본 발명은 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)가 서로 대칭되고 회전 가능하게 맞부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)는, 원통형상이고, 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면(12)이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 브러쉬(11)가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면(12)에 하측으로 절결된 절결면(13)을 커버하는 커버부재(14)가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면(12)의 절결면(13) 상부에는 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20) 측으로 돌설된 원통형 돌기(15)가 형성되어 있고; 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)는, 원통형상이고, 그 일측면에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면(22)이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 스펀지(21)가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면(22)에 하측으로 절결된 절결면(23)을 커버하는 커버부재(24)가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면(22)의 절결면(23) 상부에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)의 원통형 돌기(15)의 외주면에 삽입 안착되도록 라운드부(25)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 화장용 브러쉬 및 스펀지 용기가 서로 대칭되게 맞접촉되어 있으므로, 브러쉬 및 스펀지를 선택하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Description

화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치
본 발명은 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 브러쉬 및 스펀지를 모두 제공할 수 있는 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치에 관한 것이다.
화장의 메이크업에서 브러쉬는 베이스 메이크업 또는 전체 메이크업에서 볼터치에 사용되는 것으로, 볼의 컬러 및 눈 주위에 색을 넣을 때 사용되며 그라데이션 등의 표현을 가능하게 한다.
그리고, 메이크업에 사용되는 스펀지는 마른 상태 및 젖은 상태 모두 사용가능하며, 특히 리퀴드 타입의 메이크업 베이스를 사용하는 경우 깔끔하게 메이크업 베이스 또는 파운데이션을 바를 수 있어 용이하게 사용되고 있다. 스펀지는 손가락을 이용하여 메이크업 베이스 또는 파운데이션을 바르는 것보다 꼼꼼하게 펴바를 수가 있어서 깨끗한 피부표현에 필수적인 도구이다.
근래에 브러쉬, 스펀지와 같은 화장도구는 메이크업 전문가뿐만 아니라 일반 사용자에 의해서도 사용되고 있으며, 그 수요도 증가하고 있다. 실제로 메이크업과 같은 기초화장에서도 단순히 분첩만 사용하는 것이 아니라, 볼터치를 위한 브러쉬와 메이크업 베이스를 펴 바르기 위한 스펀지 등이 기능에 따라 사용하는 것이 일반적이다.
그럼에도 불구하고, 종래는 브러쉬와 스펀지 각각 별도로 준비하여야 하기 때문에 불편했으며, 실제로 그 휴대도 용이하지 않았다. 또한, 스펀지를 사용한 후 젖은 상태로 남아 있는 경우 다른 화장품 또는 화장도구와 분리하여 보관하는 것도 쉽지가 않았다.
일반적인 화장기술의 발달로 여러 가지 화장품이 개발되어 그 도구인 브러쉬 및 스펀지 모두를 사용하는 사용자들이 증가하였다고 하지만, 두 기능을 모두 지원하는 화장도구는 종래에 없었다.
종래의 기술을 살펴보면, 대한민국 특허출원 제1999-018229호 "화장용 브러시구", 대한민국 실용신안등록출원 제1987-008064호 "볼연지 브러쉬", 실용신안등록출원 제1992-024360호 "화장용 브러쉬", 실용신안등록출원 제1994-002014호 "휴대용 화장브러쉬" 및 실용신안등록출원 제1991-000297호 "휴대용 화장 브러쉬"에서 메이크업에 사용되는 휴대용 브러쉬가 기재되어 있기는 하지만, 이는 어디까지나 볼터치를 위한 브러쉬에 한정된다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 발명의 목적은 브러쉬 및 스펀지를 모두 제공할 수 있는 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치는, 화장용 브러쉬 용기와 화장용 스펀지 용기가 서로 대칭되고 회전 가능하게 맞부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기는, 원통형상이고, 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 브러쉬가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면에 하측으로 절결된 절결면을 커버하는 커버부재가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면의 절결면 상부에는 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기 측으로 돌설된 원통형 돌기가 형성되어 있고; 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기는, 원통형상이고, 그 일측면에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 스펀지가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면에 하측으로 절결된 절결면을 커버하는 커버부재가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면의 절결면 상부에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기의 원통형 돌기의 외주면에 삽입 안착되도록 라운드부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치에 의하면, 화장용 브러쉬 및 스펀지 용기가 서로 대칭되게 맞접촉되어 있으므로, 브러쉬 및 스펀지를 선택하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치를 도시한 분해 사시도이고,
도 2는 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치를 도시한 외관 사시도이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치의 사용시를 도시한 외관사시도이다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치는, 화장용 브러쉬 용기와 화장용 스펀지 용기가 서로 대칭되고 회전 가능하게 맞부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 아울러 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치를 도시한 분해사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치를 도시한 외관 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치의 사용시를 도시한 외관사시도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치는, 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)가 서로 대칭되고 회전 가능하게 맞부착되어 있다.
상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)는, 원통형상이고, 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면(12)이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 브러쉬(11)가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면(12)에 하측으로 절결된 절결면(13)을 커버하는 커버부재(14)가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면(12)의 절결면(13) 상부에는 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20) 측으로 돌설된 원통형 돌기(15)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)는, 원통형상이고, 그 일측면에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면(22)이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 스펀지(21)가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면(22)에 하측으로 절결된 절결면(23)을 커버하는 커버부재(24)가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면(22)의 절결면(23) 상부에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)의 원통형 돌기(15)의 외주면에 삽입 안착되도록 라운드부(25)가 형성되어 있다.
다음에 이와 같이 구성된 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치의 조립 과정을 설명하면, 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)의 맞접촉면(12, 22)을 서로 향하게 한 후, 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)의 절결면(23)을 상측에서부터 하측으로 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)의 상측을 통해 밀어 넣으면 원통형 돌기(15)의 외주연에 절결면(23) 내측의 라운드부(25)가 안착된다.
이러한 상태에서 하측으로부터 커버부재(14, 24)를 각각 끼워 조립하고, 두 용기(10, 20)의 상측에 각각 브러쉬(11)와 스펀지(21)를 삽입하여 조립을 완료 한다(도 2).
그리고, 이 투인원 장치를 사용시에는 도 3과 같이, 원통형 돌기(15)를 중심으로 180도 회전시켜 사용하게 된다(도 3).
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)가 서로 대칭되고 회전 가능하게 맞부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)는, 원통형상이고, 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면(12)이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 브러쉬(11)가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면(12)에 하측으로 절결된 절결면(13)을 커버하는 커버부재(14)가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면(12)의 절결면(13) 상부에는 상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20) 측으로 돌설된 원통형 돌기(15)가 형성되어 있고;
    상기 화장용 스펀지 용기(20)는, 원통형상이고, 그 일측면에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)와 맞부착되는 맞접촉면(22)이 형성되며, 그 상측에는 스펀지(21)가 삽입되고, 그 하측에는 하면을 커버함과 동시에 상기 맞접촉면(22)에 하측으로 절결된 절결면(23)을 커버하는 커버부재(24)가 끼워지며, 상기 맞접촉면(22)의 절결면(23) 상부에는 상기 화장용 브러쉬 용기(10)의 원통형 돌기(15)의 외주면에 삽입 안착되도록 라운드부(25)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 브러쉬와 스펀지의 투인원 장치.
