Abstract

El horno de calentamiento por radiación de infrarrojo lejano de tipo de etapas múltiples incluye: unidades de calentamiento de múltiples etapas que alojan láminas de acero para estampado en caliente, cada unidad de calentamiento formada por materiales aislantes térmicos dispuestos alrededor de la periferia y calentadores de radiación de infrarrojo lejano colocados arriba y abajo de las unidades de calentamiento. Un calentador de radiación de infrarrojo lejano (14-1) es recibido por una pluralidad de primeras tiras metálicas (26) para estar dispuesto aproximadamente horizontalmente. La pluralidad de primeras tiras metálicas (26) están dispuestas de manera que su dirección de eje fuerte corresponde aproximadamente a la dirección de la gravedad y soportadas por piezas de soporte (27) para que sean expansibles y contraíbles en una dirección longitudinal por expansión térmica o contracción térmica. Las piezas de soporte (27) están dispuestas afuera de los materiales aislantes térmicos en las unidades de calentamiento y una unidad de techo.
