Definitions
- the present invention is a film-like check nozzle (liquid pouring nozzle) having a self-seal check function that automatically prevents the outside air from entering into a bag made of two laminated soft plastic laminated films. ) On the side of the packaging bag body.
- the non-return function of the film-like non-return nozzle disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 refers to the two laminated plastic films that are flat and in close contact with each other and face each other, and between the laminated plastic films that overlap. This is a self-seal check function that prevents the intrusion of outside air by adhering to the pouring passage formed by the liquid substance at all times by capillary action.
- the film-like non-return nozzle disclosed in these documents and a flexible packaging bag including the same are substantially liquid by filling a liquid such as soy sauce or other liquid seasoning or salad oil in a liquid. It is used as a liquid-filled package body (filled in a gas-less state) containing only the packaged product.
- the liquid-filled package is characterized in that when the liquid package is poured out, the package does not touch the atmosphere at all. Therefore, since the article to be packaged hermetically sealed in such a packaging bag does not cause chemical changes such as oxidation, there is an advantage that it can be maintained in its original state for a long time.
- the liquid package to be packed in the packaging bag having such a film check nozzle is poured into a predetermined opening formed near the tip of the film check nozzle.
- the body of the packaging bag is tilted so that the opening (spout) of the film-like check nozzle faces downward, This is done by opening the spout with the water head pressure of the object.
- the bag body portion is sequentially shrunk or crushed and deformed corresponding to the volume of the package to be poured.
- the pressure decreases, the water head pressure of the article to be packaged loses the adhesion force between the inner surfaces of the non-return nozzle, and the spout cannot be opened only by tilting the bag body.
- the body of the packaging bag main body is pushed with fingers to discharge the packaged object. In this case, however, it is difficult to control the discharge amount and the discharge direction, and there is a problem that dripping easily occurs.
- the conventional packaging bag pours into the location adjacent to the lower edge part of the film-like non-return nozzle 1, especially the nozzle attachment base end side (packaging bag main body side).
- a liquid reservoir 1b for controlling the amount is provided, and the discharge flow is temporarily retained in this portion, so that excessive pouring is prevented and stable quantitative discharge can be secured.
- the lower end side of the discharge flow of the article to be packaged flowing into the film check nozzle 1 is the lower end of the nozzle base end portion 1c and the liquid reservoir portion 1b. It goes to the spout 1a through the protruding portion at the upper end.
- the outer seal part of the film check nozzle has a weaker seal strength and a narrow seal width of 0.5 to 3 mm compared to the packaging bag body made of thick and strong laminated plastic film.
- the present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and can stabilize the discharge amount by rectifying the discharge flow of the packaged object, A film-like check nozzle that can smoothly discharge a packaged item even when the number of items is reduced, and further improves the discharge performance and bag breaking strength by reinforcing the film-like check nozzle. It is in providing the flexible packaging bag provided.
- a base end portion of a film-like check nozzle having an outer check function for preventing outside air from entering the bag is fusion-bonded to the inner surface of the side portion of the packaging bag body made of a laminated plastic film.
- the two laminated plastic films facing each other are fused to a position in the vicinity of the packaging bag main body including the lower portion of the fused portion with the base end portion of the film-like check nozzle. It is a flexible packaging bag characterized by forming a rectifying / reinforcing seal portion formed in the above manner.
- the flexible packaging bag is (1)
- the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion includes a fusion portion between the film-like check nozzle side vertical seal portion of the packaging bag body and the nozzle base end portion of the lower-side outer peripheral seal portion of the film-like check nozzle.
- the front rectifying / reinforcing seal portion has its upper end portion provided on a substantially extended line in the inner edge direction of the lower peripheral seal portion reaching the spout of the film check nozzle, (3)
- the base end portion of the film-like check nozzle is fusion-bonded at a low temperature by a sealant layer made of a facing low-melting plastic film, and the inner surface of the dispensing passage is temporarily sealed.
- the film-like check nozzle has a wetting layer on at least one inner surface of two laminated plastic films constituting the nozzle (5)
- the wetting treatment layer is formed in a range from a portion serving as a pouring passage and an outer edge of the pouring passage from 1 to 3 mm, (6)
- the spout formed by the tear opening at the tip of the film check nozzle has an opening diameter (d) in the thickness direction of 1/3 or less (d ⁇ 1 / 3D) of the maximum opening diameter (D). ) Is a more preferable solution.
