본 발명의 특허 권리화 하기 위해 0.2 내지 5mm로 설정하고 있으나 그 이하 도는 그 이상 역시 본원 발명의 권리에 포함됨을 알 수 있습니다.
도 11과 같이 본 발명의 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라에 있어서 브러쉬 샤프트는 샤프트 몸체(12)에 나선형 걸림홈(18)이 형성되어 있어 브러쉬 샤프트(10)에 나선형 브러쉬 밴드(20)를 단단하게 결합할 수 있다.
도 1과 같이 본 발명의 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라에 있어서 브러쉬 샤프트는 상하부에 샤프트캡(40,40')이 결합되어 있어 브러쉬 샤프트(10)에 나선형 브러쉬 밴드(20)를 단단하게 고정할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예는 브러쉬 샤프트의 상부 또는 하부에 샤프트캡을 사용하지 않고 상측의 경우 브러쉬 상단면에 본딩 또는 샤프트 끝부분을 녹여서 브러쉬와 샤프트를 결합하는 방식으로 고정할 수 있으며, 하부는 하부캡 또는 상부와 같이 접착재로 본딩 결합 또는 열접합으로 고정이 가능한 것 역시 본원 발명의 권리에 속함을 알 수 있습니다.
본 발명의 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라에 있어서 브러쉬 돌기는 강한 모 및 약한 모 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 모(毛)인 것이 바람직하다.
도 12에 도시한 본 발명의 브러쉬 돌기(30)는 나선형 브러쉬 밴드(20)에 일체로 형성되며, 단부가 라운드 진 원기둥 돌기(30-3)와, 단부가 뾰족한 브러쉬 돌기(30-4), 원기둥 돌기(30-3)와 단부가 뾰족한 브러쉬 돌기(30-4) 중에 어느 하나를 선택하여 형성한 특징이 있다. 상기 브러쉬 돌기의 형태는 다양하게 형성이 가능하다.
상기 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라는 사용자의 용도와 취향에 따라서 단부가 라운드 진 원기둥 돌기로만 형성된 것을 사용할 수 있고, 단부가 뾰족한 브러쉬 돌기만을 사용할 수 있으며, 원기둥 돌기와 단부가 뾰족한 브러쉬 돌기를 혼합된 형태로 사용이 가능하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라에 있어서,
    브러쉬 샤프트(10); 상기 브러쉬 샤프트(10)의 몸체(12)에 나선형으로 감아서 결합될 수 있도록 밴드 형태로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 밴드 몸체(22)의 상부표면에 다수개의 브러쉬 돌기(30)가 형성된 나선형 브러쉬 밴드(20);로 이루어져 브러쉬 샤프트 면에 일정하게 나선형으로 감아서 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 밴드는
    밴드 몸체(22)의 안쪽에 다수개의 걸림홈(26)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 밴드는
    밴드 몸체(22)의 상부표면에 형성되어 있는 브러쉬 돌기(30)의 배열이 일자 형태 배열 및 지그재그식 형태 배열 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 밴드는
    상기 브러쉬 밴드의 시작과 끝단에 고정구(24,24')를 형성하거나 밴드 몸체(22)에 다수개의 고정구(24-1)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 밴드는
    밴드 몸체(22)의 길이가 100 내지 400mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 밴드는
    밴드 몸체(22)의 두께가 0.2 내지 5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 샤프트는
    샤프트 몸체(12)에 나선형 걸림홈(18)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 샤프트는
    상부 또는 하부, 상하부 중에 어느 하나를 선택하여 샤프트캡(40,40')을 결합하여 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬 돌기(20)는
    단부가 라운드 진 원기둥 돌기(30-3)와, 단부가 뾰족한 브러쉬 돌기(30-4), 원기둥 돌기(30-3)와 단부가 뾰족한 브러쉬 돌기(30-4)가 혼합된 것 중에 어느 하나를 선택하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 화장용 마스카라.
