사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템 및 방법
본 발명은 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
커뮤니티 서비스는 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 미니 홈피, 블로그, 게시판, 방명록, 사용자 평가, 한 줄 남기기 등이 있다.
이러한 커뮤니티 서비스의 공통점은 등록자가 콘텐츠를 등록하면 다수의 조회자가 등록된 콘텐츠를 조회한 후 자신만의 의견을 댓글로 등록하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 사용자는 등록된 콘텐츠를 조회한 후 감상, 평가, 느낌 등을 자유롭게 댓글로 등록하여 다른 사용자들과 감상평을 공유함으로써 또 다른 재미를 느낄 수 있다.
이러한 종래의 게시물 관리 시스템에서 제공되는 댓글 서비스는 게시물 표시 영역의 주위에 배치되어 텍스트 표시를 기반으로 하는 리스트 형태로 표시되므로 댓글 영역으로 할당된 영역에서만 댓글 작성이 가능하다.
따라서, 게시물이 이미지 컨텐츠일 경우에도 이미지 영역을 제외한 영역에 의견이나 댓글, 코멘트를 달 수밖에 없다. 이에, 이미지 컨텐츠에 대한 의견이나 댓글, 코멘트의 표현 범위가 한정되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 이미지 게시물 제공 시 사용자에게 이미지 편집 도구를 제공하여 사용자가 편집한 이미지를 사용자의 지인들과 공유할 수 있도록 하고 공유된 이미지에 대해 사용자의 지인도 이미지 편집에 동참할 수 있도록 함으로써 이미지 컨텐츠에 대한 의견이나 댓글, 코멘트의 표현 범위를 넓히고 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 기술적 과제가 있다.

도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 게시물 관리 시스템은, 네트워크를 통해 접속되는 게시물 관리서버(200) 및 사용자 단말(100)과, 게시물 연동서버(300), 게시물 연동서버(300)를 통해 연동되는 복수의 SNS 서버(400)를 포함한다.

사용자 편집모듈(212)은 이미지 게시물을 조회하는 사용자에게 이미지 편집 인터페이스를 제공하고 사용자의 편집정보를 편집정보 DB(218)에 저장하여 관리한다. 사용자 편집모듈(212)은 사용자정보 DB(216)에 저장된 사용자 식별정보를 통해 사용자를 식별하여, 이미지 게시물을 편집한 사용자 정보 및 해당 사용자의 편집 이미지를 편집정보 DB(218)에 저장할 수 있다.
이하, 도 3 및 도 4를 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 게시물 관리서버(200)의 제어 흐름을 상세히 설명한다. 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 게시물 관리서버(200)의 제어 흐름도이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 게시물의 표시 상태도이다.
게시물 관리서버(200)는 네트워크를 통해 접속한 제1사용자에게 게시물을 제공한다(S110). 제1사용자에게 제공된 게시물은 게시물 DB(214)에 저장된 원본 이미지로서, 도4의 (a) 원본 게시물과 같이 표시될 수 있다.
게시물 관리서버(200)는 제1사용자의 선택에 따라 (a) 원본 게시물을 편집하여 저장한다(S112). 게시물 관리서버(200)는 사용자 편집모듈(212)을 이용하여 사용자에게 이미지 편집 인터페이스를 제공하고 편집된 이미지를 편집정보 DB(218)에 저장한다. 여기서, 제1사용자는 도4의 (b) 제1사용자 편집 게시물과 같이 제1편집정보를 추가하여 이미지를 편집할 수 있다.
게시물 관리서버(200)는 제1사용자의 선택에 따라 게시물 연동 서버를 통해 제1사용자의 SNS 서버(400)에 편집된 게시물을 공유한다(S114). 즉, 제1사용자의 SNS에는 (b) 제1사용자 편집 게시물이 게시된다.
이 후, 제2사용자가 제1사용자의 SNS에 게시된 (b) 제1사용자 편집 게시물을 통해 게시물 관리서버(200)로 접속할 수 있다(S116).
게시물 관리서버(200)는 제1사용자의 SNS의 링크로 접속한 제2사용자에게 (b) 제1사용자 편집 게시물을 제공한다(S118).
게시물 관리서버(200)는 제2사용자의 선택에 따라 (b) 제1사용자 편집 게시물을 편집하여 저장한다(S120). 게시물 관리서버(200)는 제2사용자에게 이미지 편집 인터페이스를 제공하여 제2사용자가 입력한 제2편집정보를 추가한 편집 이미지를 편집정보 DB(218)에 저장한다. 여기서, 제2사용자는 도4의 (c) 제1사용자/제2사용자 편집 게시물과 같이 제2편집정보를 추가하여 이미지를 편집할 수 있다.
