Description
本発明は、洋式便器の便座面に取り付けて（載せて）使用する便座シートに関するものであり、特に携帯を可能とするよう折り畳み自在に構成した便座シートに関するものである。
公共のトイレで洋式便器を使用する場合、使用者の肌が直接触れる便座面が清潔、衛生的に維持されていることが最も要求されている。
しかしながら、公共用トイレに設置されている洋式便器は、便座面を清潔、衛生的に維持するための特別の対策を施されたものは極めてまれであり、使用者は自分の肌が便座面に直接に触れるのを防止するため、ティッシュペーパー、あるいは、所望長さに切り取ったトイレットペーパーなどを便座面に載せて使用するのが一般的である。
このような解決手段では、切り取ったトイレットペーパーのサイズが便座面に対応できる規格となっていないため、便座面に安定して載せることが困難であり、トイレ使用時に、ペーパーが便座の上で移動を生じるなど不安を感じながら用便を行うことが多くなる問題を抱え、また、このような使用方法の場合、使用者の肌が便座面に触れる不安を解消するため、必要以上に長くペーパーを切り取ってしまい極めて不経済なものとなる問題も指摘される。
特に最近の便座は、座面全体が比較的フラットであった従来構造のものと異なり、使用者の体形（特に着座した時の臀部の形状）に馴染ませ、着座感を良好とする目的で、座面が外側周縁部から内側周縁部（排便孔側）に向かって緩やかに下向き傾斜させた構造を採用しているものが多くなっているため、ティッシュペーパーやトイレットペーパーを座面にセットすると、セットされたシートその他の紙類が便座面の傾斜に沿って外側周縁部から内側周縁部（排便孔側）に向かって移動して排便孔内にずり落ちる力が作用しやすく、安定したセットが維持できないという問題も抱えている。
これらを解決するものとして、便座面全体を覆う大きさとした長方形のシート、若しくは、便座面全体を覆う形状とした楕円形類似のシートの中央に（便座の排便孔に対応する位置に）円形ないし楕円形の透孔を穿設し、あるいは透孔を穿設するための切除部（切り取り部）を形成した便座シートが提案されている（図１２参照）。
このような公知の便座シートは、シートを長さ方向に二つ折りしただけのものを、包装用の袋に複数枚収納するだけという簡単なものが一般的であり、もっぱらトイレ内に常備して使用することを目的とした便座シートであると理解され、携帯の用に供するにはサイズが大きすぎて適当ではなかった。
これに対して、携帯を可能とする便座シートとしては、上記構造を持つ長方形のシートを小さく折り畳んだ複数枚のシートをケースに収容するよう構成した使い捨て便座シートが提案されている（実開平８－７号公報）が、この場合も、提案された便座シートはシートの折り畳み構造、特にケースから取り出すための構造や、取り出したシートを展開するための構造に格別の配慮がなされていないため、ケースに収容された便座シートをケースから取り出して展開する操作に手間が掛かり、迅速な使用を行うことができないという不便なものであることが指摘される。
また便座面全周が、外側周縁部から内側周縁部に向けて下向き傾斜させた新型の便座面に従来の便座シートをセットすると、シート全体が傾斜面に沿って内側周縁部方向に移動して排便孔部分へずり落ちる力が生じやすくなり、あるいは、セットされた便座シート全面に外側周縁部から内側周縁部に向かってしわ寄せされる力が働くため、シート面に多数の小さな襞が形成されやすく、使用者に違和感を与える惧れがあることも指摘される。
このような問題に対応するためには、便座シートが携帯に適する大きさに折り畳まれた構造とされていること。使用に際しては、折り畳まれた便座シートをティッシュペーパーと同じ様に、包装用の袋から迅速に取り出すことができること。取り出した便座シートは片手で簡単に展開できるものであること。さらには、便座面に対して衛生的かつ安定してセットして使用できること。などの要望を満たす便座シートの開発が望まれるが、現在のところそのような便利な便座シートは提案されていない。
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、包装用の袋に多数の便座シートを収容した携帯用の便座シートにおいて、前記便座シートが携帯用ケース（包装用の袋）から簡単に取り出すことができない点や、取り出した便座シートを迅速に展開できない点、あるいは、便座面に対する便座シートの装着手段や装着効果の不完全な点など構造上の各種問題点を解決することである。
