Abstract

본 발명은 투명 도전막의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조되는 투명 도전막에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 투명도전막의 제조 방법은, 1) 투명기재에 셀룰로오스 유도체 코팅액을 도포하여 셀룰로오스 유도체 막을 형성하는 단계; 2) 상기 셀룰로오스 유도체 막에 알칼리제를 처리하여 셀룰로오스 유도체를 가수분해하는 단계; 3) 가수분해된 셀룰로오스 유도체 막에 유기금속잉크를 도포하여 셀룰로오스 유도체상에 금속을 환원시켜 금속막을 형성하는 단계; 4) 금속막이 형성된 셀룰로오스 유도체 막을 열처리하여 전도성 금속층을 형성하는 단계; 를 포함하여 투명 도전막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 공정이 간단하면서 전도도와 투과율, 내굴곡성이 우수하고 낮은 헤이즈(Haze)를 갖는 투명도전막을 제조할 수 있다.