- two laminated plastic films facing each other are formed by fusing each other at a position in the vicinity of the packaging bag main body including the lower portion of the fused portion with the base end portion of the film-like check nozzle.
- the wrapping / flowing sealing portion temporarily dams up the packaged material that flows into the film check nozzle, thereby rectifying the discharge flow.
- the discharge amount of the package can be reliably controlled, the occurrence of dripping can be suppressed, and the two laminated plastic films constituting the nozzle can be opened in the direction (front and back) away from each other.
- the tensile force on the nozzle (the tensile force in the thickness direction) is reduced, and the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion can be prevented from peeling off.
- the spout at the tip of the check nozzle can always be greatly opened, an effect that the packaged object can be discharged smoothly can be expected.
- the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion is provided so as to include the lower part of the fused portion between the packaging bag main body and the film-like check nozzle base end portion,
- the fusion bonding strength between the packaging bag body and the base end of the film-like check nozzle can be improved, and the film strength at the lower part of the base end of the film-like check nozzle made of a laminated plastic film that is thin and weak. Since the film strength can be reinforced to the same degree as the film strength of the packaging bag main body, the film-like check nozzle is not bent from the base end position, and the discharge performance can be improved.
- the wetting layer is applied not only to the inner surface of the pouring passage of the film-like check nozzle, but also to a portion 1 to 3 mm outside from the side edge of the pouring passage (a seal portion on the outer periphery of the nozzle). As a result, the entire pouring passage is wetted.
- the adhesive force between the films at the boundary between the extraction passage and the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion will be strengthened as compared with the conventional case, it is possible to reliably prevent the entry of air or the like from the outlet,
- the packaged items in the bag can be kept in their original fresh state for a long time, and even if the fusion at the boundary between the dispensing passage and the nozzle outer seal part is peeled off, a non-wetting part is generated.
- the self-seal check function can be effectively exhibited without the need to do so.
- the inner surfaces of the base end portions (entrance portions) of the film check nozzles are temporarily sealed by low-temperature fusion treatment, and an unexpected force is applied to the nozzle portions during handling and the like. Even in such a case, it is possible to provide a flexible packaging bag including a film-like check nozzle that does not impair the check function characteristics.
- a flexible packaging bag self-support by providing the bottom part for self-supporting at the lower end of a bag main body, Furthermore, a bag main-body part consists of a three-way sealing bag except the bottom part for self-supporting. Therefore, even after the liquid package is filled in the bag body with a seal in the liquid, the standing shape can maintain a flat shape at the upper part with respect to the cylindrical shape at the lower part (securing the filling space). Therefore, the check function of the film check nozzle can be effectively exhibited.
- a film-like check nozzle having a self-sealing check function that automatically prevents the outside air from entering the bag is a thermoplastic uniaxial or biaxially stretched base film layer, and / or one of them.
- Two or three layers of soft laminated plastic film (hereinafter, described in the example of three layers) composed of a sealant layer laminated so as to sandwich the both sides are overlapped so as to be front and back, for example, two sheets
- a base end portion where the sealant layers facing each other in a pair of soft laminated plastic films or the sealant layers facing each other of one soft laminated plastic film folded back in half width are connected to the bag body of the packaging bag.
- the outer peripheral portion excluding the central portion serving as a liquid discharge passage has a predetermined width, for example, a width of 0.5 to 3.0 mm.
- a width of 0.5 to 3.0 mm In other words, it is formed so as to have a substantially wedge shape as a whole by flatly fusing with a heat seal, high frequency seal or impulse seal over a width of 1.0 to 2.0 mm so as not to be wrinkled. is there.
- the non-returning function of the film-like non-return nozzle is, as will be described in detail later, when the packaged item is poured out from the packaging bag, air or the like is liquid packaged instead of the packaged item.
- This is an outside check function for preventing entry into a bag body filled with an object, for example, preventing a packaged article from being discharged from the bag body as in the check nozzle of JP-A-2005-52596. It is different from the inner check function.
