속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라
본 발명은 브러쉬에 의해 속눈썹을 화장하는 마스카라에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 버튼 조작에 의해 상,하부 브러쉬가 집게 작동하면서 속눈썹의 단순 화장 이외에 간단하고 효과적으로 커링 성형하는 기능을 부가하여 사용 만족성이 매우 우수한 속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 마스카라(Mascara)는 속눈썹에 웨이브를 형성함과 함께 마스카라액을 도포하여 짙어 보이도록 사용하는 화장품이다.
이러한 마스카라는 마스카라 액이 묻어 있는 브러시를 속눈썹의 기단으로부터 상방으로 쓸어 올리면서 마스카라 액을 도포하도록 주로 사용하는 것이다.
이와 같은 마스카라는 브러쉬만으로 속눈썹의 웨이브를 잘 형성하지 못하므로 별도 고데기 또는 속눈썹 성형구를 이용하여 속눈썹의 웨이브를 성형하게 되는데, 이와 같이 속눈썹 화장을 위하여 종래에는 마스카라와 별도로 고데기 또는 속눈썹 성형구를 휴대해야 하는 번거로운 점이 있었다.
이러한 번거로움을 해결하고자 마스카라에 고데기가 일체 형성된 마스카라가 대한민국 실용신안등록 제20-0397146호에 개시된 바 있는데, 이는 손잡이(용기 캡)를 중심으로 일 측에는 고데기, 타 측에는 마스카라 브러쉬를 마련하되, 상기 고데기는 내부 발열체의 발열에 의해 속눈썹에 도포된 마스카라 액을 경화시키도록 사용하는 것이다.
그러나 상기한 고데기 일체형 마스카라는 손잡이(용기 캡)의 방향을 좌우로 바꾸면서 고데기와 마스카라 브러쉬를 사용하여야 하기 때문에 화장에 큰 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
더욱이 속눈썹을 단순히 고데기로 빗어주는 것에 의해 웨이브를 형성하기 때문에 웨이브 형성이 효과적이지 못하여 화장 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 대한민국 실용신안등록 제20-467821호에서는 손잡이(용기 캡)의 일 측에 안쪽과 바깥쪽에 고데기와 브러쉬를 대향 마련하여 손잡이를 좌우로 바꾸지 않고 사용하도록 하였으나 이 또한 고데기와 브러쉬의 사용을 위해 손잡이를 전후로 180°회전시켜 사용하여야 하기 때문에 여전히 사용상 불편함을 갖고 있음은 물론 무엇보다 속눈썹의 웨이브 성형이 효과적이지 못하여 화장 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점을 여전히 갖고 있었다.

본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술이 갖는 제반 문제점을 해결하고자 발명된 것으로서, 버튼 조작에 의해 상,하부 브러쉬가 집게 작동하면서 속눈썹의 단순 화장 이외에 간단하고 효과적으로 커링 성형하는 기능을 부가하여 사용 만족성을 매우 우수하게 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 상기 상,하부 브러쉬의 내측을 반원형의 요홈부와 돌기부로 대응 형성하여 속눈썹을 집게 형태로 집어 주는 것만으로 커링 성형이 간단하면서 효과적으로 형성되도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명은 마스카라 액이 수용되는 용기 본체와, 상기 용기 본체 상부에 나사 결합되는 용기 캡과, 상기 용기 캡 하부에 돌출 형성된 고정관과, 상기 고정관 하부에 연결되게 결합되는 하부 브러쉬와, 상기 고정관과 하부 브러쉬 내부에 전후 이동 가능하도록 삽입되는 작동 로드와, 상기 용기 캡에 설치되어 누름 작동에 의해 작동 로드를 전진 이등시키는 작동 버튼과, 상기 작동 로드를 원위치로 후진 이동시키는 복귀 스프링 및, 상기 하부 브러쉬 상부에 축 결합되되, 후단이 작동 로드 선단과 힌지 결합되어 작동 로드의 전후 이동에 따라 축 중심으로 상하 회전하면서 집게 작동하는 상부 브러쉬로 구성되고, 상기 하부 브러쉬와 상부 브러쉬는 전체적으로 눈두덩 모양과 같이 라운드 곡면으로 형성되어 짐에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 하부 브러쉬와 상부 브러쉬의 내측은 반원형의 요홈부와 반원형의 돌기부가 서로 대응 형성되는 구조로 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 하부 브러쉬와 상부 브러쉬의 일 측에는 양분된 길이 방향을 따라 속눈썹을 빗기 위한 브러쉬모들을 돌출 형성하거나, 또는 상기 하부 브러쉬 또는 상부 브러쉬의 어느 일 측으로만 브러쉬모들이 구성되어 짐에 그 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 용기 캡의 고정관과 하부 브러쉬의 결합부 사이에는 작동 로드의 외측 둘레에 탄발 밀착하여 에어 타이트 기능을 갖는 인너 패킹을 설치 구성함에 그 특징이 있다.
[발명의 효과]
이러한 본 발명은 용기 뚜껑의 버튼 조작에 의해 상,하부 브러쉬가 집게 작동하면서 속눈썹의 단순 화장 이외에 간단하고 효과적으로 커링 성형하는 기능을 부가하여 사용 만족성이 매우 우수할 뿐 아니라 하부 브러쉬와 상부 브러쉬의 집게부분이 전체적으로 눈두덩 모양과 같이 라운드 곡면으로 형성되어 있어서 속눈썹을 한번에 전체적으로 집어 화장 및 커링하는 것이 가능하게 되는 효과를 갖게 되는 것이다.
특히, 상기 상,하부 브러쉬의 내측을 반원형의 요홈부와 돌기부로 대응 형성하여 속눈썹을 집어 주는 것만으로 커링 성형을 간단하면서 효과적으로 형성할 수 있는 것이다.

