도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스 시스템의 개념을 나타낸 도면이다. 도면을 참조하면, 사용자의 사용자 단말기(10) 및 사용자의 지인들의 지인 단말기(20, 30)는 네트워크(40)를 통하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속될 수 있다.
여기서, 사용자 단말기(10)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 가입자로서, 네트워크(40)를 통하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속하며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)로부터 제공된 가상공간에 데이터를 업로드하여 공유할 수 있는 단말기를 말한다.
또한, 지인 단말기(20, 30)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 의해 인터넷상에서 형성된 소셜 네트워크 지인들의 단말기로서, 네트워크(40)를 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속될 수 있으며, 사용자에게 제공된 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터 중 자신에게 공유권한이 부여된 데이터를 디스플레이하거나 다운로드하여 출력할 수 있는 단말기를 말한다. 여기서는 가상공간에 대한 데이터의 업로드 주체의 단말기와 그에 대한 공유자의 단말기를 각각 사용자 단말기(10)와 지인 단말기(20, 30)로 구분하였다.
이와 같은 사용자 단말기(10) 및 지인 단말기(20, 30)는 개인용 컴퓨터(PC: Personal Computer), 노트북 컴퓨터, 개인 휴대 단말기(PDA: Personal digital Assistant), 휴대형 멀티미디어 플레이어(PMP: Portal Multimedia Player), 플레이스테이션 포터블(PSP: Play Station Portable), 이동통신 단말기(Mobile Communication Terminal), 스마트폰(Smart Phone) 등을 포함한다.
또한, 네트워크(40)는 인터넷망뿐만 아니라, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications), LTE(Long Term Evolution), EPC(Evolved Packet Core) 등의 이동통신망 및 무선통신망을 포함한다.
또한, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)는 네트워크(40)를 통하여 사용자 단말기(10) 및 지인 단말기(20, 30)에 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 지원하며, 사용자와 각각의 지인들 사이의 일대일 관계를 확장하여 사용자와 진정한 의미의 공유관계를 형성할 수 있도록 한다. 이와 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)의 구성 및 기능은 도 2를 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)는 가상공간 제공부(210), 친구정보 저장부(220), 친구 지정부(230), 데이터 공유정보 전송부(240), 데이터 저장부(250), 권한 부여부(260) 및 메시지 전송부(270)를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)는, 전술한 바와 같이 사용자 단말기(10) 및 지인 단말기(20, 30) 사이의 소셜 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 지원하는 서버로 이용될 수 있다. 이때, 도 2의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(100)는 하나의 서버로 이루어진 것으로 도시하였지만, 각각의 구성요소는 독립적인 기능을 수행하는 서버로 구성될 수 있으며, 그러한 서버들의 상호작용에 의해 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말기(10) 및 지인 단말기(20, 30) 사이의 소셜 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 지원할 수도 있다.
가상공간 제공부(210)는 가입자별로 웹 페이지, 왑 페이지 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 네트워크상의 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간을 제공한다. 즉, 가상공간 제공부(210)는 웹 페이지의 소스를 저장하며, 사용자 단말기(10)가 웹 브라우저 또는 전용 프로그램을 통해 접속하면 해당 사용자 단말기(10)에 지정된 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간을 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 가상공간 제공부(210)는 가입자 홍길동에게 도 3에 도시한 바와 같은 웹 페이지 형태의 가상공간을 제공할 수 있다. 이와 같은 가상공간을 통하여 가입자(홍길동)는 자신만의 문서나 파일을 업로드하거나, 네트워크상의 특정 정보가 저장되어 있는 주소를 링크할 수 있다. 이때, 가상공간에 업로드될 수 있는 데이터는 동영상, 이미지, 음성 파일, 문서 등 다양한 컨텐츠가 가능하다.
또한, 가입자(홍길동)는 네트워크(40) 상에서 형성된 지인들을 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 가상공간의 친구로서 등록할 수 있다. 이때, 친구정보 저장부(220)는 각각의 가입자가 가상공간에 등록한 친구들에 대한 정보를 가입자별로 구분하여 데이터베이스로 저장할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 친구정보 저장부(220)는 등록된 친구들의 성명, 이메일 주소, 생일, 성별 등을 분류하여 저장할 수 있으며, 각각의 분류된 정보에는 해당 정보를 식별하기 위한 식별자가 삽입될 수 있다. 친구정보 저장부(220)에 의해 분류 및 저장되는 친구정보는 기재된 것에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 다양한 정보가 분류 및 저장될 수 있다. 또한, 친구정보 저장부(220)는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 가입한 가입자들 중에서 검색을 통하여 친구를 등록하거나, 실생활의 지인이 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 가입한 경우에는 초청을 통해 친구를 등록하거나, 기존의 등록된 친구들에 대한 정보를 서로 소개하거나, 추가, 삭제하는 등의 친구 관리 기능을 포함할 수 있다.
