Description

DOMAINE DE L'INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a prefabricated concrete staircase, straight or quarter turn type.

The fields of application of the present invention are vast given the simplicity with which such a staircase can be installed without heavy handling means.

ETAT ANTERIEUR DE LA TECHNIQUEPRIOR STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

Prefabricated concrete staircases consisting essentially of modular elements, are commonly used to the extent that they are easily and quickly put in place, and inexpensive.

The document EP 0 126 681 describes a prefabricated concrete staircase consisting of at least one silt and previously manufactured staircase elements. The silt is provided with transverse notches intended to anchor the walking elements. The latter consist of a horizontal wall and a vertical wall thus forming the step and the upper riser.

The implementation of this staircase however requires the prior completion of a slime. The silt must then be installed between the two stages to be connected before the step elements can be laid. These preliminary steps make the stair manufacturing process described in the document EP 0 126 681 quite tedious. In addition, the silt consists of a single heavy and bulky item and whose installation is restrictive.

The document FR 2 801 619 describes another type of prefabricated concrete staircase. The walking elements are monobloc and include a step, a riser and two silts. The assembly of these monoblocks constitutes the staircase.

The document FR 2 801 620 describes a straight prefabricated concrete staircase with no silt. The implementation of this staircase requires the installation of a bastaing according to the angle of inclination of the staircase and on which the prefabricated step elements are placed one after the other.

The walking elements ensure both the support and the cohesion of the staircase. When several of them are positioned on the bastaing, they have below the tread a structure defining a linear and continuous cavity.

To ensure a perfect cohesion of the assembly, a reinforcement is introduced into the linear cavity located below the tread of the walking elements. This cavity is then filled with concrete.

The document JP 11050625 also describes a straight concrete staircase comprising a rack. The rack comprises two lateral parts interconnected by a lower part. It is actually made of several elements, each element extending unitarily along the entire length (or height) of the staircase.

Par ailleurs, le document DE 1 039 212 décrit un escalier droit en béton, dont la crémaillère est constituée d'éléments s'étendant sur toute la longueur de l'escalier à l'instar du document JP 11050625 .In addition, the document DE 1,039,212 describes a straight staircase made of concrete, the rack of which consists of elements extending along the entire length of the staircase, as in the document JP 11050625 .

Although technically satisfactory, these embodiments only concern straight staircases.

The Applicant has developed a prefabricated concrete staircase that does not require the prior installation of a silt and may be of straight or quarter-turn type.

EXPOSE DE L'INVENTIONSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The staircase according to the present invention is manuportable, and has the advantage of being able to be straight or quarter turn. Its realization makes it possible to overcome the problems related to the weight, because of the modular character of the elements which constitute it.

Due to the relative lightness of the elements constituting it, it has many advantages including that of being able to be implemented in particular in the context of the renovation of buildings or in the building sites not allowing the implementation of heavy handling means.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a prefabricated concrete staircase, consisting of at least one rack. The latter is directed according to the angle of inclination of the staircase; it provides support for the walking elements. At least one step element, comprising a step and a riser, is arranged on the rack. The step element and the rack and form a linear cavity and continuous to receive a reinforcing mechanical reinforcement, and then to be filled with concrete.

The staircase according to the invention is characterized in that the rack is in the form of individualized elements with respect to the direction of the stairway defined by the slope, said elements each being constituted by two lateral parts interconnected by a lower part. At least a lateral portion of each of these individual elements forming the rack is shaped to receive a step and a riser.

As already indicated, the staircase according to the present invention has the advantage of being able to be straight or quarter turn.

  • une crémaillère centrale constituée de deux crémaillères latérales accolées l'une à l'autre ; la partie latérale extérieure de chaque élément individualisé formant la crémaillère présentant une échancrure découpée de manière à recevoir une marche et une contremarche ;
The invention comprises several preferred embodiments in which the staircase may comprise:
  • a central rack consisting of two side racks contiguous to each other; the outer lateral part of each individualized element forming the rack having an indentation cut so as to receive a step and a riser;
  • two lateral racks spaced apart from each other; the outer lateral portion of each individual element forming the rack having a notch cut to receive a step and a riser.

Typically, when the support beam of the steps is constituted by at least two racks, the latter are images of one another and allow the support of walking. In other words, the two racks are symmetrical to one another with respect to a vertical plane.

Whatever the embodiment, the staircase includes a reinforcement placed in each rack before the latter is filled with concrete. In contrast, concrete is added element of walking after walking element. Indeed, the concrete is poured into the rack and the step element is then sealed over it. The On / rack connection is provided by two steels in loop coming from the lower face of the step. These steels also make it possible to ensure the handling of said steps.

However, in the case of a quarter-turn staircase, the individual elements of the rotating rack have three side portions and are not reinforced by reinforcement.

Advantageously, at least one lateral portion of each individualized element forming the rack of the staircase according to the invention comprises an anchor foot intended to be housed in the corresponding female part of the lower part of the step. This self-locking device thus makes it possible to stabilize the step element.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the step element comprises a step and an upper riser, ensuring the formwork, said riser extending over the entire length of the step, or limitatively to the plumb of the House warming party.

The individualized elements forming the rack can be single or double. In other words, they can receive one or two walking elements. In doing so, it is possible to make stairs with even or odd steps.

In addition, each of the individualized elements is advantageously constituted of a single unitary part formed by two lateral parts interconnected by a lower part in the case of a straight staircase.

  • pose d'un bastaing entre les deux étages à relier, selon l'angle d'inclinaison de l'escalier à réaliser ;
  • assemblage de la crémaillère par pose successive, au moins dans le sens de la pente de l'escalier, d'au moins un élément individualisé préfabriqué de crémaillère ;
  • pose du ferraillage au sein de la crémaillère ;
The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a prefabricated concrete staircase according to the following steps:
  • laying a bastaing between the two floors to be connected, according to the angle of inclination of the staircase to be made;
  • assembly of the rack by successive laying, at least in the direction of the slope of the staircase, of at least one prefabricated individual rack-and-pinion element;
  • laying of reinforcement in the rack;
  • placing at least one step element and pouring concrete into the rack as the assembly progresses.

The introduction of a reinforcement or reinforcement provides mechanical support to the structure. The laying of the steps and the pouring of the concrete into the rack as the assembly progresses makes it possible to make the rack and the staircase without heavy handling means. The step with its riser constitutes the shuttering element with the individualized element of the rack resting on the bastaing.

In the case where the step element does not have a higher riser, additional formwork is necessary in order to contain the concrete and ensure the installation of the upper step.

We have shown in relation to the figure 8 a cross-sectional view of a step associated with an individualized rack member according to the invention, in which the rack is constituted by two elements contiguous to one another, like the figures 1 , 3 and 4 .

It can be observed the presence of steel loops (13) emanating from the lower face (14) of the step plate (15), cooperating with the reinforcement (5), in particular by ligation. These loops further allowing the handling of said walking tray prior to its establishment for the constitution of the staircase.

We have shown in relation to the figure 9 a cross-sectional view of a step associated with an individual rack element according to the invention, in which the rack is constituted by two elements separated from each other, like the figure 2 .

In this configuration, a bastaing (16) is put in place and supported, prior to pouring the concrete. This bastaing is removed after sufficient hardening of the concrete set up in the individualized components of the rack. It can, however, be maintained during the hardening phase of the concrete, to allow the use of the staircase in progress.

The modular elements constituting the rack are made by molding concrete.

It is understandable that because of their modular and unitary character, these elements are easily manuportables.
