여성들은 자신을 보다 아름답게 표현하기 위하여 여러 가지의 화장품을 이용하여 색조화장을 하게 되고, 그중의 하나가 파우더이다.
상기 파우더는 가볍게 펴서 피부에 바를 때 사용감이 좋고, 물에 강한 발수성을 가지고 있어 화장을 하였을 때 산뜻함을 느끼게 됨은 물론 화장한 상태가 자연스럽다.
일반적으로 파우더를 이용하여 화장을 하고자 할 때 파우더 용기의 용기몸체에 수용되어 있는 파우더를 별도로 비치되어 있는 퍼프에 묻혀 화장을 하도록 되어 있다.
상기와 같이 용기몸체에 비치되어 있는 퍼프를 이용하여 화장을 할 때 또는 화장을 고칠 때 파우더가 들어 있는 용기 몸체를 바닥에 내려놓은 상태에서 한쪽 손에는 거울을 들고, 다른 한 손으로 퍼프를 잡고 용기 몸체에 담겨 있는 파우더를 퍼프에 찍어 얼굴 화장을 하는 것이어서, 파우더를 이용한 화장이 매우 번거럽고, 파우더가 묻은 퍼프를 바닥에 놓여진 용기 몸체로부터 얼굴까지 이동시키는 과정에서 퍼프에 묻은 파우더가 비산되는 문제가 야기됨은 물론, 용기몸체를 바닥에 놓고 사용하기 때문에 용기몸체에 예기치 않은 외력이 가해졌을 때 용기몸체가 넘어져 파우더를 쏟게 되는 문제가 발생하기도 한다.

본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기는, 서로의 곡률 중심점을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 속이 빈 반원형의 내, 외장 케이스와; 상기 내장 케이스의 상단 개구부에 그 하면이 결합되고, 상면에 브러쉬가 결합된 파우더 배출 케이스와; 상기 파우더 배출 케이스의 중간 분리막에 일렬로 형성된 다수의 배출홀을 개폐하도록 상기 중간 분리막의 하면에 삽입되어 두 개의 원형봉으로 상기 파우더 배출 케이스에 결합된 파우더 배출부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 브러쉬(1)는 상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)에 삽입될 때 다수의 배출홀(32)과 일치하도록 그 몸체에 수직홀(1a)이 형성되어 사용시 브러쉬(1)로 내장케이스(10)의 내의 파우더가 배출되도록 되어 있다.
다음에 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기의 작용 및 효과를 설명한다.
먼저 그 조립과정을 설명하면, 파우더가 담겨진 내장케이스(10)의 상부 개구를 통해 파우더 배출 케이스(30)를 안착 결합하게 되는 바, 상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 중간 분리막(31)의 하면에 파우더 배출부재(50)를 삽입하고, 두 개의 원형봉(40)을 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 장공(33)과 파우더 배출부재(50)의 하단 삽입홀(52)에 삽입한다. 그리고, 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 중간 분리막(31)의 상부면에 브러쉬(1)를 삽입하여 그 수직홀(1a)들이 중간 분리막(31)의 다수의 배출홀(32)과 매칭되도록 한다.
이와 같이 조립된 파우더 배출 케이스(30)를 내장케이스(10)의 상부 개구를 통해 삽입하여 상기 장공(33)이 내장케이스(10)의 양측으로 돌설되도록 결합하고, 장공(33)의 외주변에 형성된 원주형의 홈(35)에 오링(70)을 끼운다. 이와 같이 파우더 배출 케이스(30)와 내장케이스(10)가 결합된 상태에서, 상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 상부측으로 외장케이스(20)를 결합하면서 상기 원형봉(40)의 양단부가 외장케이스(20)의 편심원형홀(22)의 내주면에 위치하도록 조립한다.