친구 지정부(230)는 각각의 가입자에 의해 가상공간에 업로드되어 공유되어 있는 데이터에 대응하여 친구정보 저장부(220)에 저장된 친구 중 적어도 한 명을 지정할 수 있도록 한다. 예를 들어, 가입자(홍길동)가 가상공간에 등록한 친구가 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 친구 A, 친구 B 및 친구 C이며, 동영상 데이터와 문서 데이터를 자신의 가상공간에 업로드하는 경우, 동영상 데이터에 대해서는 친구 A를 지정하고 문서 데이터에 대해서는 친구 B 및 친구 C를 지정할 수 있다.
데이터 공유정보 전송부(240)는 사용자의 접속 여부, 및 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 지정된 친구의 접속 여부를 판단한다. 이때, 데이터 공유정보 전송부(240)는 사용자가 접속한 것으로 판단된 경우에는 사용자 단말기(10)에 사용자의 가상공간을 푸쉬(push) 방식으로 전송하여 공유함으로써 사용자가 업로드되어 공유된 데이터를 수정 또는 삭제하거나 다른 데이터를 추가로 업로드하여 공유할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 데이터 공유정보 전송부(240)는 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 지정된 친구가 접속한 것으로 판단되면, 해당 친구의 지인 단말기(20, 30)에 사용자의 가상공간에 업로드되어 공유권한이 부여된 데이터의 공유정보를 소정 주기로 푸쉬 방식으로 전송한다. 예를 들어, 전술한 가입자(홍길동)의 경우, 데이터 공유정보 전송부(240)는 친구 A가 접속한 것으로 판단되면 친구 A의 단말기에 동영상 데이터 공유정보를 소정 주기로 푸쉬 방식으로 전송하여, 공유권한이 부여된 동영상 데이터에 접속할 수 있도록 하며, 친구 B 또는 친구 C가 접속한 것으로 판단되면 친구 B 또는 친구 C의 단말기에 문서 데이터를 소정 주기로 푸쉬 방식으로 전송하여, 공유권한이 부여된 문서 데이터를 접속할 수 있도록 한다.
여기서, 데이터 공유정보 전송부(240)이라 칭하는 이유는, 사용자에 의해 업로드된 데이터는 복사되어 지정된 친구의 단말기로 전송되는 것이 아니고, 업로드된 데이터의 공유권한 및 읽기, 수정, 삭제, 추가, 전달 등 정보만 전달된다. 즉, 업로드된 데이터는 오직 사용자가 업로드한 데이터 한 개만 데이터 저장부(230)에 존재하며, 이 업로드된 데이터 한 개에 공유권한을 가진 친구들이 공유권한을 통해 데이터 저장부(230)에 등록되어 있는 데이터에 접속하여 공유되는 형태로 운영되기 때문이다.
도 5는 도 4의 친구정보를 한 번에 다수로 형성하기 위한 방법인 Open key를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면으로서, 일반적으로 본 발명에서 도 3의 친구관계가 본 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 가입한 가입자들 중에서 검색을 통하여 친구를 등록하거나, 실생활의 지인이 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 가입한 경우에는 초청을 통해 친구를 등록하거나, 기존의 등록된 친구들에 대한 정보를 서로 소개하거나 추가, 삭제하는 등의 과정을 통해 개별적으로 등록되는 데 비해, 동호회, 동창, 업무적 필요 등 다수의 친구관계를 한 번에 맺어야 할 필요가 있을 때 활용할 수 있다. Open key 제공부(280)는 사용자가 한 번에 다수의 친구관계를 형성할 필요가 있을 경우 Open Key 제공부(280)로부터 Open key를 발급받아, 블로그, 카페, 쇼핑몰, 홈페이지, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 페이지 등 친구관계를 형성해야 할 사람들과 접점이 되는 사이버 공간에 게재하면 그 사람들이 Open key를 클릭함으로써 즉시 그 사람들에게 가상공간 제공부(210)에서 가상공간을 제공하고 사용자와 친구관계를 맺게 해준다. 이렇게 Open key를 통해 친구관계가 형성된 친구그룹은 친구정보 저장부(220)에 저장되나, 기존 개별로 형성된 친구들과는 분리되어 별도의 분류로 저장될 수 있다. 그러나 이외 테이터 공유 등 다른 기능 부분은 동일하게 적용된다.
