Abstract
上記鋼板安定化装置は、進行する鋼板の少なくとも一側に鋼板に向かって複数個が提供され且つ鋼板の制振を具現するように配置された鋼板制振手段と、上記鋼板制振手段と連結され且つ鋼板の幅に対応して制振手段の少なくとも一部を鋼板の幅方向に移動させるように提供される制振手段移動ユニットと、を含んで構成されることができる。
このような本発明は、(単位)制振手段を鋼板の幅方向に移動可能にすることにより、鋼板の制振性と鋼板の反曲矯正性を向上させることができるため、鋼板のメッキ品質を向上させるという改善効果が得られる。

Claims (8)
- 進行する鋼板の少なくとも一側に鋼板に向かって複数個が提供され且つ鋼板の制振や形状矯正が可能できるように配置された鋼板制振手段と、
前記鋼板制振手段と連結され且つ鋼板の幅に対応して制振手段の少なくとも一部を鋼板の幅方向に移動させるように提供される制振手段移動ユニットと、
を含んで構成される、鋼板安定化装置。 - 装置ケーシングに固定される制振手段支持体をさらに含み、
前記制振手段支持体に複数の鋼板制振手段が連結される多段型に構成され且つ多段の鋼板制振手段のうち少なくとも一つが制振手段移動ユニットと連結される、請求項1に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記鋼板制振手段は、
進行する鋼板の進行中心に配置された中央側制振手段と、
前記中央側制振手段の両側に鋼板の幅方向に配列され前記制振手段移動ユニットが連結される一つ以上の移動側制振手段と、
を含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記鋼板制振手段は、
進行する鋼板の少なくとも一側に配置されたボディー部と、
前記ボディー部に一つ以上備えられ且つ鋼板の制振や形状矯正を具現するように提供された磁場発生ポールと、
を含んで構成される、請求項3に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記制振手段移動ユニットは、
鋼板の幅方向に装置ケーシングに回転駆動可能に提供され、鋼板制振手段のボディー部と連結される移動ブロックが締結されるスクリューバーと、
前記鋼板制振手段のボディー部を通過して装置ケーシングに提供された一つ以上のガイドと、
を含んで構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記スクリューバーは、
中央側制振手段を基点として両側が互いに異なる方向のスクリューを有する2段スクリューバーで構成されてスクリューバーの回転駆動時に中央側制振手段を基準として両側の移動側制振手段が同じ移動幅で互いに近くなるか遠くなるように構成され、
前記移動側制振手段の上、下側に交互に連結される、請求項5に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記制振手段移動ユニットのガイドは、鋼板制振手段のボディー部に組み立てられるガイド支持ブロックに備えられたライナリングを通過しながら制振手段の移動を容易にするように提供され、
前記制振手段移動ユニットのスクリューバーと連結され装置ケーシングに装着された駆動モータは装置制御部に連結され、前記装置ケーシングの両側に提供される鋼板エッジ部感知器は前記装置制御部と連結される、請求項5に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記装置ケーシングには、鋼板の進行を案内する鋼板移送ロールがさらに設置される、請求項2に記載の鋼板安定化装置。
