Energiespeicheranordnung, umfassend wenigstens zwei parallel geschaltete wiederaufladbare Energiespeicher, wobei ein erster Energiespeicher mehrere auf Blei basierende Speicherelemente umfasst, wobei dass ein zweiter Energiespeicher (7) mehrere auf Lithium basierende Speicherelemente (11) umfasst, wobei zwischen Ladezustandsgrenzen von 0 und 100 % ein Ladezustandsintervall gegeben ist, in dem die Nennspannung (12, 13, 14, 21) des zweiten Energiespeichers (7) in einem Bereich zwischen der maximalen Ladespannung (9) und der Nennspannung (10) des ersten Energiespeichers (6) liegt.
