Description

带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车行驶记录仪,更具体地说,涉及一种带车载诊断系统(OBD:On-Board Diagnostics)的汽车行驶记录仪。
背景技术
汽车行驶记录仪称为汽车的“黑匣子”,可以记录车辆行驶的速度、时间、里程等。随着汽车的日益进步和规范,大部分汽车已经能支持通过软件监控汽车控制系统的OBD诊断。OBD诊断盒能够读取来自汽车电子控制单元(ECU: Electronic Control Unit)的信息,例如有关车身、发动机、变速器以及防抱死制动系统(ABS:Anti-lock Baking System)的信息。基于对ECU信息的诊断和检测,能够及时发现系统中存在的故障,并存储故障信息。然而,现有的汽车行驶记录仪一般不具备OBD诊断功能,不能直接获取来自汽车ECU的故障信息和动态数据。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述汽车行驶记录仪不具备OBD诊断功能的缺陷,提供一种带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,包括行驶记录器,其特征在于,还包括OBD诊断盒,所述OBD诊断盒通过通讯接口模块连接所述行驶记录器,以将采集的ECU数据输出至所述行驶记录器。
优选地,所述OBD诊断盒还包括视频生成模块,用于将采集的所述ECU数据转换成视频信号。
优选地,所述通讯接口模块为有线通讯接口模块。
优选地,所述通讯接口模块为无线通讯接口模块。
优选地,所述无线通讯接口模块为无线射频模块或蓝牙模块或WiFi模块。
优选地,所述OBD诊断盒包括中央处理器、电源模块、时钟模块、ECU接口电路和USB接口。
优选地,所述行驶记录器包括用于显示所述ECU数据的音频和/或视频模块。
优选地,所述行驶记录器包括用于存储所述ECU数据的外部存储接口模块和/或内部存储模块。
优选地,所述行驶记录器包括中央处理器、电源模块、时钟模块、USB接口模块、传感器模块、用户按键模块。
优选地,所述行驶记录器包括GSM模块和/或GPS模块。
实施本发明的一种带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,具有以下有益效果:本发明的汽车行驶记录仪能同时记录和保存车辆行驶数据、摄像头拍摄的画面以及来自OBD诊断盒采集的数据,从而更加完整地再现车辆行驶时的情况及状态,为分析、总结、控制车辆发生意外或事故提供了充分和完整的数据,为主管部门或主管单位制定有效避免发生车辆意外或事故行为的法律法规提供了可行的依据,为车辆的设计、生产、改进提供了有效的数据,为意外或事故的判定、处罚提供了有力的证据。同时,行驶过程中,经OBD诊断盒采集的车辆故障信息和动态数据信息可以实时显示在行驶记录器的屏幕上,或通过语音及时向驾驶员发出警告,能有效预防事故的发生。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的关键发明点在于,行驶记录仪还具备OBD诊断功能。如图1所示,带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪同时包括行驶记录器和OBD诊断盒,通讯接口模块分别连接两者的中央处理器1和中央处理器2,使得两者之间可以相互通讯,以交换数据和信息。其中,OBD诊断盒还包括ECU接口电路,通过该ECU接口电路,OBD诊断盒可以读取来自汽车ECU的信息,上述汽车ECU包括车身ECU、发动机ECU、变速器ECU以及ABS的ECU等。OBD诊断盒对ECU采集的数据代码进行检测和诊断后,将其转换成视频信号,并通过通讯接口模块传输至行驶记录器,行驶记录器不仅能记录和保存该ECU数据相关的故障信息和动态数据,还能将其显示在屏幕上,或通过语音报告给驾驶员。
图2是依据本发明实施例的OBD诊断盒的框图。如图2所示,OBD诊断盒包括中央处理器2以及与中央处理器2相连接的电源模块、时钟模块、USB接口模块、通讯接口模块和ECU接口电路。ECU接口电路用于建立 OBD诊断盒与汽车ECU诊断接口之间相适应的物理接口链路。可以支持多种协议规范或电器特性,包括ISO 9141-2、ISO 14230-4(KWP2000)、SAE J1850 41.6 kbps PWM(脉冲宽度调制)、SAE J1850 10.4 kbps VPW(可变脉冲宽度)、ISO 15765-4(CAN)、L-Line和多通道K-Line、SAE J1708/1587、SAE J1939、ISO 14229、K-Line和L-Line。通过ECU接口电路,中央处理器2可读取包括车身ECU、发动机ECU、变速器ECU以及ABS的ECU等在内的ECU数据。中央处理器2优选STM32F103X系列。中央处理器2检测和诊断汽车ECU发送的故障信息相关的代码,并将其发送至视频生成模块,以在其中转换成视频信号。该视频信号可经通讯接口模块传输至行驶记录器。通信接口模块用于与行驶记录器通讯,以进行数据交换。操作中可以选择有线通信接口模块,或选择无线通信接口模块。对于无线通信接口模块,可以选择蓝牙传输、无线射频传输和WiFi传输中的任一种。USB接口模块为USB转RS-232C,用于下载和更新OBD诊断盒程序。
