Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、様々なコンポーネントを含めたノード内光パスにおいて、現用トランスポンダや、予備/待機トランスポンダを動作条件にてモニタ可能とするモニタシステム、モニタ方法、及びモニタプログラムを提供することである。
本発明の第1の実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。以下の図において、本発明の本質に関わらない部分の構成については適宜省略してあり、図示されていない。
本実施の形態に係る光ノード内光パス及びトランスポンダのモニタシステム100に関し、立ち上げ設定モニタ、故障検出モニタ、現用信号モニタの3つの用途に分けてその動作例を記載する。
以上のように構成された本実施形態に係る光ノード内光パス及びトランスポンダのモニタシステム100によれば、波長選択スイッチ103、104内のアレイ導波路回折格子(AWG)202のWDMライン側のポートの1つを、光をモニタする光受信器、光パス確認用の光送信器、マトリクス光スイッチ制御器などを備えたモニタ制御管理部106に接続するモニタシステムであってモニタポート(Port A2)からの検査用光パスや、トランスポンダからの検査信号などが所定のパスを経由するように波長選択スイッチ内のマトリクス光スイッチを制御し、これらモニタ制御管理部106により得られた情報に基づき、トランスポンダ105に対してフィードバック制御することを特徴とするモニタシステムを提供できる。
本発明の第2の実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。以下の図において、本発明の本質に関わらない部分の構成については省略してあり、図示されていない。
本実施の形態によれば、第1の実施の形態による効果に加え、各方路(WDMライン)に対して、任意のトランスポンダが対応できる光ノードシステムにすることができる。
波長選択スイッチのポートの少なくとも1つに接続した検査用信号又は運用信号のモニタを行うモニタ制御管理手段と、
前記モニタ制御管理手段によるモニタを行えるように、前記波長選択スイッチを制御する制御手段と
を備えることを特徴とするモニタシステム。
前記モニタ制御管理手段に接続する前記波長選択スイッチのポートは、アレイ導波路回折格子のポートであることを特徴とする付記1に記載のモニタシステム。
前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
前記検査用信号又は前記運用信号をモニタするため、前記波長選択スイッチのマトリクス光スイッチを制御することを特徴とする付記1記載のモニタシステム。
前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
モニタにより得られた情報に基づき、トランスポンダに対してフィードバック制御する手段を備えることを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
光をモニタする光受信器、光パス確認用の光送信器、マトリクス光スイッチ制御器を備えた制御管理部であり、波長、光パワー、変調設定、偏波状態の光信号の状態を把握可能であることを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
前記運用信号は、トランスポンダの立ち上げ設定動作中の運用信号であり、
前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
立ち上げ動作によりトランスポンダが定常的に安定な状態になることをモニタすることを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
前記モニタ制御管理手段がモニタする対象はトランスポンダであり、
前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
故障検出用の検出信号を発信し、前記検査信号により、予備系トランスポンダや待機系トランスポンダを動作させ、信頼性をモニタすることを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
前記運用信号は、運用中の信号であり、
前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
マトリクス光スイッチで分岐した信号をモニタし、運用中の信号が正常であるかを確認することを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
少なくとも1つの前記波長選択スイッチが、波長多重伝送システムの光ノードのAdd/Drop部に配置されたことを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
前記制御手段は、
トランスポンダからの信号を指定するアレイ導波路回折格子ポートに出力するようマトリクス光スイッチを制御することを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
前記制御手段は、
前記モニタ制御管理手段から発信される検査用信号を、指定するトランスポンダに入力するようにマトリクス光スイッチを制御することを特徴とする付記1から付記3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。
光モニタ機能を備えるモニタシステムのモニタ方法であって、
波長選択スイッチのポートの少なくとも1つに接続したモニタ制御管理手段によって検査用信号又は運用信号のモニタを行うステップと、
前記モニタ制御管理手段によるモニタを行えるように、前記波長選択スイッチを制御する制御ステップと
を含むことを特徴とするモニタ方法。
前記モニタ制御管理手段に接続する前記波長選択スイッチのポートは、アレイ導波路回折格子のポートであることを特徴とする付記12に記載のモニタ方法。
前記モニタ制御管理手段によって、
前記検査用信号又は前記運用信号をモニタするため、前記波長選択スイッチのマトリクス光スイッチを制御することを特徴とする付記12記載のモニタ方法。
前記モニタ制御管理手段によって、
モニタにより得られた情報に基づき、トランスポンダに対してフィードバック制御を行うことを特徴とする付記12から付記14の何れか1項に記載のモニタ方法。

波長選択スイッチのポートの少なくとも1つに接続したモニタ制御管理手段によって検査用信号又は運用信号のモニタを行う処理と、
前記モニタ制御管理手段によるモニタを行えるように、前記波長選択スイッチを制御する処理と、を実行させることを特徴とするモニタプログラム。

- 波長選択スイッチのポートの少なくとも1つに接続した検査用信号又は運用信号のモニタを行うモニタ制御管理手段と、
前記モニタ制御管理手段によるモニタを行えるように、前記波長選択スイッチを制御する制御手段と
を備えることを特徴とするモニタシステム。 - 前記モニタ制御管理手段に接続する前記波長選択スイッチのポートは、アレイ導波路回折格子のポートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモニタシステム。
- 前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
前記検査用信号又は前記運用信号をモニタするため、前記波長選択スイッチのマトリクス光スイッチを制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載のモニタシステム。 - 前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
モニタにより得られた情報に基づき、トランスポンダに対してフィードバック制御する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のモニタシステム。 - 前記モニタ制御管理手段は、
