Abstract
L'objet de l'invention est une machine automatique de cuisson de crêpes, de préférence pour crêpes minces et riches en graisse, une plaque de cuisson (11) convenant à la cuisson des crêpes, de préférence recouverte de Téflon, étant disposée dans le boîtier (2) de la machine automatique, un contenant (4) stockant la pâte, pourvu de préférence d'un axe commun à la plaque de cuisson (11) et un distributeur d'huile (36) adapté à pulvériser de l'huile sur la plaque de cuisson (11) étant disposés au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson (11). En outre, la machine automatique est pourvue d'un appareil de distribution connu en soi transportant les crêpes entièrement cuites sur une chambre de stockage.
