Description

DOMAINE DE L'INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a prefabricated balanced type staircase made of concrete. It is constituted by the assembly of different prefabricated elements, and in this case the steps and the elements of a central shaft, assembled on site.

Un escalier de type balancé préfabriqué en béton est connu du CH 674539 .A prefabricated balanced concrete staircase is known from CH 674539 .

ETAT ANTERIEUR DE LA TECHNIQUEPRIOR STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

Prefabricated staircases are nowadays widely used, insofar as they allow first of all to realize a substantial gain of time, in particular during the pause of the staircase on the building site, and on the other hand a gain in terms of cost price.

Among the various types of staircase, there are known one-piece staircases balanced with load-bearing wall, whose steps radiate around said wall. The heavy weight of this type of staircase, typically 2,500 to 3,500 kg requires for their implementation adapted lifting means very difficult to meet, especially on individual housing projects.

EXPOSE DE L'INVENTIONSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to simplify the implementation of this type of staircase in addition to its implementation.

For this purpose, it proposes a prefabricated staircase of balanced type of concrete, constituted by the assembly of prefabricated steps converging at a central bearing wall.

Selon l'invention :

  • chaque marche est pourvue au niveau de sa zone de convergence en direction du mur porteur central d'une saillie supérieure prolongeant le plateau de marche et une partie de la contremarche ;
According to the invention:
  • each step is provided at its convergence zone towards the central bearing wall with an upper projection extending the step plate and a portion of the riser;
  • the central wall is provided with a notch formed in the defining side wall, at which the protrusion emanating from said corresponding step is supported, said notch being offset from a unitary element to the upper unitary element.

In other words, prior to the completion of the staircase itself, the unitary elements of the central wall are not secured to the steps and can therefore be mounted simultaneously with the steps as and when the staircase , being stressed that concrete is poured into the central wall when a certain number of steps has been laid.

According to the invention, each of the steps is advantageously provided with a reinforcement to enable it to be keyed at the level of the central wall, beforehand, obviously, to the pouring of concrete within it.

In addition, each step has at the level of the walking plate, a recess formed on the opposite side to its convergence zone towards the central carrier wall, and a protrusion or abutment extending at the riser with which it is equipped. said recess of a step being adapted to cooperate with the extension or projection of the upper step. The steps work as a console, with the central wall as an anchor. According to the invention, each of the steps is made integral with the central wall carrier by pouring concrete to resume flexion efforts of these.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the load-bearing wall receives at least two levels of carrying reinforcement, intended to be secured to one another by the pouring of the concrete.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTIONDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

So we have shown in relation to the figure 1 the balanced staircase according to the invention.

It consists of a shaft or central wall 1 of cross section, not circular, but elongated, consisting of the superposition of unit elements 2 , all having the same shape, except for a notch more described in relation to the figure 2 .

Il comporte également une succession de marches 3 convergeant toutes au niveau du mur central 1 et venant prendre appui au niveau de celui-ci.It also comprises a succession of steps 3 converging all at the central wall 1 and coming to bear on the level thereof.

Il convient à cet égard de préciser que la hauteur de chacun des éléments unitaires 2 correspond à la hauteur au sens normalisé du terme de la marche correspondante 3.As can be seen on the figure 2 each unit element 2 is hollow, and is defined by a side wall 4 extending over its entire height. It should be noted in this regard that the height of each of the unit elements 2 corresponds to the height in the standardized sense of the term of the corresponding step 3 .

Said lateral wall 4 defining the unitary elements 2 is provided with a notch 5 , shifted by a unit element 2 with respect to the adjacent unitary element and in the upper case.

This notch 5 is intended to cooperate with a protrusion or upper extension 6 emanating from the step 3 with which it is intended to cooperate, said projection extending exactly the tray of the step 3 as can be observed on the figure 2 , besides a part of the riser.

In other words, the step 3 comes to bear at this notch via this extension 6 , said notch having a cut corresponding to the shape of the projection 6 .

In addition, on the opposite side to this projection 6 , the step has on the one hand a recess 7, at the upper part of the step itself and intended to act as a stop abutment. Said step also has, at its riser projection 8 , with the exception of the first step, that is to say that intended to be positioned on the slab receiving the staircase. This projection 8 is intended to cooperate with the abutment stop 7 of the lower step, and this in order to promote the stability of the assembly. It is also of complementary shape to the recess 7 to optimize this stability function and to bend the efforts of the latter.

In addition, each of the steps has a reinforcement 9 , emanating from its upper plane or walking plate, intended to be ligated or keyed at a wire mesh or metal bars or rods 10 , positioned at the level of the hollow area of the central shaft. This ligation is performed prior to casting the concrete within said hollow and to ensure the stability of the structure.

We have shown in relation to the figure 4 the principle of assembling the staircase according to the invention.

So in Figure 4A a concrete flat slab 11 is prepared, within which are made a number of reservations made by drilling 12 for the purpose of allowing the sealing of bars or metal rods 10 constituting a half-cage lower frame carrying the wall 1 .

En figure 4B est d'ailleurs représentée la mise en place de ladite demi-cage inférieure d'armature 10 avec son scellement sur la dalle 11.In Figure 4B is also shown the establishment of said half frame lower cage 10 with its seal on the slab 11 .

We proceed then ( figure 4C ) the positioning of a first element 2 constituting the wall by threading along said lower half-cage 10 . Its fastening to the slab is carried out for example by means of a bed of mortar, previously deposited on said slab.

Then, in the next step, illustrated in the figure 4D , we proceed to the implementation of the first step 3 . The projection 6 thereof is positioned at the notch 5 which is provided with the first wall element. Temporary wedging of said step is ensured by means of wedges positioned at its posterior zone which can be observed.

Par ailleurs, on procède à la ligature ou au clavetage du ferraillage 9 de ladite marche au niveau des barres ou tiges métalliques 10.In addition, the reinforcement 9 of said step is lashed or keyed at the level of the metal bars or rods 10 .

We then proceed to the positioning of a seal on the upper part of the side wall 4 of the unitary element of the drum set up during the step of the figure 4C , but also at the bottom of the walking board to accommodate ( figure 4E ) the next unit wall element, always introduced by sliding along the half metal bars constituting the cage.

This joint helps to hold the elements together and helps to create the monolithism necessary for the structural holding of these elements.

Then, ( figure 4F ), the corresponding upper step is set up. It comes to bear by its projection 6 at the notch 5 which is provided with the second unit drum member, said notch being offset from that of the first unit drum member. This step is also wedged temporarily by a wedge of appropriate height, being positioned under the walking tray.

We have shown in relation with the Figures 4G and 4H , the establishment of the third barrel element and the third step, in a manner quite similar to the lower steps.

The steps constituting the stairway are thus assembled to the end of the staircase in identical manner, the notches of the successive casing elements being offset relative to one another as and when the the progression of the stairs.

When about a certain number of steps has been set, for example seven, the concrete is poured inside the wall then formed, then after drying, the progression of the staircase is continued.

When the concrete has dried, remove the wedges ensuring the positioning of the successive steps.

It is conceived in fact the extreme simplicity of realization of the staircase according to the invention since in the first place, it uses unitary elements, whether the elements of the drum or steps, prefabricated and manuportable, s thus freeing from any lifting tool.

In addition, because of the notches provided at the level of the unitary elements of the barrel in addition to the step stops of the steps, the positioning of the steps respectively relative to each other is greatly facilitated.

The adaptation of this staircase to the dimensions of the site can also be easily achieved by simply changing the molds constituting the unitary elements of the barrel on the one hand and steps on the other.