- a thin three-layer laminated plastic film such as PE20 / NY15 / PE20 is preferable.
- the non-return action is better for the film.
- a laminated plastic film with two front and back surfaces has a higher flatness (flatness) and a higher check effect can be obtained, and the gap during polymerization of the two front and back plastic films should be about 2 ⁇ m to 300 ⁇ m. Necessary.
- the sealant material when PVDC is used as the sealant material and the check nozzle is formed by, for example, a thin and soft three-layer laminated film made of a combination of PE15 / PET12 / PVDC5, the spout is easy to open with a small force, and pouring can be performed. It is easy and PVDC itself is excellent in gas barrier properties and heat seal properties, and is preferable in that it is not necessary to form a gas barrier layer on the base film.
- Such a film-like non-return nozzle has, for example, a sealant layer located on the outer surface of the nozzle, for example, various non-stretched PE layers, PP layers, EVA layers, metallocene-catalyzed polyethylene at the base end portion.
- a flexible laminated plastic film (mainly 2) through a thermoplastic resin layer such as an olefin resin layer such as a layer, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer layer, an ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer layer, an ionomer layer, a PVDC layer, or an EVOH layer.
- the inner surface of the packaging bag body (preferably, the same kind of sealant layer) is fused, for example, by heat sealing, so that it can be easily, quickly and reliably projected from the packaging bag body.
- the inner surface of the packaging bag body preferably, the same kind of sealant layer
- the inner surface of the packaging bag body is fused, for example, by heat sealing, so that it can be easily, quickly and reliably projected from the packaging bag body.
- the film-like non-return nozzle 1 is shown in FIG. 4, for example, each base film layer 5, 5 ′ disposed in the longitudinal direction substantially in the width direction of the laminated plastic film, and each sealant layer 6, laminated on both surfaces of the base film layer 5, 5 ′.
- the sealant layers 6 and 6 'on the inner surface facing each other have a predetermined width, for example, 0.5 to Manufacturing in a simple, rapid and always reliable manner by fusing to a desired shape (wedge shape) by heat sealing over a width of 3 mm, preferably 1.0 to 2.0 mm. In That.
- substantially width direction means the tearing direction, and thus the extension direction of the check nozzle opening edge, as described above, of 0 to 15 ° with respect to the width direction of the laminated plastic film. This is because it may be inclined at a range angle.
- Such a film-like check nozzle 1 is characterized by its flat shape, and the sealant layers 7 and 7 'on the outer surface side are applied to the inner surface of the packaging bag body 2 at the base end portion thereof, preferably also by heat sealing. By fusing, it is possible to join the packaging bag body 2 properly, surely and simply at all times.
- each of the base film layer located on the outer surface and the sealant layer located on the inner surface is the same type of base film layer and sealant layer as the film check nozzle. be able to.
- different intermediate layers may be appropriately interposed between the film check nozzle, the base film layer of the packaging bag body, and the sealant layer.
- the sealant layer forming the inner surface of the bag body made of the soft laminated film is made of the same kind of resin material as the outermost sealant layer of the check nozzle. According to this, the fusion-bonding strength between the check nozzle and the bag body can be sufficiently increased.
- the packaging bag body may be a uniaxial or biaxially stretched base film of a laminated film having a two-layer or three-layer structure, a polyethylene terephthalate film layer (PET layer) or a nylon resin film layer (NY layer) having a thickness of 8 to 30 ⁇ m. ), Ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH), etc.
- the sealant layer is preferably composed of an unstretched PE layer or PP layer having a thickness of 10 to 60 ⁇ m, an EVA layer, an ionomer layer, an EVOH layer, etc. Is preferred.
- the PET layer and the NY layer as the base film layer are preferable for exhibiting excellent water vapor impermeability and high gas barrier properties, and the PE layer and the PP layer as the sealant layer have a relatively low temperature. It is excellent in improving heat sealability and improving the seal strength.
- the liquid packaged material filled in the packaging bag having the film-like check nozzle of the present invention is poured into a planned opening portion (a tear guide rod) formed near the tip of the film-like check nozzle. After cutting and opening the tip of the packaging bag with your fingers, tilt the body of the packaging bag so that the opening (spout) of the film-like check nozzle faces downward. Is done.
