Abstract

코일 내 온도 편차를 감소시킬 수 있는 소둔공정용 열처리장치가 소개된다. 소둔공정용 열처리장치는 코일(400)이 놓여지는 베이스 플레이트(100)와, 코일(400)을 감싸도록 하부가 개방되고 개방되는 하측개방부(210)가 베이스 플레이트(100)의 가장자리에 실링되는 커버(200)와, 베이스 플레이트(100)의 하부에 외부열원에 의한 복사 열전달이 전달되는 열전달공간부(520)가 형성되도록 베이스 플레이트(100)의 하부를 지지하는 서포트유닛(300)을 포함하여 구성된다.