도 6은 도 3의 가상공간에 기반하여 지정된 친구와 실시간으로 쪽지를 공유하는 예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면으로서, 도시한 바와 같이, 가입자가 자신의 친구 중 현재 접속 중으로 표시되는 친구들을 지정하여 해당 친구들과 쪽지를 실시간으로 주고받을 수 있으며, 접속해 있지 않은 친구에게도 쪽지를 작성해 공유할 수 있으나, 이 경우에는 해당 친구가 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속하였을 때 친구의 단말기에 수신되어 표시될 수 있다. 본 도면에서 설명된 실시간 쪽지는 단순히 텍스트 문자만을 전달하는 데서 그치지 않고, 이미지, 동영상, 파일 등의 첨부는 물론, 지도 정보까지 한 번에 전달할 수 있어, 기존 방식에 비해 더욱 다양하고 풍부한 커뮤니케이션을 가능하게 한다.
도 7은 도 3의 가상공간에 기반하여 지정된 친구와 문서를 공유하는 예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면으로서, 가입자(홍길동)를 친구로 지정한 지인들(친구 A, 친구 B 및 친구 C)이 업로드하고 가입자(홍길동)에게 공유권한을 부여한 데이터가 가입자(홍길동)의 단말기에 표시되는 예를 나타낸다. 즉, 가입자(홍길동)를 친구로 지정한 지인들이 자신들의 가상공간에 데이터를 업로드하고 가입자(홍길동)를 데이터에 대한 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정하면, 가입자(홍길동)가 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속하였을 때 그 공유권한이 부여된 데이터들이 가입자의 단말기에 수신되어 표시될 수 있다. 이때, 가입자가 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속하고 있는 동안에는 각각의 지인들의 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터들 중 가입자에게 공유권한이 부여된 데이터 정보들이 일정한 주기로 지속적으로 수신될 수 있다. 이와 같이 수신되는 데이터 공유정보들은 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이, 가입자 단말기에 목록으로 표시될 수 있으며, 표시되는 목록들 중 어느 하나를 선택하면 그에 대응하는 업로드된 데이터가 표시되도록 구현될 수도 있다.
데이터 저장부(250)는 가입자별로 제공된 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대하여, 가입자 및 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 공유권한이 부여된 친구를 연계하여 저장한다. 즉, 전술한 가입자(홍길동)의 경우, 업로드한 동영상 데이터에 대해서는 지정된 친구 A를 연계하여 저장하며, 문서 데이터에 대해서는 공유권한을 부여한 친구 B 및 친구 C를 연계하여 저장한다. 이때, 데이터 저장부(250)는 가입자별로 제공된 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터를 동영상, 이미지 등을 포함하는 컨텐츠, 문서, 일정관리, 다른 정보의 저장위치를 나타내는 링크정보 등으로 분류하여 저장할 수 있다.
권한 부여부(260)는 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 지정된 각각의 친구에 대하여 읽기, 추가, 수정, 삭제, 전달 중의 적어도 하나에 대한 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전술한 가입자(홍길동)의 경우, 권한 부여부(260)는 업로드되어 공유되는 동영상 데이터에 대해 지정된 친구 A에게는 읽기 권한만을 부여하고, 업로드되어 공유되는 문서 데이터에 대해 지정된 친구 B에게는 읽기, 추가 및 수정 권한을 부여하며, 친구 C에게는 읽기, 추가, 수정, 삭제 및 전달 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 이 경우, 친구 A는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속하였을 때 자신의 단말기에 표시되는 가입자(홍길동)의 동영상 데이터에 대하여 읽기 즉, 시청하는 것만 가능하며, 친구 B는 자신의 단말기에 표시되는 가입자(홍길동)의 문서 데이터에 대하여 읽기, 추가 및 수정이 가능하고, 친구 C는 읽기, 추가 및 수정뿐만 아니라, 가입자(홍길동)이 업로드한 문서 데이터를 삭제하거나 자신의 다른 지인에게 추가로 공유권한을 제공하여 전달할 수도 있다.