上記の問題を解決するため、請求項１の発明は、包装用の袋に取り出し自在に複数枚収納するための便座シートであって、便座面を覆うことができる大きさで、中央部に排便孔となる透孔もしくは透孔形成部を形成した長方形のシートからなり、前記シートの幅方向における中央部に設けた中心線を挟む両側部に、前記中心線と左右の辺縁とをほぼ二等分する位置に縦方向の折り畳み線をそれぞれ設け、前記縦方向の折り畳み線部分で前記両側部をそれぞれ内側に向けて二つ折りすることにより縦長の長方形として構成した後、この縦長の長方形を上下にほぼ二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第１の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の上面に二つ折り重合し、次いで、この二つ折り重合によって形成された長方形を二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第２の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の背面に位置するよう二つ折り重合させた後、縦長の長方形を呈するときに上下の辺縁であった両端部の所定長さ部分を、幅方向における中央部分が三角形の頂点となるよう斜め方向の折り畳み線に沿って折り畳み形成することを特徴としている。
また、請求項２の発明は、包装用の袋に取り出し自在に複数枚収納するための便座シートであって、便座面を覆うことができる大きさで、中央部に排便孔となる透孔もしくは透孔形成部を形成した長方形のシートからなり、前記シートの幅方向における中央部に設けた中心線を挟む両側部に、前記中心線と左右の辺縁とをほぼ二等分する位置に縦方向の折り畳み線をそれぞれ設け、前記縦方向の折り畳み線部分で前記両側部をそれぞれ内側に向けて二つ折りすることにより縦長の長方形として構成した後、この縦長の長方形を上下にほぼ二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第１の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の上面に二つ折り重合し、次いで、この二つ折り重合によって形成された長方形を二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第２の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の背面に位置するよう二つ折り重合させた後、縦長の長方形を呈するときに下の辺縁であった端部の所定長さ部分を、幅方向における中央部分が三角形の頂点となるよう斜め方向の折り畳み線に沿って折り畳み形成することを特徴としている。
本発明によれば、長方形の便座シート全体を、幅方向ならびに長さ方向に順次折り畳んだ構造としたので、極めてコンパクトに構成することが可能となり、ポケットティッシュなどと同様、複数枚の便座シートを、片面に取り出し口となる開口部を設けた包装用の袋に収容することによりハンドバッグや衣服のポケットに簡単に収容して携帯できるようになる。
また、使用に際しては、展開させた便座シートを便座面に載せるという極めて簡単な操作だけで目的を達成でき、格別の技術を必要とすることなく正確にしかも衛生的に便座面を維持できる優れた効果を発揮できる。
特に本発明は、最終的に折り畳まれた便座シートが、長さ方向に沿って、交互に異なる方向に二つ折りを行うことによって四つ折りされた重合部分の表側の層または表側の層とこれに重なる二層目の層に、三角形状を呈する取り出し用の摘みを形成したので、包装用の袋から取り出す時は、包装用の袋の取り出し口から、取り出し用の摘み部分を摘みながら引き出すだけで一枚づつ簡単かつ正確に取り出すことが可能である。
また三角形の摘みを持ちながら取り出された便座シートは、この摘み部分を持ちながら上下方向に小さく振るだけで、シート本体を縦長の長方形として簡単かつ正確に展開させることができる優れた効果を発揮できる。
更にまた、本発明の便座シートは、シートの幅方向における両方の外側辺縁が、シートの中心線位置において、互いに向かい合うよう接近させて二つ折りし、全体が縦長の長方形となるよう形成したのち、この縦長の長方形シートを、長さ方向に沿う中間部若しくは中間部近くで二つ折りしたのち、更にこれを長さ方向に沿う中間部で前記と逆の方向にもう一度二つ折りして全体が四層となるよう折り畳み重合するとともに、折り畳み重合されたシートの最も表側となる層とこれに接する次層の端部、もしくは最も表側となる層の端部を（縦長の長方形の上下両端部のうち、重合したときに最も表側となる層を）、折り畳まれた後のシート幅の中央部分が頂点となる三角形状に折り畳んで取り出し用の摘みとしたので、使用のため展開された便座シートは、シートを縦長の長方形に形成するための縦方向の折り畳み線部分が山折りされ、中心線部分が谷折りされた状態を呈しながら便座面にセットされる（図１０参照）。