- the discharge passage of the film-like non-return nozzle composed of a pair of soft front and back laminated plastic films has a close contact due to the intermolecular force between the film and the liquid and the film, which is caused by the liquid material always intervening. It will be released by the action of the water head pressure of the liquid package and the action of pressurizing the body part body part of the packaging bag with fingers, so make a large gap apart on the front and back sides Thus, the liquid packaging material is allowed to be poured out.
- the bag body portion made of a soft laminated film has a reverse shape regardless of the liquid package being poured out when the liquid package is poured through the opening (pour spout) of the film check nozzle.
- the self-seal check function of the stop nozzle air does not enter the bag body in place of the liquid package that has been poured out), so the outside air is not sucked in (back flow).
- the shrinkage or crushing deformation is sequentially made in an amount corresponding to the minute.
- the required amount of liquid to be packaged in the packaging bag is poured out from the bag by tilting it under the opening of the film check nozzle, and from the opening of the film check nozzle.
- the outflow of the liquid package is stopped by returning the packaging bag to the original standing posture. Due to the stoppage of the outflow, non-liquid portions in the discharge passage of the film check nozzle and in the bag body are always in liquid state due to the liquid matter filling the bag body due to capillary action. Since the package becomes wet due to the interposition, the inner surfaces of the laminated plastic film of the film-like check nozzle are strongly adhered to each other at the same time as the stoppage, and therefore provided at the tip of the film-like check nozzle. Since the opening also remains in close contact, it is possible to reliably prevent outside air from entering the bag body.
- the packaged material flowing into the film check nozzle passes through the lower end of the nozzle base end portion 1c and the protruding portion at the upper end of the liquid reservoir portion 1b shown in FIG. Therefore, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to open the spout 1a greatly, and it becomes difficult to pour out the packaged item, particularly when the packaged item in the bag decreases and the water head pressure decreases.
- two laminated plastic films on the front and back sides of the packaging bag body 2 are provided in the vicinity of the lower part of the fusion bag body (nozzle base end portion 1c) with the nozzle 1 of the packaging bag body 2.
- a rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 formed by fusing a long oval shape is provided.
- the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 temporarily blocks and rectifies the discharge flow of the liquid to be packaged toward the film check nozzle 1, and then the rectified liquid package becomes a film. By flowing into the non-return nozzle 1, it becomes easy to control the amount of the package to be poured out and the dripping can be effectively suppressed.
- the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 suppresses the opening of the two laminated plastic films constituting the nozzle in the direction away from each other (the direction inflated by the inflow of the packaged object). Even if the tensile force on the nozzle is reduced and a large amount of the packaged material flows into the film check nozzle 1, there is no possibility that the outer peripheral seal portion of the check nozzle 1 peels off and breaks the bag.
- the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 includes the nozzle side vertical seal portion 2L of the packaging bag body 2 and the nozzle proximal end portion of the lower side outer peripheral seal portion 1u of the check nozzle 1. Since the laminated plastic films facing each other so as to include the fusion part are heat-sealed and fused, the nozzle base is particularly easy to concentrate the water pressure of the packaged article and the fusion is easy to peel off.
- the packaged material that has flowed into the film-like check nozzle is conventionally a protruding portion at the lower end of the nozzle base end portion 1c and the upper end of the liquid reservoir portion 1b, as indicated by an arrow in FIG. And toward the spout 1a, the actual opening 1d is smaller than the spout 1a.
- the water outlet can open the spout 1a to a large extent. In other words, since the water head pressure is reduced, the opening portion 1d of the spout 1a is narrowed, and there is a problem that the packaged object cannot be discharged.
- the lower side of the discharge flow of the packaged object is the upper corner of the rectifying / reinforcing seal 19 and the protruding portion at the upper end of the liquid reservoir 1b as shown by the arrow in FIG. Therefore, the opening portion 1d of the spout 1a becomes larger than the conventional one, and the liquid package can always be discharged smoothly.
