- the guide groove 20 is biased to the right by a distance L so that the stop claw portion 41 does not interfere with the sewing thread 104 by increasing the wall thickness of the other (left side in the figure) in the left-right direction.
- the stop claw portion 41 falls within the range of the arrow C ′, which is the proper engagement range of the coiled tooth 103.
- the common part 16 (the cover portion 15 having the rod-shaped spring and the stop claw portion 26) is added to any one body 11 selected from the first to third bodies 11A, 11B, 11C prepared in advance.
- the metal fastener slider 10A, the injection resin fastener slider 10B, and the coiled fastener slider 10C can be manufactured.
- the mounting position of the common component 16 on the body 11 with respect to the slider center line SC that is, the lateral center CC of the cover portion 42 is set as the slider.
- the metal fastener slider 10A, the injection resin fastener slider 10B, and the coiled fastener slider 10C may be manufactured.
- the second body 11B of the injection resin fastener slider 10B also has a range where the engagement position is not fixed and becomes unstable, that is, a range between the arrows B1 and B2 around the shoulder 102a of the resin manufacturing tooth 102. It is possible to design the stop claw portion 26 so as to avoid the position (see FIG. 13B). Specifically, a slider including the common component 16 of the type described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment is adopted as the injection resin fastener slider 10B, and then the second of the injection resin fastener slider 10B. Any of the above-described claw engagement position changing means is applied to the body 11B.
- the engagement position LP of the stop claw portion 26 is located at the intermediate position in the lateral direction of the core string 105 in the proper engagement range of the stop claw portion 26 indicated by the arrow B1. More preferably. Therefore, also in the second body 11B, the slider center line SC and the engagement center line EC are formed so as to be different from each other, or the common part 16 is attached to the body 11 with respect to the slider center line SC. You may form so that a position may be changed.
- the present invention changes the shape of the service tooth, for example, the service teeth 101, 102, 103 on one side (right side in the drawing) of the pair of left and right service teeth than the service tooth on the other side (left side in the drawing).
- the stop claw portion can also be obtained by means such as lengthening (or shortening), or by means for designing the engagement tooth itself to be sufficiently long compared to the size of the stop claw portions 26 and 41 to expand the appropriate engagement range. It is possible to adjust the engagement positions of the engaging teeth 26 and 41 to the optimum positions.
- the stop claw part, the leaf spring, and the cover part constituting the automatic stop device are used as common parts, or the stop claw part and the cover part are integrally formed, and this cover part
- the present invention has been described with reference to the stop claw portion 139, the elastic piece (biasing portion) 138, and the cover (cover portion) shown in the prior art of FIG.
- the present invention can also be applied to a component in which the component 135 is integrally formed.
- the common part 16 which has the stop nail
- the stop claw portion 139, the biasing portion 138, and the cover portion 135 may be manufactured as one common component.
- the stop claw portion 41 and the cover portion 42 may be manufactured as an integrated part
- the urging portion 43 may be manufactured as a separate spring part, and these two parts may constitute a common part.
- a first body 11A having a guide groove 20 for guiding a metal service tooth 101, a second body 11B having a guide groove 20 for guiding a resin service tooth 102 formed by injection molding, and a resin Of the third body 11C having the guide groove 20 for guiding the service teeth 103 made of a monofilament made of metal at least two bodies 11 are manufactured in advance, and at least one body of the at least two bodies 11 is further manufactured.
- a claw engagement position changing means In this case, in the body 11 to which the claw engagement position changing means is applied, the position at which the stop claw portion engages with the engagement tooth is compared with the other body 11 with reference to the meshing centerline EC (meshing centerline EC Has changed).
- an arbitrary handle attached between the common part 16 and the body 11 is prepared. Then, the prepared common part 16 is assembled to one body 11A, 11B, 11C selected from the at least two bodies 11.
- the pull handle may be attached at the same time as this assembly, or may be attached in a separate process later.
- This assembly can be mass-produced by a known automatic assembly machine, or can be manually assembled when a special puller is assembled.
- the side wall 28 protruding along the left and right side edges of at least one of the upper wing plate 17 and the lower wing plate 18 of the present invention may have either one of an upper side wall 28a and a lower side wall 28b.
