Abstract

The invention essentially relates to a modular block (1) forming a permanent formwork element for the construction of a portion of a swimming pool, particularly the stairs, comprising: a side board (5) provided with a tab (7) extending along a longitudinal side (2.1) of the main surface (2); and a hollow space (8) located on the opposite side of the side board (5) with respect to the main surface, such that a side board (5) of another modular block can engage with the interior of the hollow space by means of nesting. The block (1) also preferably comprises hooks (15) and male (12) and female (13) attachment means for facilitating the assembly thereof to other adjacent modular blocks (1) of the staircase.

Description

MODULAR BLOCK FORMING LOST FORMWORK ELEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PART OF A SWIMMING POOL

IN PARTICULAR STAIRS

[01] TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION [02] The invention relates to a modular block forming lost formwork element for the construction of part of a pool. The invention finds a particularly advantageous application for the manufacture of the stairs of the pool.

[03] STATE OF THE ART [04] Many methods and lost formwork devices are known for the construction of swimming pools.

[05] As described in the document FR-2778933, some processes implement forms formed of modular elements assembled together back to back and side by side to form the hollow formwork having the total height of the wall to be built. Concrete is then poured inside the formwork to form the walls of the pool, the modular elements being left permanently in the final structure.

[06] To achieve stairs of such a pool, it is known to cut at the desired height sets formed of two plates separated from each other by pads, concrete is then poured between the plates so as to form the steps. Such steps are tedious to implement so that they are preferably made in the factory rather than on the job site.

[07] Document FR-2883317 is also known describing the use of modular elements for the construction of a pool staircase. These elements comprise attachment means extending along one side of a casting volume delimited by walls of the modular element. However, such a structure requires positioning support piles under the modular elements defining casting volumes corresponding to the steps. [08] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[09] The invention aims to simplify the existing system without having to resort to the use of support piles.

[010] For this purpose, the invention relates to a modular block forming formwork element lost for the construction of a portion of a pool, including stairs, characterized in that it comprises:

a main face of substantially rectangular shape and a first lateral face substantially perpendicular to the main face,

- a sidewall extending along a longitudinal side of the main face, one of the walls of said sidewall being in the extension of the first side face, this sidewall having at one end at least one tongue,

a hollow space located on the opposite side of the sideboard with respect to the main face, this hollow space having a shape complementary to the shape of the sideboard and the tongue,

- So that a side wall of another modular block can cooperate with the interior of the hollow space by interlocking.

[011] In one embodiment, the block further comprises at least one hollow cast pipe extending from the opposite side to the sidewall, the casting channel substantially perpendicular to the main face having an end opening into the main face.

[012] According to one embodiment, the block comprises a second transverse lateral face comprising a male-type attachment means and a third opposite lateral transverse face having a female-type attachment means having a shape complementary to the attachment means of male type. [013] In one embodiment, the block further comprises at least one hook extending from the main face along a longitudinal side of the main face opposite to the side along which extends the sidewall and at least one notch arranged on the end of the sidewall bearing the tongue, this notch being adapted to receive one end of the hook. [014] In one embodiment, the sideboard has a substantially triangular shape profile, this sidewall being formed by a first wall extending in the extension of the first side face and a second wall forming a non-zero angle with the first wall, a flange carrying the tongue extending between the first and second wall.

[015] In one embodiment, the casting channel has a cylindrical shape.

[016] In one embodiment, the chimney comprises at an end remote from the main face at least one opening in the wall of said chimney.

[017] In one embodiment, the chimney comprises two opposite openings relative to each other, the hook being such that it is intended to be positioned opposite one of the openings of the chimney of another block modular, the modular block further comprising a relief intended to be positioned in front of the other opening of the chimney of another modular block. [018] In one embodiment, the block comprises reinforcing ribs which extend substantially perpendicular to the first side face.

[019] In one embodiment, the block comprises a plurality of steel rod supports.

[020] In one embodiment, the block comprises an adjustment means attached to come attach, preferably by clipping, to the wall of the chimney.