- the size and the like of the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 include a fusion portion between the vertical seal portion 2L of the packaging bag body and the base end portion of the lower outer peripheral seal portion 1u of the check nozzle 1. It is preferable to select as appropriate depending on the volume of the packaging bag, the size of the film-like check nozzle, etc., and the position thereof may be appropriately selected depending on the relationship between the required rectification and reinforcement effects. preferable. Further, the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 is provided so that its upper end portion is positioned on a substantially extended line in the inner edge direction of the lower peripheral seal portion 1u reaching the discharge port 1a of the film check nozzle 1. The effect of rectification increases, and it is more preferable for opening the nozzle spout 1a large.
- This wetting treatment is a treatment that makes the adhesive force acting between the laminated plastic films more reliable and effectively exerts the above-described outside check function (preventing the entry of outside air into the bag).
- PE Corona discharge treatment UV ozone treatment, resin coating treatment, metal deposition treatment, electroless plating treatment, metal low-temperature thermal spraying treatment, plasma etching treatment, flame on the surface of the laminated plastic film sealant film made of PP, EAV, ionomer, etc.
- a wetting treatment that is a suitable example of the treatment, etc., it improves the wettability of the film by a synergistic effect of physical surface modification of the film surface and chemical surface modification by the generation of polar functional groups. is there.
- the said wetting process layer is previously formed according to the shape of the extraction channel
- the non-return nozzle is formed by superimposing the two laminated plastic films that have been subjected to the wetting treatment, the wetting treatment forming portion and the dispensing passage portion cannot be accurately aligned, for example, As shown in the enlarged view of the film-like non-return nozzle in FIG. 4, a portion 18 (non-wetting) in which the boundary (side edge of the extraction passage) between the extraction passage 8 and the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion 17 is not applied. There is a risk that the processing part) will occur.
- the object to be packaged has low wettability such as water
- the effect of close sealing of the laminated plastic films due to the intermolecular force of the object to be packaged cannot be obtained, and the tip of the nozzle 1 is torn and opened.
- air or the like may enter from the spout 1a through the non-wetting portion 18 of the spout passage 8 to contaminate the packaged items in the packaging bag.
- the boundary between the pouring passage 8 and the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion 17 is a portion where the adhesion force due to the intermolecular force between the laminated plastic films is weak, and its reinforcement is necessary. It was.
- the wetting treatment it is preferable to apply the wetting treatment to the entire inner surface of the pouring passage. As shown in an embodiment of the film-like check nozzle of FIG. It is preferable to apply a wetting process 11 (range shown by shading) to a portion corresponding to the outlet passage 8 and to the outer peripheral seal portion 17 further 1 to 3 mm outside the side edge of the outlet passage 8.
- the wetting process 11 will be reliably performed to the whole extraction channel
- sticker part 17 to which the wetting process 11 was given is easy to peel off by the pressure at the time of extracting the packaged article, Since the wetting process 11 is performed from the side edge of the passage 8 to the outer peripheral seal portion 17 which is 1 to 3 mm outside, even if the boundary portion between the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion 17 and the dispensing passage 8 may be peeled off. The self-seal check function can be effectively exhibited.
- the formation range of the wetting process 11 is limited to a portion further outside the side edge of the extraction passage 8 by 1 to 3 mm in addition to the extraction passage 8 portion.
- the boundary portion between the dispensing passage 8 and the outer peripheral seal portion 17 of the check nozzle is peeled off, the portion not subjected to the wetting treatment 11 may be exposed, while the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion is exposed.
- the thickness of the nozzle 17 is usually about 0.5 to 3 mm, and if the wetting process is further performed from the side edge of the pouring passage 8 to more than 3 mm, the nozzle outer peripheral seal portion 17 may be peeled off.
- the length of the opening tip is preferably about 5 to 100 mm regardless of the number of laminated plastic films. . If the length of the check nozzle opening is less than 5 mm, the dispensing amount is too small in relation to the volume of the bag body, while if it exceeds 100 mm, it is difficult to accurately specify the dispensing direction.
- the opening position (spout) 1a of the film check nozzle 1 is opened from opening means such as I notch, V notch, U notch, base notch and diamond cut. It is preferable to provide a tear-inducing wrinkle that is opened, and the tear-inducing wrinkle is opened for use.
- a spire-like shape for preventing dripping is formed at a position of the lower edge portion that is somewhat closer to the base end portion 1 c side than the planned opening position 1 a.