便座面にセットされ、展開が開始された便座シートは、最も高い位置にある縦方向の折り畳み線部分ならびに谷折りされた中心線部分に、微量ながら折り畳みの力に抗して左右に押し広げる力（山折りとなる縦方向の折り畳み線と谷折りされた中心線の両側をそれぞれ左右に押し広げられる力）が生ずるので、全体を扁平なシートとなるよう速やかに展開し、便座面に対する当接がスムーズに行われることとなる。
また、シートの展開に格別の技術を要することなく便座面に対する当接が正確に行え、ズレの少ない優れた取り付け効果を発揮することができる。
特に、最近の新型便器のように、便座面が外側周縁部から内側周縁部側（透孔側）に向かって緩やかに下向き傾斜させられたものに適用する場合でも、便座シートに縦方向に形成された左右二本の縦方向の折り畳み線の両方の外側部分が、便座表面に形成された下向きの傾斜面に逆らう外側方向（傾斜の上側方向）に向かう力を発揮しながら展開するので、従来品のようにセットされた便座シートが便座面の下向きの傾斜に沿って、便器の内側周縁部（透孔）方向に移動したり、透孔内にずり落ちるということも少なく、便座面に安定してセットできる優れた効果を発揮できる。
便座シートそのものが極めて廉価に製造できるので、経済性に優れ、またポケットティッシュ同様、宣伝用アイテムとしても利用できる特徴がある。
長さ方向に二度の二つ折りを繰り返して四層に折り畳まれた重ね合わせ部分の表側となる層の端部に三角形の取り出し用の摘みを形成したので、包装用袋の取り出し口をこの位置に合致させれば当該部分でシートの摘みを引き出すだけで簡単に取り出すことができる。
以下図面を参照して本発明の実施例を説明する。
図１から図１０までは本発明の第１の実施例を示すものであり、記号Ａで示す便座シートは、便座面を覆うことができる大きさの適宜の強度を有する薄い紙を用いて長方形に形成したシート本体１の中央部に、排便孔となる透孔形成部２を形成したものを幅方向ならびに長さ方向に折り畳むとともに長さ方向に折り畳まれた上端部に取り出し用の摘み３を構成している。
排便孔となる透孔形成部２を設ける位置は、便座の排便孔に対応する位置であり、具体的には、シート本体１に縦方向に設けた折り畳み線１１，１１と、横方向に設けた第２の折り畳み線１２ｂ，１２ｂとに囲まれる内側に、一部が連続しない円形ないし長円形を呈するよう形成するものである。（図１参照）。
なお第１の実施例において、透孔形成部２は、使用の際に、切り取り裂溝２１もしくは切り取り線（図示しない）に囲まれる部分を切り取って排便用の透孔を形成する構造を例示したが、例示の構造に限定されるものではなく、切り取り裂溝２１若しくは切り取り線（図示しない）に囲まれる内側部分を切り取って、あらかじめ排便用の透孔を形成しておくことも自由である。
縦方向の折り畳み線１１，１１は、シート本体１の幅方向における中央部に設けた中心線１２と中心線１２の左右両方の外側辺縁との中間部分に、前記中心線と左右の辺縁とをほぼ二等分する位置に、それぞれ縦長に設けるものであり、縦方向の折り畳み線１１，１１により区画される外側部分１１ａ，１１ａを、前記折り畳み線１１，１１を基準として内側に二つ折りすることにより、外側部分１１ａ，１１ａの両方の外側辺縁部がシート本体１の中心線１２部分で互いに接近した縦長の長方形を形成する。（図２参照）
１３ａは、縦方向の折り畳み線１１，１１を基準として縦長の長方形に折り畳み形成されたシート本体１を長さ方向に二つ折りするため、長さ方向に沿う中央部近くに上記縦長の長方形を上下にほぼ二等分する位置に横方向に設けた第１の折り畳み線であり、横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａにより上下に区画される上下部分のうち一方側の長さが他方側の長さより少しだけ長くなる位置に設けている。（図１においては横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａにより区画される下半部の長さが、上半部の長さよりも少しだけ長くなる位置に設けている。）
第１の実施例においては、横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａにより区画される上下両側部分の長さに差を設けたが、これに限定されるものではなく、横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａにより区画される上下両側の長さを同じ長さ（二等分）とすることも差し支えない。ただ、第１の実施例のように、横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａを挟む上下部分に長さの差を設ける場合には、下半部を長さ方向における中央部より少しだけ長く、具体的には折り畳まれた便座シートの上端部を指先で摘める程度の寸法だけ長く形成することがよい。この場合、長さ方向に沿って四つ折りされた便座シートの最も表側に位置する層の長さを長くすることが便座シートを展開操作する場合に効果的であり、最も表側に位置する層に接する下側の層を長くすることは好ましくない。
