Description
本発明はこのような従来のダッシュサイレンサにおける取付作業上の問題を解決しようとするものである。
なお、ダッシュサイレンサ1にハンドル軸貫通用の透孔、グローボックス用の透孔等を開設すること、および、ダッシュサイレンサ1の外周のトリミングは、型11、型13によって上記のように細長切込2が形成されるのと同時になされるようにしてもよいが、別の型により予めこれら透孔およびトリミングがなされるようにしてもよい。

Claims (2)
- ダッシュパネルの運転室側面にスタッドピンを突設し、マット状のダッシュサイレンサに山形状の細長切込を形成し、該細長切込に前記スタッドピンを貫挿することにより、該ダッシュサイレンサをダッシュパネルの運転室側面に取り付けるものであって、ダッシュサイレンサに山形状の細長切込を形成するに際し、該細長切込により分断される下辺部が上辺部よりも運転室側に突出する段差状となるように該下辺部を運転室側へ屈曲させてなることを特徴としたダッシュサイレンサの取付部構造。
- 一方の型面に形成された凸部が他方の型面に形成された凹部に嵌入し、該凸部縁と該凹部縁とが摺接することによりダッシュサイレンサに山形状の細長切込が形成されると共に、該細長切込により分断される下辺部が該凸部により該凹部内に押圧されることで該下辺部を運転室側へ屈曲させてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダッシュサイレンサの取付部構造。