- a protrusion 16 is provided. Even if dripping occurs from the spout 1a of the film-like check nozzle 1 due to the protrusion 16, the dripping does not reach the side portion that will be positioned on the lower side of the packaging bag.
- the bag body part 2 and the inside of the outer container surrounding the bag body part 2 and the like are not contaminated, and the risk of dripping down the liquid to an unintended location can be effectively eliminated.
- the outer surface of the opening 1a (spout) of the film check nozzle 1 that is, the outer surface in the vicinity including the planned opening 1a and the dripping prevention projection 16 are provided. It is preferable to provide a coating layer 10 of a water-repellent substance / oil-repellent substance.
- a water repellent coating agent made of silicone oil, fluorine resin, acrylic resin or amide resin
- oil repellent such as silicon resin, Teflon resin, silicon modified acrylic resin or the like is used.
- coating agents urethane, acrylic, ester, nitrified cotton, amide, vinyl chloride, rubber, styrene, olefin, vinyl chloride, cellulose, phenol, etc. as binders Added.
- the opening diameter (d) of the spout 1a of the film check nozzle is 1/3 or less (d ⁇ 1 / 3D) of the maximum opening diameter (D) as shown in the sectional view of FIG. ) Is preferable.
- the opening diameter (d) of the spout 1a of the nozzle can be adjusted by selecting the shape of the nozzle 1 and the material of the laminated plastic film constituting the nozzle 1, and the opening diameter (d) of the packaging bag body 2 with the check nozzle 1 can be adjusted. It can also be adjusted by selecting the position and shape of the rectifying / reinforcing seal portion 19 provided below the fused portion (nozzle base end portion 1c).
- the sealant layer on the outer surface side of the film check nozzle has a low melting point
- the base end portion thereof is the side portion of the packaging bag body
- the sealant layer on the inner surface side of the film check nozzle has a high melting point, for example, As shown in FIG. 2, the inner half of the base end portion 1 c of the film-like check nozzle 1 is half the original when the film-like check nozzle 1 is fusion-bonded to the inner surface of the bag body 2.
- the temporary sealing portion 12 is bonded with the following heat seal strength and is temporarily fused at a relatively low temperature.
- the temporary sealing portion 12 by low-temperature temporary fusion reduces at least one of the heating temperature, pressure and pressurization time of the heat sealing means as compared with the case where a complete fusion bonded portion is formed. This can be realized.
- the temporary sealing portion is formed at a position corresponding to the fusion bonding position of the film-like check nozzle 1 to the packaging bag body 2.
- the position may be slightly deviated to the inside of the packaging bag body 2 from the corresponding position, or conversely, the position may be somewhat deviated to the outside of the packaging bag body 2 from the corresponding position.
- the film-like check nozzle 1 has a length (5 to 5) sufficient for the film-like check nozzle 1 to exhibit its original function, that is, the self-seal check function. It is necessary to leave the extraction passage 8 (about 80 mm) outside the temporary sealing portion 12.
- the temporary sealing portion it is necessary to use a high melting point sealant layer and a low melting point sealant layer for the film check nozzle. It is preferable that the low-melting polyethylene including the low-density polyethylene is formed, or that the high-melting-point sealant layer is formed of medium-density or high-density polyethylene, and the low-melting-point sealant layer is formed of low-density polyethylene.
- the selection of the high or low melting point of the polyethylene made of the same material can be realized, for example, by mutually changing the extrusion laminating conditions when the sealant layer is laminated.
- the provisional sealing portion is provided at the proximal end portion of the film-like check nozzle at or near the fusion-bonding position of the film-like check nozzle to the packaging bag body.
- the liquid packaged product is reliably prevented from flowing from the temporary sealing portion to the check nozzle tip side, even if the packaged product is heated to 50 to 100 ° C.
- the most part of the packaged article extraction passage of the film check nozzle is sufficiently protected from permanent deformation in the direction of expanding the extraction passage.
- the portion of the film-like check nozzle on the tip side from the temporary sealing portion can always fully exhibit the function of the film-like check nozzle, and the object to be packaged is poured out from the packaging bag.
- the packaged item is poured out from the packaging bag.
- a load is applied to the bag in the thickness direction to open the temporary sealing portion, and the tip portion of the film check nozzle is broken or cut off to form a dispensing opening.
