Abstract

도금 강판을 비접촉식으로 제진하거나 형상 교정하는 강판 안정화 장치가 제공된다. 상기 강판 안정화 장치는, 진행 강판의 적어도 일측에 강판을 향하여 복수개가 제공되면서 강판의 제진을 구현토록 배치된 강판 제진수단 및, 상기 강판 제진수단과 연계되면서 강판의 폭에 대응하여 제진수단들의 적어도 일부를 강판의 폭방향으로 이동 가능토록 제공되는 제진수단 이동유닛을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명은, (단위) 제진수단들을 강판의 폭방향으로 이동 가능하여, 강판 제진성과, 강판의 반곡 교정성을 향상시키어, 강판의 도금 품질을 향상시키는 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