图3是依据本发明实施例的行驶记录器的框图。如图3所示,行驶记录器包括中央处理器1以及与中央处理器1相连接的通讯接口模块、电源模块、时钟模块、音频/视频接口模块、USB接口模块、传感器模块、GPS模块、GSM模块、外部存储接口模块、内部存储模块和用户按键模块。中央处理器1可以接收和处理数据和信息,例如,中央处理器1可经通讯接口模块接收汽车ECU的行驶数据,包括车速、转速、水温、节气门开度等,同时还可接收来自音频/视频模块输入的汽车内部和外部的影像、声音和方向位置,还可接收传感器模块输入的诸如汽车震动相关的信息,还可接收用户按键模块输入的用户指令等。其中行驶记录器的通讯接口模块与OBD诊断盒的通讯接口模块一一对应,保持一致,以实现数据和信息的交换。传感器模块包括三维灵敏度传感器、震动传感器等传感装置,用户按键模块包括记录键和电源键。中央处理器1对接收的数据和信息进行处理后,一方面可以记录和保存相关数据,例如,可存储视频音频资料、来自汽车ECU的资料以及来自传感器的资料等到外部存储接口模块和/或内部存储模块,其中外部存储接口模块采用读写闪存FLASH,如SD卡、TF卡等。并可通过USB接口模块与电脑连接,以提取所存储的数据和信息。另一方面还可将上述信息输出至音频/视频模块,通过屏幕显示或语音直接向驾驶员实时报告,使驾驶员及时获得车况信息,尽可能避免事故的发生。另一方面,还可通过GSM模块和/或GPS模块传输数据给控制中心,通过与控制中心的通讯和交互,可以接受控制中心的实时监控和调度,以及及时向其报警。
综上所述,采用本发明的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,在获得车辆行驶数据和摄像头拍摄的画面的基础上,还能够获得OBD诊断盒采集的ECU相关的关键数据,从而更加完整地再现了车辆行驶时的情况及状态。同时,不仅能记录和保存所获取的数据和信息,还可通过视频和/或音频直观地向驾驶员报警,有效避免事故的发生。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1、一种带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,包括行驶记录器,其特征在于,还包括OBD诊断盒,所述OBD诊断盒通过通讯接口模块连接所述行驶记录器,以将采集的ECU数据输出至所述行驶记录器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述OBD诊断盒还包括视频生成模块,用于将采集的所述ECU数据转换成视频信号。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述通讯接口模块为有线通讯接口模块。
4、根据权利要求1所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述通讯接口模块为无线通讯接口模块。
5、根据权利要求4所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述无线通讯接口模块为无线射频模块或蓝牙模块或WiFi模块。
6、根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述OBD诊断盒包括中央处理器、电源模块、时钟模块、ECU接口电路和USB接口模块。
7、根据权利要求6所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述行驶记录器包括用于显示所述ECU数据的音频和/或视频模块。
8、根据权利要求7所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述行驶记录器包括用于存储所述ECU数据的外部存储接口模块和/或内部存储模块。
9、根据权利要求8所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述行驶记录器包括中央处理器、电源模块、时钟模块、USB接口模块、传感器模块和用户按键模块。
10、根据权利要求9所述的带车载诊断系统的汽车行驶记录仪,其特征在于,所述行驶记录器包括GSM模块和/或GPS模块。