그리고, 원형캡(60)을 외장케이스(20)에 끼우게 되는데, 그 두 개의 걸림돌기(61)를 외장케이스(20)의 편심원형홀(22)을 통과하여 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 사각홈(34)에 끼워 고정하고, 그 돌기(62)는 상기 외장케이스(20)의 반원형 띠형상홀(21)에 삽입하여 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기와 같이 조립이 완료된 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기는 파우더를 사용시에는 도 4와 같이 내장케이스(10)를 좌우방향 중 한 방향으로 회전시키면, 내장케이스(10)는 외장케이스(20) 내로 삽입되고 브러쉬(1)가 외부로 노출된다. 이와 같이 브러쉬(1)가 외부로 노출되면 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 중간 분리막(31)에 형성된 다수의 배출홀(32)과 파우더 배출부재(50)의 배출부재용 홀(51)이 일치하여 내장케이스(10)의 내의 파우더가 브러쉬(1)로 배출된다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다할 것이다.
본 발명은 내장케이스를 외장케이스 내에서 회전될 수 있도록 하고, 상기 내장케이스가 외장케이스의 내부에 있도록 회전시키면 파우더 배출 케이스의 다수의 배출홀과 파우더 배출부재의 다수의 배출부재용 홀이 일치되어 파우더가 브러쉬로 배출되도록 하고, 내장케이스의 브러쉬를 외장케이스의 내부에 있도록 회전시키면 파우더 배출 케이스의 다수의 배출홀과 파우더 배출부재의 다수의 배출부재용 홀이 어긋나도록 하여 파우더가 브러쉬로 배출되지 않도록 하여 사용상 편리하며, 외관이 미려한 효과를 가지고 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 서로의 곡률 중심점을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 속이 빈 반원형의 내, 외장 케이스(10, 20)와;
    상기 내장 케이스(10)의 상단 개구부에 그 하면이 결합되고, 상면에 브러쉬(1)가 결합된 파우더 배출 케이스(30)와;
    상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 중간 분리막(31)에 일렬로 형성된 다수의 배출홀(32)을 개폐하도록 상기 중간 분리막(31)의 하면에 삽입되어 두 개의 원형봉(40)으로 상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)에 결합된 파우더 배출부재(50)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 외장케이스(20)는, 그 외주면 중심부 양측면에 개구되지 않은 외주면과 동일한 곡률을 갖도록 형성된 반원형 띠형상홀(21)와;
    상기 반원형 띠형상홀(21)의 곡률 중심으로부터 상기 중간 분리막(31)을 기준으로 수평으로 편심되도록 형성된 편심 원형홀(22)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)는, 타원형의 부재로서, 장축 방향인 양측면에 수평으로 형성되어 상기 두 개의 원형봉(40)의 단부가 삽입되는 장공(33)과;
    상기 장공(33)의 상하면에 형성된 사각홈(34)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 파우더 배출부재(50)는, 상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 중간 분리막(31)의 하단면에 밀착되는 직사각형 판 형상의 부재로서,
    상기 중간 분리막(31)의 다수의 배출홀(32)과 동일선상에 형성되어 상기 내장케이스(10)가 외장케이스(20) 내에 삽입될 시는 상기 다수의 배출홀(32)과 일치되도록 형성된 배출부재용 홀(51)과;
    상기 파우더 배출부재(50)의 하면에 단축 방향으로 상기 두 개의 원형봉(40)이 삽입되도록 형성된 삽입홀(52)로 이루어지고;
    상기 중간 분리막(31)에 형성된 다수의 배출홀(32)은 상기 편심 원형홀(22)이 편심된 방향과 반대 방향으로 편심된 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 외장케이스(20)의 양측 곡률반경 중심부에 삽입되는 원형캡(60)을 더 포함하고;
    상기 원형캡(60)은,
    상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 상하 두 개의 사각홈(34)에 삽입되도록 형성된 걸림돌기(61)와;
    상기 걸림돌기(61)의 일측면에는 상기 외장케이스(20)의 반원형 띠형상홀(21)에 삽입되도록 형성된 돌기(62)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 외장 및 내장케이스(20, 10)의 결합부 사이에 삽입되어 기밀을 유지하는 오링(70)으로 더 포함하고;
    상기 오링(70)은 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 장공(33)의 외주변에 형성된 원주형의 홈(35)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 중간 분리막(31)의 상면에 삽입된 브러쉬(1)는 상기 파우더 배출 케이스(30)의 다수의 배출홀(32)과 일치하도록 그 몸체에 수직홀(1a)이 형성되어 사용시 브러쉬(1)로 내장케이스(10)의 내의 파우더가 배출되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬가 장착된 회전형 파우더 용기.
