- the control method of the compressor 1 is determined depending on whether the cooling priority is controlled according to the cooling load or the hot water priority is controlled according to the hot water load. In principle, operation is performed with priority given to cooling. However, when the hot water supply operation is continuously performed for a predetermined time or more, that is, when the operation time of the hot water supply operation mode C and the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E is continuously performed for a predetermined time or more (for example, 2 hours or more). Operation is performed with priority on hot water supply. When priority is given to cooling, the compressor 1 is controlled so that the difference between the temperature sensor 207a of the indoor unit 302a and the indoor set temperature becomes small. When giving priority to hot water supply, the compressor 1 is controlled at the maximum frequency, for example, aiming at the operation of boiling hot water in a short time by maximizing the hot water supply capacity.
- the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E is performed to exhaust heat. to recover. Specifically, when the cooling is turned on (there is a cooling load), and it is determined that the water temperature in the hot water storage tank 16 has dropped and the hot water is insufficient (there is a hot water supply load), the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation is performed. Mode E is assumed. When it is determined that the water temperature in the hot water storage tank 16 has reached the first boiling target temperature (first heating temperature) after the operation for a predetermined time, the operation mode is set to the cooling operation mode A and the hot water supply operation is finished. On the other hand, when the cooling is turned off and the cooling load is eliminated, the hot water supply operation mode C is set and the cooling operation is finished.
- the operation control unit 104 determines whether or not the temperature difference between the temperature detected by the water temperature sensor 211d provided at the lowermost part of the hot water storage tank 16 and the boiling target temperature is within a predetermined value (for example, within 5 ° C.). Determine whether. When the temperature difference falls within a predetermined value, the operation control unit 104 determines that hot water at the first boiling target temperature has accumulated in the hot water storage tank 16.
- a predetermined value for example, within 5 ° C.
- FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing the operation of the heat pump device 100 in the exhaust heat recovery priority mode.
- the priority control unit 108 sets the exhaust heat recovery priority mode to ON.
- the priority control unit 108 causes the user to select and input the exhaust heat recovery priority mode via the input unit 109 of the remote controller 102.
- the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E is executed only when the cooling load and the hot water supply load are generated simultaneously as described above.
- the priority control unit 108 sets the second boiling target temperature (second heating temperature) indicating a temperature higher than the first boiling target temperature by a predetermined value or more as the remote control. The user is caused to input via the input unit 109 of 102.
- the process proceeds to S18 and determines whether the cooling is OFF. If the cooling control is ON (NO in S18), the priority control unit 108 returns the process to S16. On the other hand, when the cooling is OFF, that is, when the user stops the cooling operation and there is no cooling load (YES in S18), the priority control unit 108 advances the process to S19. In S19, the priority control unit 108 ends the operation. That is, when the exhaust heat recovery priority mode is selected, even if the hot water temperature of the hot water storage tank 16 has reached the first boiling target temperature, it must reach the second boiling target temperature higher than the first boiling target temperature.
- the hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E is executed.
- 2nd boiling hot water supply it becomes possible to lengthen the time of the hot water supply operation
- the exhaust heat recovery priority mode when the heat exchanger 9a becomes an evaporator in the cooling operation, the heat exchanger 4a is made as a condenser as much as possible so that the heat exchanger 4 becomes a condenser and exhausts heat. Suppress.
- the priority control unit 108 advances the process to S20 when the hot water supply is turned ON.
- the priority control unit 108 executes the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E and starts pre-cooling.
- the pre-cooling is an exhaust heat recovery operation when there is no cooling load (required load) of the indoor unit 302a.
- the priority control unit 108 determines whether or not the indoor temperature of the indoor unit 302a is equal to or higher than the precooling set temperature. If the priority control unit 108 is lower than the precooling set temperature (NO in S21), the priority control unit 108 proceeds to S22. In S22, the pre-cooling is finished and the hot water supply operation mode C is executed.
- priority control unit 108 proceeds to S23 and determines whether or not hot water supply is OFF. If the hot water supply is ON (NO in S23), the priority control unit 108 returns the process to S21. On the other hand, when the hot water supply is turned off, that is, when the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank 16 reaches the first boiling target temperature and the hot water supply load is lost (YES in S23), the priority control unit 108 advances the process to S24. The hot water supply may be turned off when the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank 16 reaches the second boiling target temperature. In S24, the priority control unit 108 ends the operation.
