Abstract

본 발명은 호모세린 O-아세틸 트랜스퍼라제 활성을 가지도록 변형시킨 폴리펩티드에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 호모세린 숙시닐 트랜스퍼라제 활성을 가지는 폴리펩티드의 시작 메치오닌으로부터 111번째 아미노산을 치환시킴으로써 호모세린 O-아세틸 트랜스퍼라제 활성을 가지는 변이형 폴리펩티드를 제공한다.
