- aa, bb, cc, and dd shown in FIG. 1 are fold lines of the individually packaged product 1.
- the density of dots in the first colored portion 10 of the packaging sheet 7 and the second colored portion and the third colored portion described later represents the color density.
- FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line XX of the individually packaged product 1 shown in FIG.
- the absorbent article 2 is fixed to the inner surface 8 of the packaging sheet 7 with the adhesive portion 3 interposed therebetween.
- the peeling force when peeling the absorbent article 2 from the packaging sheet 7 along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 2 is 2.6 N or less.
- FIG. 3 is a developed view of the individually packaged product shown in FIG. 1 observed from the outer surface side of the packaging sheet.
- the packaging sheet 7 does not have a colored portion on the outer surface 9, and the first colored portion 10 can be visually recognized from the outside through the packaging sheet 7. 2 cannot be visually observed.
- the absorbent article cannot be visually recognized from the outside of the individually packaged product means that when the individual package product of the present disclosure is observed quickly, the absorbent article is included in the individually packaged product. It means you cannot understand what is included. Since the individual packaging product of the present disclosure is assumed to be easily carried in a bag, pocket, etc., when it is quickly taken out from the bag, pocket, etc., the inside of the bag can be seen. This is because in some cases, it is important that others cannot understand that the individually packaged product contains absorbent articles.
- the absorbent article contained in the individually packaged product can be seen through the thin part of the pattern, and the absorbent article is likely to be seen from the opening of the individual package.
- an absorbent article is contained in an individual packaged product by being visible, etc. is not included in being able to be visually recognized by the above-mentioned visual observation.
- the packaging sheet includes the first colored portion on the entire inner surface.
- the visible light transmittance of the packaging sheet having the first colored portion and the desired second colored portion is about 75. % Or less, more preferably about 65% or less, and even more preferably about 60% or less. When the transmittance exceeds about 75%, in some cases, the absorbent article can be visually recognized from the outside of the individually packaged product.
- the lower limit of the visible light transmittance is 0%.
- the visible light transmittance of the packaging sheet material itself is high, but the visible light transmittance is 0% due to the high concealability of the first colored portion, the colored portion is visually observed from the outside of the individually packaged product.
- the absorbent article cannot be visually recognized from the outside of the individually packaged product, it is included in one embodiment of the individually packaged product of the present disclosure.
- the present disclosure makes it possible for the user to open the individual packaged product by setting the peeling force when peeling the absorbent article from the packaging sheet along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article to a certain value or less.
- the present inventors have found that when an absorbent article is peeled from a packaging sheet, the absorbent article feels easy to peel.
- the reason why the peeling force along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article is targeted is that the absorbent article is generally peeled from the packaging sheet along the longitudinal direction.
- the peel force is about 2.6 N or less, preferably about 2.3 N or less, and more preferably about 2.0 N or less. .
- the peeling force exceeds about 2.6 N, it is difficult for the user to peel the absorbent article from the packaging sheet, and there is a tendency to feel that the user is caught when peeling.
- the peeling force is a value determined by factors such as the adhesiveness of the adhesive part, the peelability of the colored part (adhesion work, etc.), the amount of the adhesive part (the length of the adhesive part in the width direction of the absorbent article), and the like. By setting the peeling force including all these factors to about 2.6 N or less, the user can feel that the absorbent article is easily peeled from the packaging sheet.
- the peeling force is particularly important when the colored portion is formed by gravure printing described later in the individually packaged product.
- gravure printing by using a single coloring material and printing while changing the amount per unit area, it is possible to form a predetermined pattern, that is, a shade of color.
- the portion has a small amount per unit area of the coloring material, that is, the amount of the peeling component per unit area is small, so that the peelability is higher than that of the darker portion (that is, the amount of the peeling component is large). This is because they tend to be inferior.
- the said unit area means the unit area of a packaging sheet.
- the peeling force is a certain value, for example, about 0.5 N or more, about 0. 0.7N or more, about 1.0N or more, and the like.
- the peeling force can be measured as follows. (1) A Tensilon type constant speed extension type tensile tester is prepared. (2) Set the longitudinal end of the absorbent article on one of the jigs so that the center in the width direction of the absorbent article is fixed, and place the longitudinal end of the packaging sheet on the other jig Set the part so that the center in the width direction of the packaging sheet is fixed. For example, a jig having a width of 30 mm can be used. (3) The jig interval is set to 20 mm, the tensile speed is set to 500 mm / min, and a tensile test is performed until the absorbent article and the packaging sheet are completely separated.