[021] In one embodiment, the block comprises on the transverse sides of the main face supports for fixing said modular block on a wall of the pool. [022] In one embodiment, the block is made of a micro-perforated plastic.

[023] The invention further relates to a pool staircase characterized in that it is formed from a series of columns of modular blocks according to the invention of different heights, each column being formed by modular blocks nested within each other via their drop-side penetrating inside the hollow space of complementary shape.

[024] In one embodiment, the blocks of the adjacent columns being interconnected

- Following their longitudinal side by means of the hooks cooperating with the corresponding notches of another block and - according to their lateral lateral face through the male and female attachment means.

[030] The identical elements retain the same reference from one figure to another. [031] DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[032] Figures 1a-1c shows a modular block 1 according to the invention forming lost formwork element for the construction of part of a pool, including stairs. [033] This block 1 has a main face 2 of substantially rectangular shape, a first side face 3.1 substantially perpendicular to the main face 2 which extends along a longitudinal side of the face 2, and a second 3.2 and a third 3.3 side faces perpendicular to face 2 which extend along the transverse sides of face 2.

[034] A side wall 5 extends along a longitudinal side of the main face 2.1. This side wall 5 has at one end at least one tongue 7. This side wall 5 thus constitutes a protuberance which extends from the face 2 and which is delimited by the side faces 3.2 and 3.3. Preferably, the side wall 5 has a profile of substantially triangular shape, this side wall 5 being formed by a first wall 5.1 extending in the extension of the first side face 3.1 and a second wall 5.2 forming a non-zero angle with the first wall 5.1. A flange 5.3 carrying the tongue 7 extends between the first 5.1 and the second wall 5.2. Alternatively, the side wall 5 could have another shape, such as a rectangular shape.

[035] Furthermore, a hollow space 8 is located on the opposite side of the side wall 5 with respect to the main face 2. This space 8 has a shape complementary to the shape of the side wall 5 and the tongue 7. The hollow space 8 is delimited by edges 8.1, 8.2 of the second 3.2 and third 3.3 side face forming a non-zero angle with the transverse sides of the main face 2.

[036] Thus a side wall 5 of a given modular block 1 can cooperate with the interior of the hollow space 8 of another block 1 by interlocking. Preferably, the wall 3.1 is such that it covers the tongue 7 when the two blocks 1 are nested one inside the other.

[037] In addition, the block 1 comprises three hollow casting chimneys 10, preferably of cylindrical shape, extending on the opposite side to the side wall 5. These chimneys 10 substantially perpendicular to the face 2 have an end opening into the face 2 main. These chimneys 10 comprise at one end remote from the main face 2 two openings 20.1, 20.2 formed in the wall of said chimneys (see Figures 1a, 1b). The stack of blocks 1 allows thanks to the chimneys 10 of delimit concrete columns to support the stairs. The openings 20.1, 20.2 make it possible to evacuate the excess concrete in the lower part of the columns thus formed.

[038] The block 1 is provided on its face 3.2 with a fastening means 12 of the male type, for example in the shape of a dovetail, and on its opposite face 3.3 comprising a fastening means 13 of female type. This female attachment means 13 has for example a shape of groove having a shape complementary to the attachment means 12 of the male type.

[039] The block 1 comprises three hooks 15 extending from the main face 2 along a longitudinal side 2.2 of the main face 2 opposite the side 2.1 along which extends the side wall 5. The hook 15 is formed by a first portion 15.1 substantially perpendicular to the main face 2, an intermediate portion 15.2 substantially parallel to the main face 2 and a portion 15.3 folded extending from the intermediate portion towards the main face 2 (see Figure 1 c) . Furthermore, the block 1 comprises notches 16 formed on one end of the side wall 5 adapted to receive each one end of a hook 15.

[040] Preferably, the two openings 20.1, 20.2 opposite to each other are closed by elements of another block 1 on which the bottom of the chimneys 10 rests. For this purpose, the block 1 comprises reliefs 21 intended to be positioned opposite the openings 20.2 of the chimney 10 of another block 1; while the hook 15 is such that it is intended to be positioned opposite the opening 20.1 of the chimneys 10 of the other block 1.