- the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E is executed if the room temperature is equal to or higher than the precooling set temperature even if the cooling is not ON.
- pre-cooling it is possible to lengthen the cooling operation time by exhaust heat recovery. Since the operation time of the cooling operation mode A can be shortened by the amount that the cooling operation time by exhaust heat recovery can be increased, the energy saving performance is improved.
- Pre-cooling is particularly effective in a space where there is little heat entry, such as a highly airtight and highly insulated house.
- the second boiling hot water supply and the pre-cooling may be allowed, the second boiling hot water supply is allowed, the pre-cooling is not allowed, etc. You may enable it to set separately the raising temperature hot water supply and pre-cooling. By enabling individual settings, the user can set the exhaust heat recovery priority mode to a lifestyle that suits him.
- the display unit 110 of the remote controller 102 displays on the display that the exhaust heat recovery priority mode is in effect. Furthermore, at the time of the second boiling hot water supply or pre-cooling, the light-emitting unit 111 is configured so that the second boiling hot water supply operation or the pre-cooling operation can be seen at a glance by looking at the remote controller. Emits light such as red and blue when pre-cooled. As the light emitting method, as shown in FIG. 10, a light source (for example, LED) provided around the remote controller may be illuminated, or the display may be illuminated. In this way, it is possible to inform the user that the exhaust heat recovery priority mode is in effect.
- a light source for example, LED
- the cooling operation mode A in which the cooling operation is performed independently is reduced as much as possible, the simultaneous cooling and hot water supply operation mode E is performed, and the hot water supply operation is performed up to the second boiling target temperature.
- the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E is often executed while the cooling operation mode A only uses the evaporation capacity as the cooling capacity, whereas the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E uses the heat dissipation capacity as the hot water supply capacity. This is because the evaporation capacity can be used as the cooling capacity.
- the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E is not always more efficient than the cooling operation mode A. Including this, an operation method for fully exhibiting energy saving performance will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG.
- FIG. 11 is a Mollier diagram of the cooling operation mode A and the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E.
- FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the relationship between the outside air temperature and the COP in the cooling operation mode A.
- FIG. 13 is a diagram showing the relationship between the outlet hot water and the COP in the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E.
- FIG. 14 is an explanatory diagram of the control method for the cooling operation mode A and the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E in the exhaust heat recovery priority mode.
- the compressor input W [kW] in the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E is larger than the compressor input W ′ [kW] in the cooling operation mode A.
- the operating efficiency is deteriorated unless the heat radiation capacity can be recovered by the amount of input of the compressor.
- the heat exchanger 4 serves as a condenser in the cooling operation mode A
- the COP that is the operation efficiency decreases as the outside air temperature that is the temperature of the outside air temperature sensor 204 increases.
- the heat exchanger 14a serves as a condenser in the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E
- the COP as the operation efficiency decreases as the outlet water temperature, which is the temperature detected by the outlet water temperature sensor 210a, increases. .
- the cooling operation mode A is more efficient than the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E. Therefore, in such a case, when there is a cooling load and no hot water supply load, it is better to execute the cooling operation mode A instead of the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E.
- the priority control unit 108 disables the exhaust heat recovery priority mode and performs the second boiling.
- the hot water supply is not executed, and in other cases, the second boiling hot water supply is executed with the exhaust heat recovery priority mode valid.
- the priority control unit 108 may invalidate the exhaust heat recovery priority mode and not execute the second boiling hot water supply.
- the determination method is not limited to this.
- the water temperature at other positions of the first water circuit such as the inlet water temperature that is the temperature of the temperature sensor 209a or the tank water temperature that is the temperature of the temperature sensors 211a to 211d may be used.
- the number of opportunities to execute the hot water supply operation mode C in which the hot water supply operation is performed independently is reduced as much as possible, and the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E is executed to perform precooling.
- the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E is often executed while the hot water supply operation mode C only uses the heat dissipation capability as the hot water supply capability, whereas the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E uses the heat dissipation capability as the hot water supply capability, This is because the evaporation capacity can be used as the cooling capacity.
- the cooling and hot water simultaneous operation mode E is not always more efficient than the hot water supply operation mode C. Including this, an operation method for sufficiently exhibiting energy saving performance will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 to 18.
- FIG. 15 is a Mollier diagram of hot water supply operation mode C and cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E.
- FIG. 16 is a diagram showing the relationship between the outside air temperature and COP in hot water supply operation mode C.
