- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 실링부재는하면에 상기 용기입구에 접착되도록 하는 접착층이 도포되며 금속재질을 가지는 금속층과, 상기 금속층 상에 접착되는 커버층을 포함하며,상기 제1절개부 및 상기 제2절개부는 상기 커버층에만 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 커버층은 상기 제1절개부 및 상기 제2절개부를 포함하는 부분에서 상기 금속층과 접착되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 금속층은 알루미늄을 포함하며,상기 커버층은 종이 및 합성수지 중 어느 하나의 재질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1절개부는 상기 용기입구의 중심을 지나도록 형성된 하나 이상의 선 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1절개부는 상기 용기입구의 중심을 포함하도록 형성된 다각형 및 원형 중 어느 하나의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제2절개부는 상기 용기입구와 동심원을 이루는 원형상을 가지는 절개원으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제2절개부는 상기 용기입구와 동심원을 이루는 하나 이상의 호로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제2절개부는 상기 용기입구의 내주면과 상기 용기입구의 중심 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1절개부 및 상기 제2절개부는실질적으로 선으로 형성되거나 이격된 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 용기입구의 외경보다 더 돌출되어 형성되는 하나 이상의 돌출부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 실링부재.
