Claims (19)
- 握り持つことが可能な本体と該本体の端部に配置されるローラとを有する美容/健康ローラに使用され、前記ローラを前記本体の端部に設けられた支持軸に対して回転可能に支持する軸受装置であって、
前記軸受装置は、前記支持軸が嵌挿され、前記ローラを前記支持軸に対して回転可能に支持するラジアル軸受と、該ラジアル軸受の一方の端面側に配置されるスラスト軸受と、前記ラジアル軸受と前記スラスト軸受との間に介在される予圧付与部材とからなり、
前記ラジアル軸受および前記スラスト軸受が、それぞれ樹脂組成物を成形してなるすべり軸受であることを特徴とする美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。 - 前記ラジアル軸受が、導電性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記予圧付与部材が、ゴムまたはエラストマーからなる弾性リングであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ゴムまたはエラストマーが、シリコーンゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、アクリロニトリルブタジエンゴム、およびフッ素ゴムから選ばれる少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記弾性リングが、ラッパ状に弾性変形可能な形状であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記弾性リングが、前記ラジアル軸受のスリーブ部に嵌合する円筒部と、前記スラスト軸受と接触するラッパ部とからなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記円筒部と前記ラッパ部との境界部が、前記円筒部の肉厚よりも薄肉とされていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ラジアル軸受および前記スラスト軸受の少なくとも一方を成形する前記樹脂組成物が、潤滑性向上剤を含む組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記潤滑性向上剤が、カーボン、固体潤滑剤、ワックス、および潤滑油から選ばれる少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ラジアル軸受が、該ラジアル軸受を成形する前記樹脂組成物の射出成形体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記樹脂組成物のベース樹脂が、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリフェニレンオキサイド樹脂、およびポリエチレン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも一つの合成樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ローラの内周面および前記ラジアル軸受の外周面から選ばれる少なくとも一方に、軸方向に形成された隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ラジアル軸受が、前記支持軸と摺動し、かつ、前記ローラと同期して回転することを特徴とする請求項1記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ローラの内周面に軸方向のリブ状突起が形成され、前記ラジアル軸受の外周面に前記リブ状突起と嵌合する嵌合溝が形成され、前記リブ状突起と前記嵌合溝との嵌め合いによって前記ラジアル軸受が前記ローラと同期して回転することを特徴とする請求項13記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 前記ローラの外周面に前記ローラと別部材を設け、前記別部材の脚部が前記ローラの表面に形成された穴部をとおり前記ローラの内周面から突出され、前記ラジアル軸受の外周面に前記別部材の脚部の突出部と嵌合する嵌合溝が形成され、前記突出部と前記嵌合溝との嵌め合いによって前記ラジアル軸受が前記ローラと同期して回転することを特徴とする請求項13記載の美容/健康ローラ用軸受装置。
- 握り持つことが可能な本体と、前記本体の端部に配置されるローラと、前記ローラを前記本体の端部に設けられた支持軸に対して回転可能に支持する軸受装置とを有する美容/健康ローラであって、
前記軸受装置が、請求項1記載の軸受装置であることを特徴とする美容/健康ローラ。 - 前記ローラの表面に金属めっきが施され、前記支持軸と前記ローラとは前記軸受装置を介して電気的に導通していることを特徴とする請求項16記載の美容/健康ローラ。
- 前記軸受装置が、前記ローラの内部において、軸方向に複数個設けられていることを特徴とする請求項16記載の美容/健康ローラ。
- 前記ローラは、内部に防水構造を有さないことを特徴とする請求項16記載の美容/健康ローラ。