[041] Preferably, the modular block 1 also comprises reinforcement ribs 18 which extend substantially perpendicularly to the first lateral face 2.1 (see Figure 1b).

[042] The block 1 also comprises a plurality of supports 23 of steel rods. The supports 23 each have an end connected to the main face 2 and an end remote from the main face provided with a notch 23.3 intended to receive the steel rods extending longitudinally with respect to the block 1. [043] In one embodiment, the block 1 further comprises on the transverse sides of the main face 2 of the supports 28 for fixing said modular block 1 on a pool wall (see Figures 1a, 1b).

[044] Preferably, to achieve a saving of material, the block 1 is made of a micro-holed plastic.

[045] As shown in FIGS. 2a-2c, a pool staircase 29 according to the invention is formed from a series of columns 30.1 -30.3 of modular blocks 1 of different heights, each column 30.1 -30.3 being formed by modular blocks 1 nested within each other via their side wall 5 penetrating inside the hollow space 8 of complementary shape. Thus, in the example of FIGS. 2a-2c, column 30.1 comprises three blocks 1 superimposed one on the other. Column 30.2 has two blocks 1 superimposed on each other. Column 30.3 has only one block 1. [046] The blocks 1 of the adjacent columns are interconnected along their longitudinal side face 3.1 through the hooks 15 cooperating with the notches 16 of another block and their lateral faces 3.2, 3.3 transverse by the intermediate of the male and female attachment means 12. [047] More precisely, to obtain this staircase 29, the blocks 1 of the same level N1 -N3 (with respect to the horizontal) are assembled in a first step. engaging the hooks 15 of a block 1 inside the notches 16 of an adjacent block 1. Then, the blocks 1 of the upper level N + 1 are engaged on the blocks 1 of the lower level N by engaging the side wall 5 of a lower block 1 inside the opening 8 of an upper block, a part of the wall 3.1 of the upper level coming to cover the tabs 7. It will be well taken care to first position a block 1 whose notches 16 will receive hooks 15 and then the block 1 provided with the hooks 15 which will be inserted into the inside the notches 16 of the block previously positioned. This is done in succession until the desired number of N levels are obtained. The blocks 1 of the same level may also be fixed to each other via their lateral faces 3.2, 3.3 via the male and female attachment means 13 and 13. [048] Once the assembly is carried out, concrete is poured inside the chimneys 10 in order to produce columns capable of supporting the stairs 29, the surplus of concrete being able to flow through the openings 20.1, 20.2 of the blocks 1 located at first level N1 of the stairs. A concrete slab referenced 33 in Figure 2b is delimited by the upper face 2 and the side wall 5 of the block 1 of the level forming the step and by the side wall 5 of an adjacent block 1. It is noted here that when the structure is finished, the pool water exerts a pressure on the faces 3.1, 5.1 of the blocks 1, which justifies the use of the ribs 18 transverse reinforcement. [049] According to one embodiment, a block 1 has a length A (see Figure 1a) equal to 1 m, a width B equal to 30 cm, a first height C between the base of the block 1 and the main face 2 being 25 cm, a second height D between the base of block 1 and the end of the side wall 5 of 38cm (see Figure 2c). The assembly is such that the height E between each step is 25cm.

[050] To ensure the finish, using a profile 35 having a substantially rectangular cross section adapted to cover the tabs 7 of the blocks 1 (see Figure 2a).

[051] Preferably, to ensure the leveling of the stairs 29, is also used a fitting means 24 attached to attach, preferably by clipping, to the wall of the chimney 10 casting. This adjustment means 24 comprises a screw 24.1 and a threaded body 24.2 with which the screw 24.1 comes into cooperation. The screw 24.1 is preferably terminated by a flat head 24.4 which extends perpendicular to the direction of extension of the screw 24.1. The body 24.2 is provided with an attachment system 24.3 formed for example by a tongue having a protuberance extending perpendicular to the tongue towards the body 24.2 intended to penetrate inside an opening 26 formed in the wall the chimney 10 to lock the adjustment means 24. [052] In addition, the chimney 10 also comprises a means 10.1 for centering the fastening system 24.3 formed by an indentation and means 10.2 retaining the fastening system 24.3. These retaining means 10.2 extend substantially perpendicular to the direction X in which the protuberance of the system 24.3 engages in the opening 26. The means 10.2 retaining and prevent the protuberances are released from the openings 26.

