Abstract

Un objeto de la presente invención es el soporte estable de hojas de acero para estampado en caliente alojadas en un horno de calentamiento tipo varias etapas por radiación infrarroja lejana durante un largo periodo de tiempo usando elementos de soporte de hoja de acero que tienen una pequeña área proyectada e inhibidos de deformarse térmicamente. El horno de calentamiento tipo varias etapas por radiación infrarroja lejana de la presente invención incluye: unidades de calentamiento y una unidad de techo dispuesta en una dirección vertical con varias etapas para alojar hojas de acero para estampado en caliente que son hojas de acero revestidas de aluminio u hojas de acero revestidas de zinc; y calentadores de radiación infrarroja lejana dispuestos dentro de las unidades de calentamiento y la unidad de techo para calentar las hojas de acero para estampado en caliente hasta una temperatura que varía desde la temperatura de transformación Ac3 hasta 950°C. Los elementos de soporte de hoja de acero están montados en las unidades de calentamiento para soportar las hojas de acero para estampado en caliente por contacto puntual o contacto lineal con las hojas de acero para estampado en caliente. Los elementos de soporte de hoja de acero son soportados de manera que puedan expandirse y contraerse en una dirección longitudinal mediante expansión térmica o contracción térmica.