본 발명에 따른 속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라는 도 1 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이,
마스카라 액이 수용되는 용기 본체(2)와,
상기 용기 본체 상부에 나사 결합되는 용기 캡(5)과,
상기 용기 캡(5) 하부에 돌출 형성된 고정관(10)과,
상기 고정관(10) 하부에 연결되게 결합되는 하부 브러쉬(20)와,

이때, 상기 하부 브러쉬(20)와 상부 브러쉬(50)의 집게부분은 전체적으로 눈두덩 모양과 같이 라운드 곡면으로 형성하여 속눈썹을 한꺼번에 전체적으로 집어 눌러 주게 되는 것이다.
특히, 상기 하부 브러쉬(20)와 상부 브러쉬(50)의 내측은 반원형의 요홈부(21)와 반원형의 돌기부(51)가 서로 대응 형성되는 구조로 형성함으로써 상기 하부 브러쉬(20)와 상부 브러쉬(50)를 집게 형태로 오므림 작동하는 것에 의해 속눈썹이 반원형의 돌기부(51)와 요홈부(31) 사이로 집히게 되면서 속눈썹을 효과적으로 커링 성형하게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상기 속눈썹을 마스카라 액으로 화장하는 작업은 하부 브러쉬(20)와 상부 브러쉬(50)의 일 측 길이 방향을 따라 돌출 형성된 브러쉬모(53)들을 이용하여 용기 본체(10)에 수용된 마스카라 액을 속눈썹에 도포하여 화장하게 되는 것이다.
그 밖에 본 발명은 상기 용기 캡(5)의 고정관(10)과 하부 브러쉬(20)의 결합부(25) 사이에 인너 패킹(60)을 삽입 설치하여 작동 로드(30)의 외측 둘레에 탄발 밀착하는 에어 타이트 기능으로 외부 공기의 유입을 차단하여 마스카라 액의 변질을 방지하게 되는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 마스카라 액이 수용되는 용기 본체(2)와, 상기 용기 본체 상부에 나사 결합되는 용기 캡(5)과, 상기 용기 캡(5) 하부에 돌출 형성된 고정관(10)과, 상기 고정관(10) 하부에 연결되게 결합되는 하부 브러쉬(20)와, 상기 고정관(10)과 하부 브러쉬(20) 내부에 전후 이동 가능하도록 삽입되는 작동 로드(30)와, 상기 용기 캡(5)에 설치되어 작동 로드(30)를 전진 이동시키는 작동 버튼(6)과, 상기 작동 로드(30)를 원위치로 후진 이동시키는 복귀 스프링(40) 및 상기 하부 브러쉬에 대하여 집게 작용을 하도록 상기 작동로드의 선단과 힌지(32) 결합되는 상부 브러쉬(50)로 이루어지되, 상기 하부 브러쉬(20) 및 상부 브러쉬(50)의 집게부분은 전체적으로 눈두덩 모양과 같이 라운드 곡면으로 구성되며,
    상기 작동 로드(30)는 작동 버튼(6)의 누름 작동에 의해 전진 이동되도록 구성하고, 상기 작동로드의 선단과 힌지(32) 결합되는 상부 브러쉬(50)는 상기 하부 브러쉬(20)의 축 조립홈(26)에 축(55)으로 결합 지지하여 상기 작동 버튼의 누름 작동시 전후 이동하는 작동 로드(30)에 의해 상기 힌지(32)가 하부 브러쉬(20)에 형성된 장공(27)을 통해 이동 조작하는 것에 의해 상기 축(55)을 중심으로 상하 회동하면서 상기 하부 브러쉬(20)에 대한 집게 동작이 이루어지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 브러쉬(20)와 상부 브러쉬(50)의 일 측에는 길이 방향을 따라 속눈썹을 빗기 위한 브러쉬모(53)들을 돌출 형성하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 브러쉬(20) 또는 상부 브러쉬(50)의 외측에 길이 방향을 따라 브러쉬모(53)를 선택적으로 돌출 형성하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 용기 캡(5)의 고정관(10)과 하부 브러쉬(20)의 결합부(25) 사이에는 작동 로드(30)의 외측 둘레에 탄발 밀착하여 에어 타이트 기능을 갖는 인너 패킹(60)이 설치 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 속눈썹 성형 기능을 갖는 마스카라.
