Abstract

본 발명은 직경이 가변되는 구동풀리 장치와 종동풀리 장치에 래치식 체인벨트가 감겨지게 설치되어 변속 비를 제어하는 체인벨트식 무단변속기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구동풀리 장치와 종동풀리 장치에 방사상으로 신축되게 일정간격을 두고 각각 설치되는 다수개의 구동측 벨트지지대와 종동측 벨트지지대에 형성되는 래치기어부가 전후방으로 나뉜 상태에서 전.후방측 래치기어부의 치형이 서로 반대방향으로 형성되고, 구동측 벨트지지대에 형성되는 각각의 래치기어부와 종동측 벨트지지대에 형성되는 각각의 래치기어부의 치형이 서로 반대방향을 향하면서 그들 구동측 벨트지지대와 종동측 벨트지지대에 각각 형성되는 래치기어부들이 서로 일직선에 위치하지 않고 어긋나게 설치되며, 이들 구동풀리 장치와 종동풀리 장치에는 상기 전.후방측 래치기어부에 대응하는 2줄의 래치식 체인벨트가 감겨지게 설치되어 구동 및 종동측 모두에서 양방향으로의 동력전달이 가능하도록 하고, 구동풀리 장치와 종동풀리 장치에 설치되는 다수개의 구동측 벨트지지대와 종동측 벨트지지대를 헤리컬기어의 치형과 같이 비스듬하게 설치하여 래치식 체인벨트와 벨트지지대와의 접촉과 이탈시 진동과 소음을 줄이면서 벨트지지대의 래치기어부와 래치식 체인벨트의 래치부와의 접촉면적을 확대시켜서 정확한 동력전달이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 것이다.
