶的都是浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,能够实现精确控制投放,并能够与进水充分混 合制作浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液的一种投放装置及选用该装置的洗衣机。 本发明的技术方案是:一种投放装置, 由进水阔 1、冲洗阀 2、涡轮 3、涡杆机构 4、 螺旋泵 5、 料斗 6组成, 所述的进水阀 与料斗 6之间安置了涡轮 3, 所述的涡轮 3设 有进水口 31、 进料口 32和出水口 33; 所述的进水口 31与进水阀 1连通, 进料口 32与 螺旋泵 5的出料口连通; 出水口 33与冲洗阔 2连通; 所述的涡轮 3的涡轮轴与涡杆机 构 4连接, 所述的涡杆机构 4的轴与螺旋泵 5的动力轴 51连接; 所述的螺旋泵 5的入 口端位于料斗 6的底部内侧, 出口端设有阀门 52。

本发明的有益效果是-
1、 能够按要求比例自动投放洗涤剂, 并能够使洗涤剂与进水充分混合, 使进入洗 衣桶的是浓度合适、 均勾的洗衣液。

为了适应不同的洗涤剂的浓度,还可以在涡杆机构 4与螺旋泵 5之间设置一个调 速机构, 或在进料口 32设置一个可调整的变径装置。

(5 )、 料斗 (6) 组成, 其特征在于: 所述的进水阀 (1 ) 与料斗 (6) 之间安置了 涡轮 (3 ), 所述的涡轮 (3) 设有进水口 (31 )、 进料口 (32) 和出水口 (33); 所 述的进水口 (31 ) 与进水阀 (1 ) 连通, 进料口 (32) 与螺旋泵 (5) 的出料口连 通; 出水口 (33)与冲洗阀(2)连通; 所述的涡轮(3) 的涡轮轴与涡杆机构(4) 连接, 所述的涡杆机构 (4) 的轴与螺旋泵 (5) 的动力轴 (51 ) 连接; 所述的螺 旋泵 (5) 的入口端位于料斗 (6) 的底部内侧, 出口端设有阀门 (52)。
、 根据权利要求 1所述的投放装置, 其特征在于: 在涡杆机构 (4) 与螺旋泵 (5 ) 之间设置一个调速机构, 用于调节螺旋泵 5的旋转速度, 从而达到调节洗涤剂流 量的目的。
、 一种洗衣机, 其特征在于: 包括权利要求 1至 2任一项所述的投放装置。
、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在洗衣机内设置多个共用一个冲洗 阀 (2)的投放装置, 每个投放装置用于添加一种洗涤剂或柔顺剂。
、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在洗衣机内设置多个共用一个冲洗 阀 (2)、 一个进水阀(1)、 一个涡轮 (3)和一个涡杆机构 (4)的投放装置, 每个投放 装置用于添加一种洗涤剂或柔顺剂。
、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述的涡杆机构 (4)通过调速机构分 别与每个投放装置的螺旋泵 (5)的动力轴 (51)连接。
、 根据权利要求 4所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 洗衣机还设有控制系统, 所述的控 制系统自动判断进水阶段是否需要添加洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂, 如果不需要添加洗涤 剂和 /或柔顺剂, 关闭所有的进水阀 (1 ) 和阀门 (52), 洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂不会 流入涡轮 (3 ) 内, 打开冲洗阀 (2) 进水; 如果需要添加洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂, 就 打开与需要添加的洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂对应的进水阀(1 )、 涡轮(3)和阀门(52), 进水阀 (1 ) 流入的水带动涡轮 (3 ) 工作, 涡轮 (3 ) 驱动涡杆机构 (4) 工作, 涡杆机构 (4)带动螺旋泵(5 )工作, 将料斗(6) 中的洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂传送至 涡轮 G ) 的腔内, 通过涡轮叶片的搅动, 与进水阀 (1 ) 进来的水进行充分混合- 从而使从出水端 (33 ) 流出的是洗衣浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液。
、 根据权利要求 6所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 洗衣机还设有控制系统, 洗衣机的 控制系统自动判断进水阶段是否需要添加洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂, 如果不需要添加洗 涤剂和 /或柔顺剂, 关闭进水阀(1)和阀门(52), 洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂不会流入涡轮 (3)内,打开冲洗阀(2)进水;如果需要添加洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂,就打开进水阀(1), 以及与需要添加的洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂对应的调速机构、 阀门(52), 进水阀(1)流 入的水带动涡轮 (3)工作, 涡轮 (3)驱动涡杆机构 (4)工作, 涡杆机构 (4)通过调速 机构带动相应的螺旋泵 (5)工作, 将该螺旋泵 (5)所在的料斗 (6)中的洗涤剂和 /或 柔顺剂传送至涡轮 (3)的腔内, 通过涡轮叶片的搅动, 与进水阔(1)进来的水进行 充分混合, 从而使从出水端 (33)流出的是洗衣浓度合适、 均匀的洗衣液。
根据权利要求 7或 8所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 洗衣机的控制系统根据用户选 择的洗衣量来确定需要添加的洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂量, 再通过进水的时长来决定洗 涤剂和 /或柔顺剂从料斗 (6) 通过螺旋泵 (5 ) 流入涡轮 (3 ) 的速度, 实现在进 水的整个过程中, 均匀的添加洗涤剂和 /或柔顺剂, 并在涡轮 (3 ) 内通过涡轮叶 片的搅动混合均匀。