- FIG. 17 is a diagram showing the relationship between the room temperature and the COP in the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E.
- FIG. 18 is an explanatory diagram of a control method for hot water supply operation mode C and cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E in the exhaust heat recovery priority mode.
- the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger 4 is higher than the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger 9a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 15, the low-pressure side pressure is higher in the hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E than in the hot water supply operation mode C. Lower than. Therefore, the compressor input W [kW] in the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E is larger than the compressor input W ′ [kW] in the cooling operation mode A. In the cooling and hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E, the operation efficiency deteriorates unless the evaporation capacity can be recovered by the amount of increase in the compressor input amount. As shown in FIG.
- the COP which is the operation efficiency, increases as the outside air temperature, which is the temperature of the outside air temperature sensor 204, increases. Also, as shown in FIG. 17, in the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E, the heat exchanger 9a serves as an evaporator. Therefore, the COP, which is the operation efficiency, increases as the indoor temperature, which is the temperature of the indoor suction temperature sensor 207a, increases.
- the hot water supply operation mode C is more efficient than the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E. Therefore, in such a case, it is better to execute the hot water supply operation mode C when there is a hot water supply load and no cooling load.
- a predetermined temperature for example, 10 ° C.
- the priority control unit 108 may invalidate the exhaust heat recovery priority mode and not execute the second boiling hot water supply.
- the user may be able to set the validity / invalidity of the exhaust heat recovery priority mode according to his / her usage.
- determination of whether it is valid or invalid may be set separately for pre-cooling and second boiling hot water supply. For example, it is assumed that the user is a household of three families, two adults, and one child. Then, from 10 am to 2 pm, it is assumed that both adults go to the company, children go to school, and nobody is at home.
- the user sets the pre-cooling in the exhaust heat recovery priority mode from 10 am to 2 pm through the input unit 109 of the remote controller 102 so that the pre-cooling is invalid and other times are valid. By doing so, no one can enter the room for a while, and the room is not pre-cooled. Moreover, it is assumed that it is bedtime from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am, and there is no scheduled consumption of hot water. In this case, the user invalidates the second boiling hot water supply in the exhaust heat recovery priority mode from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am through the input unit 109 of the remote controller 102, and sets the other boiling time to the second boiling temperature. Set to enable. By doing so, no one will use hot water for a while and no hot water operation will be performed. The time setting may be set for each day of the week.
- the cooling hot water supply simultaneous operation mode E has a large input, so that the power consumption also increases. Therefore, when the electricity charge for the unit power amount is high, the exhaust heat recovery priority mode is invalidated to avoid an increase in the electricity charge.
- the user inputs and sets a power charge for a unit power amount for which the exhaust heat recovery priority mode is invalidated via the input unit 109 of the remote controller 102.
- the communication unit 105 acquires information on the electricity bill for the unit power amount at that time from the outside.
- the priority control unit 108 disables the exhaust heat recovery priority mode when the charge acquired by the communication unit 105 is equal to or higher than the charge input by the user for the electricity charge for the unit power amount, and the second boiling hot water supply And pre-cooling is not performed.
- the measurement unit 103 measures the power consumption, the accumulated time for operating the heat pump device 100, and the accumulated time for performing the pre-cooling and the second boiling hot water supply, and sums them up in units of days, weeks, and months.
- the data is stored in the storage unit 106.
- the user may be able to confirm the power consumption and the accumulated time from the display unit 110 of the remote controller 102. In this way, the user can check how much power consumption can be suppressed by executing the exhaust heat recovery priority mode, and actively set and execute the exhaust heat recovery priority mode. Users can be prompted.
- a picture (a mark, a symbol, or the like) is output on the display unit 110 of the remote controller 102 according to the ratio of the pre-cooling and the second boiling hot water supply with respect to the integrated time of operating the heat pump device 100. May be. By doing so, the user can grasp the execution state of the exhaust heat recovery priority mode at a glance.
- the integrated time for performing the pre-cooling and the second boiling hot water supply may be the integrated time of either the pre-cooling or the second boiling hot water supply.

Abstract
Description

第3冷媒流路には、減圧機構18b(第4減圧機構)と、熱交換器14b(第4熱交換器)とが順次接続される。
第4冷媒流路には、減圧機構8b(第5減圧機構)と、熱交換器9b(第5熱交換器)とが順次接続される。