[053] Figure 3b shows a set of adjustment means 24.4 attached to the chimneys 10 of the blocks 1 located in the lower part of the stairs 29. Here the adjusting means 24.4 are attached to the chimneys located near the lateral ends of the staircase 29. It is thus possible to level the staircase 29 resting on a concrete slab by means of its lower part by adjusting the height of the adjustment means 24.

[054] Of course, the modular blocks 1 according to the invention could also be used to make the walls of a pool by producing for example columns of the same height by stacking blocks 1, these columns then being assembled to each other by the lateral sides 3.2, 3.3 of the blocks 1.

Claims

1. Modular block (1) forming a formwork element lost for the construction of part of a swimming pool, in particular stairs, characterized in that it comprises:

- a main face (2) of substantially rectangular shape and a first face (3.1) side substantially perpendicular to the main face (2),

- a side wall (5) extending along a longitudinal side (2.1) of the main face (2), one of the walls (5.1) of said side wall (5) lying in the extension of the first side face (3.1), this board (5) having at one end at least one tongue (7), and

- a hollow space (8) located on the opposite side of the side wall (5) with respect to the main face, this hollow space (8) having a shape complementary to the shape of the side wall (5) and the tongue (7) ,

- So that a side wall (5) of another modular block can cooperate with the interior of the hollow space (8) by interlocking.

Modular block according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises at least one hollow casting chimney (10) extending on the opposite side to the side wall (5), the chimney (10) substantially perpendicular casting the main face (2) having an end opening into the main face (2). 3. Modular block according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises a second side face (3.2) transverse having a fastening means (12) of the male type and a third face (3.

3) opposite transverse side having a female-type attachment means (13) having a shape complementary to the male-type attachment means (12).

Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises at least one hook (15) extending from the face (2) main along a longitudinal side (2.2) the main face (2) opposite the side (2.1) along which the side wall (5) extends and at least one notch (16) formed on the end of the panel (5) carrying the tongue (7), this notch (16) being adapted to receive one end of the hook (15).

Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the side wall (5) has a substantially triangular shape profile, the side wall (5) being formed by a first wall (5.1) extending in the extension of the first face (3.1) side and a second wall (5.2) forming a non-zero angle with the first wall (5.1), a flange (5.3) carrying the tongue (7) extending between the first (5.1) and the second wall (5.2).

6. Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the chimney (10) of casting has a cylindrical shape.

7. Modular block according to claim 6, characterized in that the chimney (10) comprises at an end remote from the main face at least one opening (20.1, 20.2) formed in the wall of said chimney.

Modular block according to claims 4 and 7, characterized in that the chimney (10) has two openings (20.1, 20.2) opposite to each other, the hook (15) being as it is intended to be positioned facing one of the openings (20.1, 20.2) of the chimney (10) of another modular block, the modular block (1) further comprising a relief (21) intended to be positioned in front of the other opening (20.1, 20.2) of the chimney (10) of another modular block.

9. Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises reinforcing ribs (18) which extend substantially perpendicular to the first side (2.1) side.

10. Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of supports (23) of steel rods.

1 1. Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises an adjusting means (24) attached to attach, preferably by clipping, to the wall of the chimney (10).

12. Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 1 1, characterized in that it comprises on the transverse sides of the face (2) main supports (28) for fixing said modular block (1) on a wall of the swimming pool.

13. Modular block according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it is made of a micro-holed plastic.

Swimming pool staircase characterized in that it is formed from a series of columns (30.1 -30.3) of modular blocks (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13 of different heights, each column (30). being formed by modular blocks (1) nested within each other via their side wall (5) penetrating inside the space (8) of complementary shape.