- the reason why the peeling force is defined as described above is as follows.
- the ease of peeling when peeling the absorbent article from the packaging sheet is the relative positional relationship between the adhesive part of the absorbent article and the first colored part of the packaging sheet, for example, the adhesive part of the absorbent article, Although determined by the relative positional relationship with the pattern of the 1st coloring part of a packaging sheet, those specific positional relationships may differ for every individual packaging product.
- the first colored portion is formed by gravure printing
- the maximum tensile force increases as the area where the adhesive portion contacts the lightly colored portion of the first colored portion. Therefore, since there is a certain variation in the ease of peeling when the absorbent article is peeled from the packaging sheet, it may be necessary to evaluate the maximum tensile force in a certain range of individually packaged products.
- a peak average value which is an average value of the tensile force at the plurality of peaks, is about 1.2 N or less, and preferably about 1.1 N or less. .
- the peak average value is about 1.2 N or less, when the absorbent article is peeled from the packaging sheet, it can be smoothly peeled off without being caught.
- FIG. 4 is a view for explaining the folding structure of the individually packaged product shown in FIGS.
- the individual packaged product 1 shown in FIG. 4 includes two fold lines (aa and bb) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 2 and two fold lines (c) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. A total of four folds are formed along -c and dd).
- the absorbent article 2 and the packaging sheet 7 are first moved along the fold line aa as shown in FIG.
- the left region of the absorbent article 2 and the packaging sheet 7 on the left side of the fold line aa is folded on the region defined by the fold line aa and the fold line bb.
- the first colored portion 10 is observed through the packaging sheet 7.
- the right region of the absorbent article 2 and the packaging sheet 7 on the right side of the fold line bb is the intermediate region. It is folded on the outer surface 9 of the packaging sheet 7 in the left region. Note that the first colored portion 10 is observed through the packaging sheet 7 in the left region and the right region.
- the folding structure can be appropriately fixed by a tab, a hot melt adhesive, or the like.
- the first colored portion can be visually recognized from the outside of the individually packaged product, but the absorbent article cannot be visually observed from the outside of the individually packaged product.
- the first colored portion is formed on the entire inner surface of the packaging sheet.
- the absorbent article is formed from the outside.
- the first colored portion may not be formed on the entire inner surface of the packaging sheet.
- an area visually recognized from the outside in the form of an individually packaged product for example, an area defined by the fold line aa and the fold line bb in FIG. 3, or a fold line cc
- the first colored portion may be formed only in a region defined by the fold line dd.
- the absorbent article 2 is fixed to the inner surface 8 of the packaging sheet 7 with the adhesive portion 3 interposed therebetween.
- the absorbent article is less likely to move in a different direction from the packaging sheet within the individually packaged product, that is, the absorbent article is less likely to rub against the first colored portion on the inner surface of the packaging sheet.
- the color of the first colored portion on the inner surface of the packaging sheet is difficult to transfer to the absorbent article.
- the individual packaged product 1 is formed by folding the absorbent article 2 and the packaging sheet 7 four times, but in another embodiment of the individual packaged product of the present disclosure, the individual packaged product 1 is absorbed. Even if the absorbent article and / or the packaging sheet need not be folded, or the absorbent article and / or the packaging sheet is folded, the number of times of folding is not particularly limited.
- FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of a tri-fold individual packaging product, which is one of the embodiments of the individual packaging product of the present disclosure.
- An individual packaged product 1 shown in FIG. 5 includes an absorbent article 2 as a sanitary napkin, a packaging sheet 7 for packaging the absorbent article 2, and a tab 11.
- the absorbent article 2 has the absorber 4 and the adhesion part 3 of a non-skin contact surface.
- the individual packaged product 1 shown in FIG. 5 folds the absorbent article 2 and the packaging sheet 7 at two folding lines aa and bb that are two folding lines orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and heat-seal 5, the side surface in the longitudinal direction is sealed, but in FIG. 5, for the sake of explanation, the state where the tab 11 is lifted and the folding line bb is opened is shown.
- the first colored portion has a peelability that allows the absorbent article to be easily peeled from the packaging sheet.