도 8은 도 3의 가상공간에 기반하여 지정된 친구와 함께 일정을 관리하는 예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다. 도시한 바와 같이, 가입자가 자신의 가상공간에 일정관리를 위한 데이터를 업로드하고, 업로드되는 일정관리 데이터에 대한 친구를 지정하여 추가, 삭제, 수정 등의 권한을 부여하면, 가입자와 해당 지정된 친구는 서로 간의 일정을 공유할 수 있게 되며, 특히, 본 도면에서 설명된 일정에는 단순히 시간관련 정보와 텍스트 문자만을 공유하는 데서 그치지 않고, 매 일정마다 이미지, 동영상, 파일 등의 첨부는 물론, 지도 정보까지 한 번에 등록할 수 있어, 기존 방식에 비해 더욱 다양하고 풍부한 커뮤니케이션을 가능하게 한다. 또한, 각각의 일정마다 개별로 공유가 가능하여 상호 간에 친목, 업무 등 다양한 인적 관계에 있는 지인들 사이에 더욱 유용하게 활용될 수 있게 된다.
도 9는 도 3의 가상공간에 기반하여 지정된 친구와 주소를 공유하는 예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다. 도시한 바와 같이, 가입자는 일반적인 주소정보는 물론, 특정 주제의 정보에 대한 주소그룹을 만들고 그 주소그룹에 관련 주소나 관련 정보가 저장되어 있는 인터넷상의 위치정보를 등록한 후 가상공간에 업로드하고, 그 주소그룹을 공유할 친구를 지정하며, 지정된 친구에게는 주소그룹과 등록된 주소나 인터넷상의 위치정보에 대해 추가 및 수정, 삭제 및 전달 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 이 경우, 지정된 친구는 가상공간에 업로드된 주소정보보다도 더욱 구체적이고 확장된 정보의 주소를 알고 있다면, 해당 정보를 추가, 삭제는 물론, 이를 필요로 하는 다른 친구에게 전달할 수 있으며, 그에 따라 사용자는 물론 관련된 친구들이 특정 주제에 대해 더욱 확장된 정보를 공유하게 된다.
도 10은 도 3의 가상공간에 기반하여 지정된 친구와 자료를 공유하는 예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다. 도시한 바와 같이, 가입자는 특정 주제의 자료그룹을 만들고 그 자료그룹과 관련 있는 자료를 등록한 후 자신의 가상공간에 직접 업로드할 수 있으며, 업로드되는 자료그룹을 공유할 친구를 지정하고, 지정된 친구에게는 수정, 삭제, 추가 및 전달의 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 이 경우, 지정된 친구는 가상공간에 업로드된 자료정보가 잘못된 경우에는 수정, 삭제을 하거나 보다 구체적으로 알고 있는 다른 지인에게 해당 자료를 전달하여 잘못된 자료를 바로 잡거나 추가할 수 있다. 이와 같은 자료의 수정, 삭제, 추가 및 전달 권한에 의해 신뢰도 높은 정보를 구축하고 관련된 친구들은 더욱 확장된 자료정보를 공유할 수 있게 된다.
도 11은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 의해 정보를 릴레이(relay)하는 예를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면으로서, 이와 같은 정보의 릴레이는 데이터의 전달 권한에 의해 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자 A는 자신의 가상공간에 업로드한 데이터에 대하여 친구 B를 지정하여 공유권한을 부여하면서, 동시에 전달 권한을 부여할 수 있으며, 친구 B는 사용자 A로부터 공유 받은 데이터에 대해 친구 C를 지정하여 공유권한을 부여하면서 또한 전달 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 이와 같이, 사용자 A에 의해 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터는 공유 및 전달 권한에 의하여 타인에게 계속적으로 전달되면서 수정 또는 추가될 수 있으며, 그에 따라 시대 및 상황에 따라 적응적인 정보를 구축할 수 있게 되어 정보의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 본 정보를 각 단계의 가입자들이 공유하게 되면서 자신이 확보할 수 있는 정보의 질보다 더 수준 높은 정보를 공유하게 된다. 도면에는 연속적으로 전달된 과정에서 최종 수신자 D가 사용자 A의 지인인 것으로 도시하였지만, 수신자 D는 사용자 A의 지인이 아닌 상태로 계속적으로 전달 과정이 이루어질 수도 있다.