게시물 관리서버(200)는 (c) 제1사용자/제2사용자 편집 게시물을 게시한다(S122). 여기서, 제2사용자의 선택에 따라 게시물 연동 서버를 통해 제2사용자의 SNS 서버(400)에 (c) 제1사용자/제2사용자 편집 게시물을 공유하는 것도 가능하다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면, ((a) 네트워크로 접속한 사용자 단말에 기 저장된 이미지 게시물을 이미지 편집 인터페이스와 함께 제1사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계; (b) 제1사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 이미지 게시물을 편집하여 제1편집 이미지를 저장한 후, 상기 제1편집 이미지를 상기 제1사용자가 선택한 SNS 게시판에 게시하는 단계; (c) 상기 제1사용자의 SNS 게시판의 링크를 통해 접속한 제2사용자 단말에 상기 제1편집 이미지 게시물을 상기 이미지 편집 인터페이스와 함께 제공하는 단계; (d) 상기 제2사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 제1편집 이미지를 편집하여 제2편집 이미지를 저장하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 제1사용자의 접속 시 상기 제2편집 이미지를 상기 제1사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 방법이 프로그램으로 기록되고 전자 장치에서 판독 가능한 기록매체에 기록될 수 있다.
이러한 게시물 관리 방법은 프로그램으로 작성 가능하며, 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 당해 분야의 프로그래머에 의하여 용이하게 추론될 수 있다. 또한, 게시물 관리 방법에 관한 프로그램은 전자장치가 읽을 수 있는 정보저장매체(Readable Media)에 저장되고, 전자장치에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 당업자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적인 것이 아닌 것으로서 이해해야만 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 등가 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.
본 발명은 이미지 게시물 제공 시 사용자에게 이미지 편집 도구를 제공하여 사용자가 편집한 이미지를 사용자의 지인들과 공유할 수 있도록 하고 공유된 이미지에 대해 사용자의 지인도 이미지 편집에 동참할 수 있도록 하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 데에 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 기 저장된 이미지 게시물을 네트워크로 접속된 사용자 단말에 제공하고, 상기 사용자 단말에 이미지 편집 인터페이스를 제공하여 사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 이미지 게시물을 편집하여 저장하는 게시판 관리서버; 및
    상기 게시판 관리서버에서 편집된 편집 이미지를 기 상기 사용자가 선택한 SNS 게시판에 게시하고, 상기 SNS 게시판의 링크를 통해 접속한 다른 사용자가 상기 게시판 관리 서버에 접속되도록 제어하는 게시물 연동서버;
    를 포함하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 게시판 관리서버는,
    상기 이미지 게시물을 등록하여 관리하고 상기 사용자가 선택한 이미지 게시물을 상기 사용자 단말에 표시하는 게시판 관리모듈; 및
    상기 이미지 게시물을 조회하는 사용자 단말에 이미지 편집 인터페이스를 제공하고, 상기 이미지 게시물을 편집한 사용자정보 및 해당 사용자의 편집 이미지를 저장 및 관리하는 사용자 편집모듈;
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 편집모듈은,
    제1사용자가 편집한 제1편집 이미지를 저장하여 제2사용자에게 상기 제1편집 이미지를 제공하고, 상기 제2사 B아가 편집한 제2편집 이미지를 저장하여 상기 제1사용자에게 상기 제2편집 이미지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 편집모듈은,
    텍스트나 간단한 그림을 그릴 수 있는 펜 툴(pen tool)과, 외부에서 작성된 댓글을 이미지 게시물에 붙일 수 있는 부착 툴 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 편집 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 시스템.
  5. (a) 네트워크로 접속한 사용자 단말에 기 저장된 이미지 게시물을 이미지 편집 인터페이스와 함께 제1사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계;
    (b) 제1사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 이미지 게시물을 편집하여 제1편집 이미지를 저장한 후, 상기 제1편집 이미지를 상기 제1사용자가 선택한 SNS 게시판에 게시하는 단계;
    (c) 상기 제1사용자의 SNS 게시판의 링크를 통해 접속한 제2사용자 단말에 상기 제1편집 이미지 게시물을 상기 이미지 편집 인터페이스와 함께 제공하는 단계;
    (d) 상기 제2사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 제1편집 이미지를 편집하여 제2편집 이미지를 저장하는 단계; 및
    (e) 상기 제1사용자의 접속 시 상기 제2편집 이미지를 상기 제1사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 (b) 단계는,
    제1사용자의 사용자 식별정보와 상기 제1편집 이미지를 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 (b) 단계는,
    상기 제1편집 이미지를 상기 제1편집 이미지가 게시된 접속 링크정보와 함께 상기 SNS 게시판에 게시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 방법.
  8. (a) 네트워크로 접속한 사용자 단말에 기 저장된 이미지 게시물을 이미지 편집 인터페이스와 함께 제1사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계; (b) 제1사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 이미지 게시물을 편집하여 제1편집 이미지를 저장한 후, 상기 제1편집 이미지를 상기 제1사용자가 선택한 SNS 게시판에 게시하는 단계; (c) 상기 제1사용자의 SNS 게시판의 링크를 통해 접속한 제2사용자 단말에 상기 제1편집 이미지 게시물을 상기 이미지 편집 인터페이스와 함께 제공하는 단계; (d) 상기 제2사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 제1편집 이미지를 편집하여 제2편집 이미지를 저장하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 제1사용자의 접속 시 상기 제2편집 이미지를 상기 제1사용자 단말에 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 사용자간 의사소통이 가능한 게시물 관리 방법이 프로그램으로 기록되고 전자 장치에서 판독 가능한 기록매체.
