Abstract
Description
図1(a)、(b)に示すように、太陽電池アレイ101は、複数の太陽電池モジュール3と、取付部材4と、を有している。このような太陽電池アレイ101は、葺板2a、野地板2bおよび垂木2cを含む基体2(屋根面)上に、固定される。そして、複数の太陽電池モジュール3は、その裏面を下側にして互いに重ならないように配列されている。本実施形態においては、図1(a)に示すように、傾斜面2の傾斜方向であるY方向、およびY方向に直交するX方向の両方向に沿って、複数の太陽電池モジュール3が配列されている。
図2に示すように、太陽電池モジュール3は、太陽電池パネル11とフレーム12とを有している。
図1(a)、(c)に示すように、取付部材4は、隣り合う太陽電池モジュール3の角部間に配置されている。このような取付部材4は、図3(a)、(b)に示すように、第1部材21と第2部材22と第3部材23と固定部材24と木ネジ25と粘着部材26とを有している。
次に、本実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ101の施工手順を説明する。
次に、図8乃至図10を用いて、第2の実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ201について、詳細に説明する。なお、第1の実施形態と同様の構成については、説明を省略する。
図8に示すように、本実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ201は、傾斜するY方向において最下部に配置された太陽電池モジュール3の軒側フレーム12eを固定する軒側部材5をさらに有している。
図8に加えて、図9および図10を用いて第1太陽電池モジュール3aの軒先側を支持する軒側部材5について詳述する。
次に、軒側部材5および軒側部材5へ第1太陽電池モジュール3aを固定する施工方法について、説明する。
次に、第3実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ301について、図11(a)、(b)を用いて説明する。
次に、第4実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ401について、図11(c)を用いて説明する。
次に、第5実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ501について、図12(a)乃至図12(c)を用いて説明する。
次に、第6実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ601について、図13(a)乃至図13(c)を用いて説明する。本実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ601は、高さ調整手段Mの構造において、第5実施形態と相違する。
次に、第7実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ701について、図15を用いて説明する。本実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ701は、Y方向に隣り合う2つの太陽電池モジュール3a、3bの間に配置されるスペーサーをさらに有している点で、第1実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ1と相違する。

Claims (20)
- X方向および該X方向に直交するY方向の少なくとも一方の方向に沿って、裏面を下側にして互いに重ならないように配列された複数の太陽電池モジュールと、
隣り合う該太陽電池モジュールの角部間に配置された取付部材とを備え、
該取付部材は、前記X方向および前記Y方向の少なくとも一方に延びる第1部材と、
該第1部材上に位置するとともに、前記太陽電池モジュールの前記裏面を支持する支持部を有する第2部材と、
該第2部材上に位置するとともに、該第2部材の前記支持部とともに前記太陽電池モジュールを挟持する挟持部を有する第3部材と、
前記第2部材および前記第3部材を上下に貫通するとともに、前記第2部材および前記第3部材を前記第1部材に固定する固定部材とを有しており、
前記第2部材および前記第3部材は、前記第1部材の長手方向に沿って移動可能である、太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第1部材は、前記Y方向を長手方向とする細長い形状であり、
前記固定部材によって前記第2部材および前記第3部材が前記第1部材に固定される前において、前記第2部材は前記Y方向に移動可能であり、かつ前記第3部材は前記X方向および前記Y方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第2部材は、前記第1部材と相対する第1主面に、前記Y方向に前記第2部材の移動を案内する第1案内部を有している、請求項2に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第1案内部は、前記第2部材の前記第1主面から立設して前記第1部材の幅方向の両側にそれぞれ離間して配置された一対の第1凸部であり、
前記第1部材の幅方向における前記一対の第1凸部間の距離は、前記第1部材の幅方向の寸法以上である、請求項3に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第2部材は、前記第3部材と相対する第2主面に、前記第2部材の前記X方向に前記第3部材の移動を案内する第2案内部を有しており、
前記第3部材は、前記固定部材が挿通され、前記第3部材の前記第1部材への固定前に前記X方向に移動可能な貫通孔を有している、請求項2または3に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第2案内部は、前記第2部材の前記第2主面から立設して前記X方向に沿って延びる一対の第2凸部であり、
該一対の第2凸部は、前記Y方向において離間して配置され、
該Y方向における前記一対の第2凸部間の距離は、前記第3部材の前記Y方向における寸法以上である、請求項5に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記貫通孔は、前記X方向に細長い長穴である、請求項5または6に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第2部材の前記X方向の寸法は、前記太陽電池モジュールの前記X方向の寸法よりも小さい、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第3部材の前記Y方向の寸法は、前記第2部材の前記X方向の寸法よりも小さい、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第3部材は、隣り合う前記太陽電池モジュール間に挟まれている張り出し部をさらに有している、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 複数の前記太陽電池モジュールが、少なくとも傾斜する前記Y方向に沿って配列された太陽電池アレイであって、
複数の前記太陽電池モジュールのうち前記Y方向において最下部に位置している第1太陽電池モジュールの下方側部を支持する保護部材をさらに有している、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記保護部材は、本体と、前記X方向に細長いレール溝であって、前記第1太陽電池モジュールの前記下方側部が収容されるレール溝と、前記本体に前記レール溝の長手方向に沿って設けられた中空部とを有している、請求項11に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記保護部材が固定される、前記Y方向に細長い複数の支持台をさらに有している、請求項11または12に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記レール溝は、前記第1太陽電池モジュールの前記下方側部を前記レール溝内に誘導する傾斜部を有している、請求項12または13に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記取付部材のうち少なくとも前記第2部材および前記第3部材を、前記X方向および前記Y方向に直交するZ方向へ移動する高さ調整手段をさらに有している、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第1部材の下方に配置され、該第1部材を支持する支持部材をさらに有しており、前記高さ調整手段は、前記第1部材と前記支持部材とにそれぞれ設けられた互いに螺合可能な雄ネジと雌ネジとである、請求項15に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記支持部材は、前記Y方向に延びる細長い基部を有している、請求項16に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記高さ調整手段は、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に配置された円筒状の第4部材であり、
該第4部材は、外周面に第1ネジ部を有する第1円筒部と、内周面に前記第1ネジ部と螺合する第2ネジ部を有する第2円筒部と、を有している、請求項15に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第1円筒部は、前記第1部材の上に配置されているとともに、前記第2部材は、前記第2円筒部の上に配置されており、
前記第1円筒部の下端部は、前記第1部材と係合する係合部を有している、請求項18に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第1円筒部の中心線と、前記第2円筒部の中心線と、前記固定部材の中心線とが、同一直線上に配置されている、請求項18または19に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
