Claims (8)
- 試料及び試薬を分注するための分注ノズルと、該分注ノズルを洗浄する洗浄槽を備えた自動分析装置において、前記洗浄槽は、第一洗浄液を所定量貯留する第一洗浄液貯留槽と、前記分注ノズルに第二洗浄液を流す第二洗浄液吐出口を供えた洗浄部とを備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、前記第一洗浄液貯留槽から第一洗浄液を供給する洗浄液供給配管を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の自動分析装置において、前記洗浄液供給配管はバルブを備え、少なくとも前記分注ノズルが第一洗浄液貯留槽に位置付けられる間は、該第一洗浄液貯留槽から洗浄液が供給されるように該バルブを制御する制御機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の自動分析装置において、まず前記分注ノズルを、前記第一洗浄液貯留槽に位置付けて、該第一洗浄液貯留槽の第一洗浄液を所定量吸引し、次に該分注ノズルを前記洗浄部に位置付けて、前記第二洗浄液吐出口から第二洗浄液を該分注ノズルに流すとともに、前記第一洗浄液貯留槽から吸引した第一洗浄液を吐出するように制御する制御機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項3記載の自動分析装置において、複数の分注ノズルに洗浄液を供給するときは、少なくとも、試薬もしくは試料を分注するノズルにのみ洗浄液を供給する制御機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項5記載の自動分析装置において、貯留槽に供給する洗浄液は、該洗浄液を希釈する手段と、原液を使用する手段とを有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項2記載の自動分析装置において、前記洗浄液供給配管は送液シリンジを備え、洗浄液の供給量を制御する制御機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1に記載の自動分析装置において、複数の洗浄液に用いた前記洗浄槽にて分注ノズルを洗浄する際、該分注ノズルの上下動作を行うことなく複数の洗浄液にて洗浄できる洗浄部を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
