Abstract

一种缠绕机传动装置,设置在缠绕机上,缠绕机传动装置包括多个传动链、齿轮盘和张紧机构,齿轮盘与缠绕机的压紧辊连接,压紧辊通过多个条形安装槽定位在缠绕机上,条形安装槽之间相互倾斜,传动链套装在齿轮盘上。张紧机构包括定位块和张紧轮,定位块固定在缠绕机上并处于传动链下方,定位块上设置有条形滑槽,条形滑槽的延伸方向与传动链的运动方向垂直且条形安装槽,张紧轮与条形滑槽配合并通过紧固件固定在定位块上。本发明大口径螺旋扣压管型材的有益效果是:当缠绕机压紧辊发生位移使相邻压紧辊之间距离发生变化时,通过调整张紧机构的张紧轮的位置使传动链保持张紧状态,从而保证传动链充足和均匀的张力以使缠绕机正常工作。

本发明涉及缠绕机技术领域,具体涉及一种缠绕机传动装置。
背景技术
图1为缠绕机结构示意图,图中1为缠绕机,2为压紧辊,3为条形安装槽。请参阅图1,缠绕机1用于制造不同管径的缠绕管,其包括多组压紧辊2,压紧辊2设置在向径向延伸的条形安装槽3上,压紧辊2后端与传动链连接,通过调整压紧辊2在条形安装槽3上的位置来制造出不同管径的缠绕管。然而,当将压紧辊2向内移动时,相邻压紧辊2之间的中心距离变短,此时传动链会出现张力不足且张力不均匀的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术缠绕机传动链会出现张力不足且张力不均匀的问题,本发明提供一种缠绕机传动装置。
本发明缠绕机传动装置,设置在缠绕机上,所述缠绕机传动装置包括多个传动链、齿轮盘和张紧机构,所述齿轮盘与缠绕机的压紧辊连接,所述压紧辊通过多个条形安装槽定位在缠绕机上,所述条形安装槽之间相互倾斜,所述传动链套装在齿轮盘上;所述张紧机构包括定位块和张紧轮,所述定位块固定在缠绕机上并处于所述传动链下方,所述定位块上设置有条形滑槽,所述条形滑槽的延伸方向与传动链的运动方向垂直,所述张紧轮与所述条形滑槽配合并通过紧固件固定在所述定位块上。
本发明缠绕机传动装置的有益效果是:当缠绕机压紧辊发生位移使相邻压紧辊之间距离发生变化时,通过调整张紧机构的张紧轮的位置使传动链保持张紧状态,从而保证传动链充足和均匀的张力以使缠绕机正常工作。

1为缠绕机,2为压紧辊,3为条形安装槽,4为传动链,5为齿轮盘,6为张紧机构,61为定位块,62为张紧轮,63为条形滑槽。
请参阅图2,缠绕机传动装置设置在缠绕机上,缠绕机传动装置包括多个传动链4、齿轮盘5和张紧机构6,齿轮盘5与缠绕机的压紧辊连接并通过轴与驱动电机连接。压紧辊通过多个条形安装槽3定位在缠绕机上,条形安装槽3之间相互倾斜,传动链4套装在齿轮盘5上。张紧机构6包括定位块61和张紧轮62,定位块61固定在缠绕机上并处于传动链4下方,定位块61上设置有条形滑槽63,条形滑槽63的延伸方向与传动链4的运动方向垂直,张紧轮62与条形滑槽63配合并通过紧固件固定在定位块61上。本实施方式中,每一条形安装槽3设置有一对压紧辊,每一条形滑槽63中设置有一对张紧轮62,其中一个张紧轮62设置在下方传动链4内侧,另一个张紧轮62设置在两条传动链4之间。张紧轮62也可以为带有轮齿的轮盘结构,并转动地设置在定位块61上。
本发明缠绕机传动装置的有益效果是:当缠绕机压紧辊发生位移使相邻压紧辊之间距离发生变化时,通过调整张紧机构的张紧轮的位置使传动链保持张紧状态,从而保证传动链充足和均匀的张力以使缠绕机正常工作。

1.缠绕机传动装置,设置在缠绕机上,其特征在于:所述缠绕机传动装置包括多个传动链、齿轮盘和张紧机构,所述齿轮盘与缠绕机的压紧辊连接,所述压紧辊通过多个条形安装槽定位在缠绕机上,每一条形安装槽设置有一对压紧辊,所述条形安装槽之间相互倾斜,所述传动链套装在齿轮盘上;所述张紧机构包括定位块和张紧轮,所述定位块固定在缠绕机上并处于所述传动链下方,所述定位块上设置有条形滑槽,每一条形滑槽中设置有一对张紧轮,其中一个张紧轮设置在下方传动链内侧,另一个张紧轮设置在两条传动链之间;所述条形滑槽的延伸方向与传动链的运动方向垂直,所述张紧轮与所述条形滑槽配合并通过紧固件固定在所述定位块上。