메시지 전송부(270)는 사용자가 사용자의 가상공간에 데이터를 업로드하는 경우에 해당 데이터의 친구로 지정된 지인이 접속하지 않은 것으로 판단되면, 해당 지정된 친구의 단말기로 접속을 유도하는 유도 메시지를 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전술한 가입자(홍길동)가 가상공간에 문서 데이터를 업로드하는 경우에 해당 문서 데이터의 공유권한을 부여받은 친구로 지정된 친구 B가 접속하지 않은 것으로 판단되면, 메시지 전송부(270)는 SMS(Short Message Server) 서버(도시하지 않음)와 연동하여 친구 B의 단말기에 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속할 것을 유도하는 메시지를 전송할 수 있다.

도 2 및 도 12를 참조하면, 가상공간 제공부(210)는 가입자별로 웹 페이지, 왑 페이지 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 네트워크상의 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간을 제공한다(S1010). 즉, 가상공간 제공부(210)는 웹 페이지의 소스를 저장하며, 사용자 단말기(10)가 웹 브라우저 또는 전용 프로그램을 통해 접속하면 해당 사용자 단말기(10)에 지정된 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간을 제공할 수 있다.
친구정보 저장부(220)는 가입자가 가상공간에 등록한 친구들에 대한 정보를 가입자별로 구분하여 데이터베이스로 저장한다(S1020). 예를 들어, 친구정보 저장부(220)는 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 가입자(홍길동)에 대하여 친구 A, 친구 B 및 친구 C가 친구도 등록되었음을 저장할 수 있다.
친구 지정부(230)는 각각의 가입자에 의해 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대응하여 친구정보 저장부(220)에 저장된 친구 중 적어도 한 명을 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정할 수 있도록 한다(S1030). 예를 들어, 가입자(홍길동)가 가상공간에 등록한 친구가 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 친구 A, 친구 B 및 친구 C이며, 동영상 데이터와 문서 데이터를 자신의 가상공간에 업로드하는 경우, 동영상 데이터에 대해서는 친구 A를 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정하고 문서 데이터에 대해서는 친구 B 및 친구 C를 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정할 수 있다.
권한 부여부(260)는 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 지정된 각각의 친구에 대하여 읽기, 추가, 수정, 삭제, 전달 중의 적어도 하나에 대한 권한을 부여할 수 있다(S1040). 예를 들어, 전술한 가입자(홍길동)의 경우, 권한 부여부(260)는 업로드되는 동영상 데이터에 대해 지정된 친구 A에게는 읽기 권한만을 부여하고, 업로드되는 문서 데이터에 대해 지정된 친구 B에게는 읽기, 추가 및 수정 권한을 부여하며, 친구 C에게는 읽기, 추가, 수정, 삭제 및 전달 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 이 경우, 친구 A는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)에 접속하였을 때 자신의 단말기에 표시되는 가입자(홍길동)가 업로드하고 친구 A를 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정한 동영상 데이터에 대하여 읽기 즉, 시청하는 것만 가능하며, 친구 B는 자신의 단말기에 표시되는 가입자(홍길동)가 업로드하고 친구 B를 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정한 문서 데이터에 대하여 읽기, 추가 및 수정이 가능하고, 친구 C는 읽기, 추가 및 수정뿐만 아니라, 가입자(홍길동)가 업로드하고 친구 C를 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정한 문서 데이터를 삭제하거나 자신의 다른 지인에게 전달할 수도 있다.
데이터 저장부(250)는 가입자별로 제공된 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대하여, 가입자 및 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정된 친구들을 연계하여 각각의 지정된 친구에게 부여된 공유권한 및 읽기, 수정, 삭제, 추가, 전달 등에 대한 권한 정보와 함께 저장한다(S1050). 즉, 전술한 가입자(홍길동)의 경우, 업로드한 동영상 데이터에 대해서는 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정된 친구 A를 연계하여 읽기 권한이 부여되었음을 저장하며, 문서 데이터에 대해서는 공유권한을 가진 친구로 지정된 친구 B 및 친구 C를 연계하여 각각에게 부여된 권한과 함께 저장한다. 이때, 데이터 저장부(250)는 가입자별로 제공된 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터를 동영상, 이미지 등을 포함하는 컨텐츠, 문서, 일정관리, 다른 정보의 저장위치를 나타내는 링크정보 등으로 분류하여 저장할 수 있다.
