That is, the first special processing, by restriction of the pulse width ON SW4, a process of securing the reference time L TH or the pulse width ON SW4 in each carrier period.
- the first special processing because it is always a pulse width ON SW4 is in each carrier period not less than the reference time L TH, the current detection unit 12, the output current i from the output signal of the current sensor 4 is always in the interval II in each carrier period S can be detected.
- the reference time L TH can be determined in advance through experiments or the like. Since the upper arm SW3 is off when the lower arm SW4 is on, setting a lower limit on the pulse width ON SW4 is equivalent to setting an upper limit on the pulse width ON SW3. If provided, the variable range of the output voltage v S is limited.

- the reservation is realized by limiting the pulse width
- the reservation is realized by controlling the carrier period or the carrier frequency.
- the control circuit 3 controls the carrier cycle (controls the carrier frequency) so that the target pulse width is secured for the reference time LTH or more in each carrier cycle.

If it is determined that reduction is not possible, the process directly returns from step S16 to step S12. If it is determined that reduction is possible, step S17 is performed after reducing the carrier cycle PCR (that is, after increasing the carrier frequency). Return to S12. The reduction of the carrier cycle PCR in step S17 is executed after satisfying the condition that the target timing belongs to the detectable period, and the lower limit of the carrier cycle PCR after the reduction is the reference cycle PCR REF .
- the target pulse width does not always fall below the reference time LTH in each carrier period.
- the output current i S can be detected from the output signal of the current sensor 4 at all times.
- the pulse width limitation by the first special process causes a reduction in the variable range of the output voltage v S , such a reduction is eliminated or reduced by using the second special process.

- the problem that may occur when the number of current sensors is reduced to one can be solved by the first special process, the second special process, or the current estimation process.
- the variable range of the output voltage v S can be expanded as compared with the case where the first special process is used.
- the first special processing realized by setting the upper limit of the output voltage v S or the like does not involve current waveform distortion that occurs in the second conventional method, and naturally, the second special processing and the current estimation processing are also performed in such a manner. No current waveform distortion. Therefore, when the technology of this embodiment is used for grid interconnection, it becomes easy to satisfy the criteria of the guidelines regarding grid interconnection (the specific configuration using the technology of this embodiment for grid interconnection is different from that of other embodiments). Description
より具体的には、単相インバータ2において、第1アーム群とも言うべき一方のハーフブリッジ回路は、高電圧側のスイッチング素子SW1(以下、上アームSW1又はアームSW1とも呼ぶ)及び低電圧側のスイッチング素子SW2(以下、下アームSW2又はアームSW2とも呼ぶ)から成り、第2アーム群とも言うべき他方のハーフブリッジ回路は、高電圧側のスイッチング素子SW3(以下、上アームSW3又はアームSW3とも呼ぶ)及び低電圧側のスイッチング素子SW4(以下、下アームSW4又はアームSW4とも呼ぶ)から成る。

*は、直流電源1としての太陽電池から最大電力を得るための信号Ed(換言すれば、単相インバータ2の出力電力を最大にするための信号Ed)の値と合致する。
A/D変換部131において第i回目のサンプリングが行われる時刻を第i時刻と呼び、第i時刻における電流値idcS、iSD及びiSestを、それぞれ記号idcS[i]、iSD[i]及びiSest[i]にて表す(iは整数)。 第i時刻が検出可能期間に属している場合、iSD[i]=idcS[i]又はiSD[i]=-idcS[i]であり、第i時刻が検出不可期間に属している場合、iSD[i]=iSest[i]である。
i1=AMPi1・cos(θi1)、
i2=AMPi2・cos(θi2)、
i2=AMPi2・cos(θi1-θ1)、
i1=AMPi1・cos(θi1)、
i2=AMPi2・cos(θi2)、
i2=AMPi2・cos(θi1-θ1)、
RAMP=AMPi1/AMPi2、
θ2=π/2-θ1
RAMP=AMPi1/AMPi2、
θ2=π/2-θ1

第2実施形態と同様、A/D変換部131において第i回目のサンプリングが行われる時刻を第i時刻と呼び、第i時刻における電流値idcS、iSD及びiSestを、それぞれ記号idcS[i]、iSD[i]及びiSest[i]にて表す(iは整数)。