横方向の第２の折り畳み線１３ｂ，１３ｂは、第１の折り畳み線１３ａの下半部が上半部の上面に重合するよう長さ方向に沿って二つ折りされた長方形のシート本体１の全長を二等分してさらに二つ折りするための折り畳み線であり、図３例示の状態に二つ折りされたシート本体１の下半部を上半部の背面に折り畳み重合するための基準線となるものである。（図４、図５参照）
３ａ，３ａおよび３ｂ，３ｂは、四つ折りされたシート本体１の端部に、取り出し用の摘み３を形成するための斜め方向の折り畳み線であり、縦方向の折り畳み線１１，１１の
上端部近くに第１の斜めの折り畳み線３ａ，３ａが形成され、縦方向の折り畳み線１１，１１の下端部近くに第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂ，３ｂがそれぞれ形成されている。これら斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａ，３ｂ，３ｂは、横方向の第２の折り畳み線１３ｂに近接する部分を頂点とするようそれぞれ斜めに形成している。（図１参照）
上端部近くに第１の斜めの折り畳み線３ａ，３ａが形成され、縦方向の折り畳み線１１，１１の下端部近くに第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂ，３ｂがそれぞれ形成されている。これら斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａ，３ｂ，３ｂは、横方向の第２の折り畳み線１３ｂに近接する部分を頂点とするようそれぞれ斜めに形成している。（図１参照）
また前記取り出し用の摘み３を形成する第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａおよび第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂ，３ｂは、図１乃至図５に例示するとおり、シート本体１の長さ方向に沿う中央部に設けた横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａ部分で二つ折り重合された時に同じ位置で重なり合う位置を選択されている。
さらにまた、第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａおよび第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂ，３ｂに沿ってそれぞれ三角形に折り畳まれた取り出し用の摘み３，３は、シート本体１の幅方向における中心線１２部分の上下両端部が、三角形の頂点となるよう折り畳まれる。（図６、図７参照）
なお、第１の実施例において、シート本体１の上端部に形成された第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａと、下端部に形成された第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂ，３ｂの形成される位置とは少しだけ折り畳み基準となる位置がずれているが（図１、図２において上端部に形成される第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａの上端部はシート本体１の中央線１２の位置より少しだけ離れた位置になっている）これは、横方向の第１の折り畳み線１３ａの位置が縦長のシートの長さ方向における中央部より上方に位置取りされているため、全体を四つ折りした後、取り出し用の摘み３，３を形成する場合、最も表側に位置する層に形成した第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂ，３ｂと、その下側に位置する層に形成した第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａとを同じ位置で折り畳み重合させて取り出し用の摘み３を形成するために配慮した結果である。
図１０中矢印Ｃ・・Ｃは、使用のため折り畳まれたシート本体１を展開する際に作用する力の方向を示すものである。
包装用の袋Ｂは、合成樹脂フィルムなどを用いて形成するものであり、折り畳まれた便座シートＡ・・Ａを適宜枚数だけ重ねて収納できる大きさの袋として形成するとともに、その上面には便座シートＡの取り出し口４を形成するための開口線が設けられている。取り出し口４を形成する位置は特に限定しないが、三角形状に折り畳まれた取り出し用の摘み３が位置する部分の上面に形成すれば、便座シートの取り出しを行う際に取り出し用の摘み３に簡単に触れることができ最も効果的である。