- the packaging bag is tilted so that the pouring posture is such that the pouring opening faces downward.
- the temporary sealing portion is opened. Even if the necessary load is applied, no unexpected bag breaking will occur.
- the film-like check nozzle portion that is not subjected to the full deformation due to the heated packaged object prevents the intrusion of outside air into the packaging bag body due to the extraction of the packaged object in the bag. It is possible to effectively prevent the pouring opening from being opened under the necessary and sufficient condition under the crushing deformation.
- the outside air into the main body of the packaging bag is recovered by the self-seal check function by returning the pouring nozzle part wet to the package to the original shape. Can be surely prevented.
- both the high melting point sealant layer and the low melting point sealant layer are formed of low density polyethylene, or the high melting point sealant layer is formed of medium density or high density polyethylene, and the low melting point sealant layer is formed of low density polyethylene.
- the temporary sealing having the sealing strength as expected and the required fusion bonding to the film check nozzle.
- the heat sealing strength of the temporary sealing portion should be in the range of 0.3 to 3 (N / 15 mm), particularly 0.7 to 1 (N / 15 mm). While preventing the opening, it is preferable to open the temporary sealing portion intentionally without affecting the other fusion bonded portions. That is, if it is less than 0.3 (N / 15 mm), there is a possibility that unintentional opening of the temporarily sealed portion may occur in relation to the capacity of the packaged liquid in the heated state, If it exceeds 3 (N / 15 mm), the load required to open the temporary sealing portion may have an unexpected influence (bag breaking or opening) on other fusion bonded portions.
- the load for opening the temporary sealing portion may be in the range of 50 to 350 (N), particularly 100 to 200 (N), without incurring bag breakage at other locations including the sealing portion. This is necessary to prevent accidental opening during transportation and work. That is, when the opening load is less than 50 (N), there is a possibility that the temporary sealing portion may be opened by the lower packaging bag due to the stacking of the packaging bags filled with the packaged object. ) Or the heat seal strength is too high, other fusion bonded parts may be affected by the load required to open the temporary sealing part.
- a self-supporting bottom portion may be provided at the lower end of the packaging bag body so that it can be self-supporting.
- the packaging bag body part is composed of a three-sided seal bag excluding the bottom part for self-supporting, and the reason is that a vertical seal is applied to the left and right side edges of the packaging bag body part to Even after filling the liquid package with gas-less filling, such as by filling with a seal in liquid, it is possible to maintain the standing shape in a flat and flat shape at the top, that is, the lamination of the front and back two sheets constituting the film check nozzle
- the flatness (flatness) of the plastic film is increased, which guarantees the check function of the film check nozzle and ensures that the check function after the liquid package is poured out is maintained. This is because it works effectively.
- the flexible packaging bag A of the present invention having the bottom for self-supporting is a self-supporting standing pouch having a bottom 9 at the bottom (bottom) of the packaging bag body 2 as shown in the embodiment of FIG. It is preferable that the bag is a self-supporting bag formed by fusion-bonding the three sides excluding the bottom portion 9 by heat sealing or the like. With the vertical seal applied, the standing shape can be flat and flat at the top, and the cylindrical shape can be maintained at the bottom. Therefore, the two soft laminated plastic films 3 and 4 constituting the film-like check nozzle 1 have high flatness (flatness) and can effectively exhibit a self-seal check function.
- both corners of the bottom 9 of the ship bottom are chamfered as shown in FIG. 7 so that the bottom 9 has a gently curved downward convex shape.
- the entire lower end of the self-supporting standing pouch S is attached to the floor without touching the surface, and a self-supporting and stable standing posture can be secured.
- both corners of the bottom 9 of the self-standing standing pouch are preferably chamfered so that the radius of curvature R is 8 mm or more, and more preferably in the range of 8 mm to 20 mm.
- the radius of curvature R is preferably formed so as to gradually decrease toward the bottom of the standing pouch S. The reason why the radius of curvature R is 8 mm or more is that when the radius is less than 8 mm, both corners of the bottom of the ship bottom hit the floor surface and the central portion of the standing pouch is lifted.
- the technology of the present invention can be used as a general liquid-filled package, particularly as a refillable packaging bag having a liquid spout.

Abstract
