Abstract
dispositivo de eliminação de vibração eletromagnética e programa de controle de eliminação de vibração eletromagnética. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de eliminação de vibração eletromagnética que remove a necessidade de um sensor de posição de borda dedicado e pode eliminar apropriadamente a vibração não apenas de uma chapa de aço que se desloca enquanto mantém uma postura normal, como também uma chapa de aço que se desloca enquanto se move sinuosamente na direção na largura; e também um dispositivo de eliminação de vibração eletromagnética que pode eliminar apropriadamente a vibração de uma chapa de aço que se desloca enquanto está sendo curvada na direção da espessura e se move sinuosamente na direção da largura. um dispositivo de eliminação de vibração eletromagnética 1 inclui uma pluralidade de pares de eletroímãs (2a, 2b) disposta na direção da largura de uma chapa de aço sa, cada par de eletroímas sendo disposto opostamente na direção da espessura da chapa de aço sa que se desloca em uma direção predeterminada, e uma seção de controle 4 adaptada para controlar corrente a ser aplicada a cada eletroímãs 2a e 2b de cada dos pares de eletroimãs 2. a seção de controle 4 é disposta para determinar uma posição de borda sae da chapa de aço sa por computação com base em uma dimensão de largura inserida da chapa de aço sa e uma quantidade de movimento sinuoso da chapa de aço sa que é inserida em tempo real ou intervalos de tempo predeterminados, e controlar separadamente uma quantidade de corrente a ser aplicada aos eletroímãs 2a e 2b com base na posição de borda sae da chapa de aço sa.