図１１は第２の実施例を示すものであり、第１の実施例において、縦長の折り畳み線１１，１１の上下両端部にそれぞれ形成した第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ、第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂのうち一方の第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａの形成が省略され、下方だけに第２の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ｂを形成した構造としているだけであり、その他の構造は第１の実施例と全く同様である。
以上のように構成した実施例１の便座シートＡを折り畳み形成する方法を以下に説明する。
携帯用便座シートＡを折り畳み形成するには、長方形のシート本体１の中心線１２を挟む左右両側の中央部分（シート本体Ａの幅方向をほぼ四等分する位置）に縦長に形成された二本の折り畳み線１１，１１を折り畳み基準線として、左右両方の外側辺縁部が中心線１２に接近するようそれぞれ内側に二つ折りすることにより縦長の長方形とする。（図１、図２参照）。
次いで、横方向に設けた第１の折り畳み線１３ａ部分で二つ折りして、第１の折り畳み線１３ａを挟む下半部を上半部の上面に重ね合わせる（図３参照）。ついで、図３例示の状態に二つ折り重合されたシート本体１を、横方向の第２の折り畳み線１３ｂ部分より下半部が、上半部の背面に重合するようもう一度二つ折りしたのち（図４、図５参照）、折り畳み線３ａ，３ａ，３ｂ，３ｂ部分で折り畳んで三角形状の取り出し用の摘み３を形成することによって構成する。（図６、図７参照）
また実施例２における便座シートＡを形成するには、実施例１における折り畳み形成のうち、最も表側の層に接する下側層の第１の斜め方向の折り畳み線３ａ，３ａを使用しての三角形状の取り出し用の摘みの形成が省略されるだけであり、その他の構造は実施例１の場合と全く同様である（図６参照）。

Claims (2)
- 包装用の袋に取り出し自在に複数枚収納するための便座シートであって、便座面を覆うことができる大きさで、中央部に排便孔となる透孔もしくは透孔形成部を形成した長方形のシートからなり、前記シートの幅方向における中央部に設けた中心線を挟む両側部に、前記中心線と左右の辺縁とをほぼ二等分する位置に縦方向の折り畳み線をそれぞれ設け、前記縦方向の折り畳み線部分で前記両側部をそれぞれ内側に向けて二つ折りすることにより縦長の長方形として構成した後、この縦長の長方形を上下にほぼ二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第１の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の上面に二つ折り重合し、次いで、この二つ折り重合によって形成された長方形を二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第２の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の背面に位置するよう二つ折り重合させた後、縦長の長方形を呈するときに上下の辺縁であった両端部の所定長さ部分を、幅方向における中央部分が三角形の頂点となるよう斜め方向の折り畳み線に沿って折り畳み形成した便座シート。
- 包装用の袋に取り出し自在に複数枚収納するための便座シートであって、便座面を覆うことができる大きさで、中央部に排便孔となる透孔もしくは透孔形成部を形成した長方形のシートからなり、前記シートの幅方向における中央部に設けた中心線を挟む両側部に、前記中心線と左右の辺縁とをほぼ二等分する位置に縦方向の折り畳み線をそれぞれ設け、前記縦方向の折り畳み線部分で前記両側部をそれぞれ内側に向けて二つ折りすることにより縦長の長方形として構成した後、この縦長の長方形を上下にほぼ二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第１の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の上面に二つ折り重合し、次いで、この二つ折り重合によって形成された長方形を二等分する位置に設けた横方向の第２の折り畳み線部分で区画される下半部を、上半部の背面に位置するよう二つ折り重合させた後、縦長の長方形を呈するときに下の辺縁であった端部の所定長さ部分を、幅方向における中央部分が三角形の頂点となるよう斜め方向の折り畳み線に沿って折り畳み形成した便座シート。