데이터 공유정보 전송부(240)는 사용자의 접속 여부, 및 친구 지정부(230)에 의해 지정된 친구의 접속 여부를 판단하며(S1060), 지정된 친구가 접속된 경우(S1070)에는 사용자에 의해 업로드된 데이터의 공유권한 및 읽기, 수정, 삭제, 추가, 전달 등의 권한정보를 지정된 친구 단말기로 소정 주기로 푸쉬하여 전송한다(S1080). 여기서 사용자에 의해 업로드된 데이터는 복사되어 지정된 친구의 단말기로 전송되는 것이 아니고, 업로드된 데이터의 공유권한 및 읽기, 수정, 삭제, 추가, 전달 등 정보만 전달된다. 즉, 업로드된 데이터는 오직 사용자가 업로드한 데이터 한 개만 데이터 저장부(230)에 존재하며, 이 업로드된 데이터 한 개에 공유권한을 가진 친구들이 공유권한을 통해 데이터 저장부(230)에 등록되어 있는 데이터에 접속하여 공유되는 형태로 운영된다.
만일, 지정된 친구가 접속하지 않은 것으로 판단되면(S1070), 메시지 전송부(270)는 해당 친구의 단말기로 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치(200)로의 접속을 유도하는 유도 메시지를 전송할 수 있다(S1090).
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합하거나 결합하여 동작하는 것으로 기재되어 있다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다. 또한, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 각각 하나의 독립적인 하드웨어로 구현될 수 있지만, 각 구성 요소들의 그 일부 또는 전부가 선택적으로 조합되어 하나 또는 복수 개의 하드웨어에서 조합된 일부 또는 전부의 기능을 수행하는 프로그램 모듈을 갖는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서 구현될 수도 있다. 또한, 이와 같은 컴퓨터 프로그램은 USB 메모리, CD 디스크, 플래쉬 메모리 등과 같은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 저장매체(Computer Readable Media)에 저장되어 컴퓨터에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써, 본 발명의 실시예를 구현할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램의 저장매체로서는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체, 캐리어 웨이브 매체 등이 포함될 수 있다.
또한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 상세한 설명에서 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 갖는다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이며, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 따라서, 본 발명의 보호 범위는 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 균등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 가입자별로 웹(Web) 페이지, 왑(Wap) 페이지 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 네트워크상의 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간을 제공하는 가상공간 제공부;
    상기 가입자별로 등록한 친구에 대한 정보를 저장하는 친구정보 저장부;
    각각의 가입자에 의해 상기 친구정보 저장부에 저장된 친구 중 적어도 한 명을 커뮤니케이션 대상자로 지정하거나, 상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대응하여 상기 친구정보 저장부에 저장된 친구 중 적어도 한 명을 데이터를 공유(share)하는 권한을 가진 자로 지정하는 친구 지정부; 및
    상기 친구 지정부에 의해 지정된 친구의 접속 여부를 판단하며, 상기 지정된 친구가 접속하면 상기 지정된 친구의 단말기로 상기 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터 중 해당 친구에게 공유권한이 주어진 데이터의 공유정보를 소정 주기로 푸쉬(push)하는 데이터 공유정보 전송부
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대하여 업로드되는 데이터의 공유권한 및 수정, 삭제, 추가, 전달 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 권한정보에 상기 가입자 및 상기 친구 지정부에 의해 지정된 친구를 연계하여 저장하는 데이터 저장부
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 친구 지정부에 의해 지정된 친구에 대하여 읽기, 추가, 수정, 삭제, 전달 중의 적어도 하나에 대한 권한을 부여하는 권한 부여부
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 가상공간에 상기 데이터가 업로드될 때 상기 지정된 친구가 접속하지 않은 것으로 판단되면, 상기 지정된 친구의 단말기로 접속을 유도하는 유도 메시지를 전송하는 메시지 전송부
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 공유정보 전송부는,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터에 대응하는 가입자의 접속 여부를 판단하며, 상기 가입자가 접속하면 상기 가입자의 단말기로 상기 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터를 검색하여 상기 가입자에게 공유권한이 부여되어 있는 데이터를 가입자의 단말기로 소정 주기로 푸쉬하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 저장부는,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터를 컨텐츠, 문서, 일정관리, 주소정보, 자료정보 중의 적어도 하나로 분류하여 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 장치.
