Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un horno de calentamiento por radiación de infrarrojo lejano para láminas de acero para estampado en caliente configurado para inhibir la deformación térmica del cuerpo del horno y de las partes del cuerpo del horno. Un horno de calentamiento por radiación de infrarrojo lejano (10) que incluye unidades de calentamiento (13-1) a (13-6), una unidad de techo (19) y un armazón del cuerpo de horno (12) hecho de acero, las unidades de calentamiento incluyen: bloques hechos de un material aislante térmico, los bloques estando dispuestos alrededor de planos horizontales de espacios para acomodar las láminas de acero para estampado en caliente y calentadores de radiación de infrarrojo lejano colocados por arriba y por debajo de las láminas de acero para estampado en caliente para calentar las láminas de acero para estampado en caliente, el armazón del cuerpo del horno estando dispuesto alrededor de las unidades de calentamiento y de la unidad de techo. El armazón del cuerpo de horno incluye separadores (17-1) a (17-7) que separan las unidades de calentamiento y la unidad de techo del armazón del cuerpo del horno y las soportan.
