Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine polymérisable par voie cationique pouvant donner un produit parfaitement durci présentant une excellente transparence et une excellente souplesse. La composition de résine polymérisable par voie cationique de l'invention contient un polymère vinylique (A) obtenu par la polymérisation d'un monomère vinylique (a), d'un composé d'époxy (B) et d'un initiateur de polymérisation cationique (C), le polymère vinylique (A) étant un polymère obtenu par la polymérisation d'un monomère (méth)acrylique (a1) contenant une mole d'un groupe oxyde d'alkylène, utilisé en une quantité de 35 % à 100 % en poids par rapport à la quantité totale du monomère vinylique (a). L'invention concerne également un matériau optique obtenu à partir de la composition. En outre, la présente invention concerne un stratifié comprenant une couche (i) formée au moyen de la composition de résine polymérisable par voie cationique et une couche (ii) constituée d'un matériau protecteur de base, stratifiées successivement sur la surface d'une unité d'affichage d'image d'un écran à cristaux liquides.