- the first colored portion having releasability can be formed by coating the packaging sheet with a coloring material, a peeling component, and a coloring material containing a base resin such as acrylic or polyester as required.
- the coloring component examples include pigments and / or dyes.
- a pigment is preferable.
- the pigment include inorganic pigments, For example, cobalt oxide, titanium dioxide, titanium black and titanium yellow, organic pigments such as azo pigments and phthalocyanine pigments, and fluorescent pigments such as oxides such as calcium, barium, magnesium and cadmium, sulfides and silicic acids
- the main component include salts, phosphates, tungstates, and the like.
- the amount of the coloring component for achieving the effect of the present disclosure varies depending on the type, amount, size, and the like of the coloring component, and further varies depending on the coloring portion on the outer surface of the packaging sheet, which will be described later.
- the component is in the first colored part based on the total weight of the first colored part, preferably from about 1 to about 30% by weight, more preferably from about 2 to about 20% by weight, and even more preferably about 3%. Present at about 10% by weight.
- the colored material is a curable material containing a crosslinkable functional group so that the first colored portion to be formed does not transfer to the absorbent article, for example, thermosetting, radiation curable, for example, A UV curable material or the like is preferable.
- the packaging sheet on which the first colored portion is formed is generally a sheet having a low melting point and / or glass transition temperature, the coloring material does not deform the packaging sheet, and is radiation curable.
- a UV curable material is preferable.
- the peeling component include silicone resin, fluororesin, and octadecyl isocyanate.
- the first colored portion has releasability, there is no need to separately form a peeling portion, a peeling sheet, and the like, which reduces manufacturing costs and eliminates the need for alignment between the adhesive portion and the peeling region. Therefore, there are advantages such as an increase in production speed and elimination of a release sheet, thereby reducing dust.
- the first colored part can visually recognize the first colored part from the outside of the individually packaged product, but if the absorbent article cannot be visually recognized from the outside of the individually packaged product, It does not restrict
- the method for forming the first colored portion on the inner surface of the packaging sheet is not particularly limited.
- a 1st coloring part can be formed by coating a packaging sheet with the said coloring material.
- the first colored portion can be formed on the inner surface of the packaging sheet by using a printing means or the like.
- a printing means or the like For example, using gravure printing, the first colored portion having a predetermined pattern is formed by covering the packaging sheet while changing the amount per unit area with a single colored material. Can do.
- a means such as gravure printing is advantageous from the viewpoint of manufacturing cost because a pattern can be formed from a single colored material by changing the amount per unit area.
- the first colored portion having a predetermined pattern can be formed by covering the packaging sheet with a plurality of coloring materials having different colors using means such as screen printing or flexographic printing.
- the packaging sheet has the first colored portion on the inner surface, and the first colored portion can be visually recognized from the outside of the individually packaged product, but is absorbed from the outside of the individually packaged product.
- a property article cannot be visually recognized.
- the first colored portion In order for the first colored portion to have the above-described action, the first colored portion needs to have a certain concealing property so as to conceal the absorbent article contained therein.
- the concealability is mainly determined by the type, amount, size, and the like of coloring components such as pigments and / or dyes contained in the first coloring portion. Concealment is obtained.
- the packaging sheet does not have a colored portion on the outer surface opposite to the inner surface, but in another embodiment of the individually packaged product of the present disclosure, the packaging sheet includes:

- the second colored portion for example, a lighter, that is, a small pattern with darker color, the line of sight of the viewer is diverted to the second colored portion, and the absorbent product in the individually packaged product It can be made not to notice.
- the 2nd coloring part of the outer surface of a packaging sheet has an area smaller than the area of the 1st coloring part of the inner surface of a packaging sheet.
- the area of the second colored part is increased, the color of the coloring material changes to another due to friction with the production line at the time of manufacture, friction between individual packaged products at the time of sale, friction in the bag after purchase, etc. This is because problems such as transfer may occur.
- the second colored portion has an area smaller than the area of the first colored portion.
- the absorbent article does not have a colored portion.
- the absorbent article is disposed on the outer surface on the packaging sheet side.
- the packaging sheet further has a colored portion, and the packaging sheet visually recognizes the colored portion on the outer surface of the absorbent article from the outside of the individually packaged product with the first colored portion and the desired second colored portion. Abstract
Description
W=72.75×(1+cosθ)
