Abstract

本发明涉及一种平面螺纹调节式可变外径皮带轮,包括1个太阳轮连接调节电机的行星齿轮机构,2个1面是平面螺纹,1面是平面的调节盘。上述两调节盘通过1根套连接实现同时转动,若干块由两面具有平面螺纹的皮带轮加工而成的组成可变外径皮带轮外径的滑块,两块滑块定位盘,两块定位盘由套连接,两个或两个倍数的可变外径皮带轮一起工作可实现线性调速。

本发明涉及一种平面螺纹调节式可变外径皮带轮。
背景技术:
现有的带轮外径调节方式,有挤压式和辐射式,挤压式为钢带传动,存在易打滑的缺点,辐射式为皮带传动,由于调节方式的不理想,存在传动不平稳,传动速比小的缺点。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种平面螺纹调节式可变外径皮带轮,本发明由于采用了两块平面螺纹对置调节滑块的方式,所以可以在有限的空间内放置更多的滑块,从而达到增加传动平稳性,增大传动比的目的。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有比挤压式更不易打滑,比现有的辐射式传动更平稳,传动比更大的优点。

具体实施方式:
若干滑块按顺序排好置中,合上滑块定位盘(1,2)用滑块定位盘连接套(7)固定,合上平面螺纹调节盘(3,4)用平面螺纹调节盘连接套(8)固定,齿圈(9,10)固定在平面螺纹调节盘(3)上,行星架(13)固定在滑块定位盘(1)上,太阳轮(14)与调节电机(15)连接,整体支撑轴(16)在平面螺纹调节盘连接套(8)内。

1.一种平面螺纹调节式可变外径皮带轮,包括调节电机、行星齿轮机构、平面螺纹调节盘、滑块定位盘、若干滑块、连接套、固定轴。
其特征在于:滑块若干片按顺序排列,两边各有一个滑块定位盘和平面螺纹调节盘,两平面螺纹调节盘通过套(8)固定在一起同时转动,两个滑块定位盘通过套(7)固定,电机动力由行星齿轮机构传至平面螺纹调节盘。