  7. 가입자별로 웹(Web) 페이지, 왑(Wap) 페이지 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 네트워크상의 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간을 제공하는 단계;
    상기 가입자별로 등록한 친구에 대한 정보를 저장하는 단계;
    각각의 가입자에 의해 상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대응하여 각각의 가입자에 의해 친구정보 저장단계에 저장된 친구 중 적어도 한 명을 커뮤니케이션 대상자로 지정하거나, 상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대응하여 상기 친구정보 저장단계에 저장된 친구 중 적어도 한 명을 데이터를 공유하는 권한을 가진 자로 지정하는 단계;
    상기 친구 지정부에 의해 지정된 친구의 접속 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
    상기 지정된 친구가 접속하면 상기 지정된 친구의 단말기로 상기 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터 중 해당 친구에게 공유권한이 주어진 데이터를 소정 주기로 푸쉬하는 단계
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대하여 상기 가입자 및 상기 친구 지정부에 의해 업로드되는 데이터의 공유권한에 지정된 친구를 연계하여 저장하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 친구 지정단계에 의해 지정되는 친구에 대하여 읽기, 추가, 수정, 삭제, 전달 중의 적어도 하나에 대한 권한을 부여하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  10. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 가상공간에 상기 데이터가 업로드될 때 상기 지정된 친구가 접속하지 않은 것으로 판단되면, 상기 지정된 친구의 단말기로 접속을 유도하는 유도 메시지를 전송하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  11. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 푸쉬단계는,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터에 대응하는 가입자의 접속 여부를 판단하며, 상기 가입자가 접속하면 상기 가입자의 단말기로 상기 가상공간에 업로드된 데이터를 검색하여 상기 가입자에게 공유권한이 부여되어 있는 데이터를 상기 가입자의 단말기로 소정 주기로 푸쉬하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  12. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 데이터 저장단계는,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터를 컨텐츠, 문서, 일정관리, 주소정보, 자료정보 중의 적어도 하나로 분류하여 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  13. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대해 공유권한 및 수정, 삭제, 추가, 전달 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 권한정보를 지정(제공) 받은 친구가 해당 데이터를 자신과 친구관계에 있는 다른 친구들에게도 Relay하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  14. 제 7항에 있어서,
    친구관계에 있어 나와 친구관계에 있는 두 사람이 나와는 별도로 서로 친구관계를 맺기 전에는 두 사람은 서로에 대해 어떠한 정보도 보거나 알 수 없도록 개인의 정보에 대해 배타적인 비밀(Secret) 관계로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  15. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 가상공간에 업로드되는 데이터에 대해 데이터가 송신자와 수신자 사이에 복사되어 송수신되는 것이 아니고, 항상 데이터는 한 개만 생성이 되고, 데이터의 수신 대상이 되는 친구들에게 데이터에 대한 공유권한이 부여되며, 공유권한이 부여된 친구들에게 데이터 공유정보 전송부에서 공유정보를 전송하여 공유권한을 부여받은 친구들이 해당 데이터에 접속할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  16. 제 7항에 있어서,
    Open key를 발급받아, 친구관계를 형성해야 할 사람들과 접점이 되는 사이버 공간에 게재하여 Open key를 클릭하는 사람들에게 즉시 가상공간 제공부에서 가상공간을 제공하여 사용자와 친구관계를 맺게 하고, 친구정보 저장부에서 이 친구들을 별도의 분류로 저장, 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  17. 제 7항에 있어서,
    사용자가 친구들과 커뮤니케이션 및 데이터 공유를 하는 데 있어, 다수의 친구들을 지정하여 커뮤니케이션 및 데이터 공유를 하여도 각각의 친구들은 사용자와 1대 1로 연결되어 사적인 관계로 통신하고 있다고 느끼도록 1대 1 관계로 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
  18. 제 7항에 있어서,
    가상공간 제공부에서 제공되고 네트워크상의 배타적으로 비밀이 유지되는 가상공간에서 서비스 되는 실시간 쪽지와 공유하는 일정에 단순히 텍스트로만 전달되는 정보 이외에 이미지, 동영상, 파일은 물론, 지도 정보까지 제공하는 복합 멀티미디어 방식을 구현하는 특징으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 방법.
