According to the present invention, only unnecessary keratin is removed, the epidermis of the skin is not scratched, the keratin is not clogged in the joint, it can be easily washed out, dried in a short time, hygienic, safe and usable. It is said that an excellent exfoliating tool can be provided.
- Patent Document 2 proposes a keratin remover composed of a metal flat plate having a plurality of round holes.
- the plurality of round holes are formed by punching.
- the protruding portion on the back side of the metal flat plate after the punching process is substantially flattened by the polishing process so that a concave recess of several ⁇ m to several tens ⁇ m remains between adjacent round holes. According to this exfoliating tool, it can be easily manufactured and only the stratum corneum can be efficiently scraped off.
- FIG. 1 illustrates a conventional exfoliating tool 21 configured by punching a hole in a metal plate 22 by a punching process.
- One surface 23 of the plate-like body 22 on which the exfoliating surface is formed is a flat surface.

- the invention according to claim 1 of the present application is A keratin removal tool in which a keratin removal surface is formed on one surface of the plate-shaped body, The exfoliating surface is After a plurality of grooves are engraved on one flat surface of the plate-like body, By punching holes from the other surface of the plate-shaped body toward the one surface, An uneven portion corresponding to the fact that the plurality of grooves are formed on the periphery of the hole formed by the punching on the one surface of the plate-like body is formed. It is a keratin removal tool.
- the plurality of grooves are A plurality of grooves in the first direction extending in a predetermined oblique direction and adjacent grooves are parallel to each other; A plurality of second direction grooves extending in a direction intersecting with the direction in which the first direction grooves extend, and adjacent grooves are parallel to each other; A plurality of third grooves that intersect with the direction in which the grooves in the first direction extend and extend in a direction that intersects with the direction in which the grooves in the second direction extend, and in which adjacent grooves are parallel to each other.
- the invention described in claim 3 3.
- the keratin removal tool which can adjust the quantity of the keratin to remove can be provided.
- FIG. 3 is a plan view of a state in which a plurality of holes are punched out from one surface of the plate-like body to one surface of the plate-like body where the exfoliating surface is formed.
- A AA enlarged cross section in FIG.
- FIG. 4B is an enlarged perspective view showing an outline of a hole portion formed on the exfoliation surface of the exfoliation device of the present invention
- FIG. 5C is a hole portion formed on the exfoliation surface of the exfoliation device of the present invention.
- the enlarged plan view which shows the outline of the state of the peripheral edge of.
- the exfoliating device 1 of the present invention has an exfoliating surface 5 formed on one surface 3 of a plate-like body 2 made of a material such as metal.
- the exfoliating surface 5 has a plurality of grooves formed on one flat surface 3 of the plate-like body 2, and then a hole 6 a from the other surface 4 of the plate-like body 2 toward the one surface 3. , 6b,..., 6d,.
- the plurality of holes 6a to 6d,... May be collectively referred to as “hole 6”.
- a plurality of grooves are formed on one flat surface 3 of the plate-like body 2, and then a hole 6 is punched from the other surface 4 of the plate-like body 2 toward the one surface 3. .
- the plurality of grooves are formed on the one surface 3 of the plate-like body 2 on the peripheral edge of each of the punched holes 6 on the one surface 3 of the plate-like body 2 on which the exfoliating surface 5 is formed. Concave and convex portions corresponding to the engraving are formed.
- each hole 6 is formed by punching from the other surface 4 toward one surface 3 on which a plurality of grooves are formed, so that the holes 6 are formed. These are formed in various different sizes according to a plurality of grooves and in various different uneven patterns.
- the exfoliating tool 1 of the present invention it is possible to act on the exfoliated substance from multiple directions even if it is only moved in a specific direction. Further, the stratum corneum to be removed by the complicated uneven pattern formed on the stratum corneum removal surface 5 can be easily removed from multiple directions and in a complicated manner by removing the stratum corneum. In addition, the amount of stratum corneum to be removed can be adjusted by the unevenness formed of various different patterns with various different sizes formed at the periphery of each hole 6.
- the plurality of grooves are preferably composed of a plurality of grooves whose extending directions are different from each other.
- the plurality of grooves, the plurality of first-direction grooves 8 in which the adjacent grooves are parallel to each other, and the plurality of second grooves in which the adjacent grooves are parallel to each other It comprises a groove 9 in the direction and a plurality of grooves 7 in the third direction in which adjacent grooves are parallel to each other.
- the plurality of first-direction grooves 8, the plurality of second-direction grooves 9, and the plurality of third-direction grooves 7 respectively extend in the extending direction. It is desirable to make them different from each other.
- a direction in which a plurality of first-direction grooves 8 in which adjacent grooves are parallel to each other and a plurality of second-direction grooves 9 in which adjacent grooves are parallel to each other include The extending direction intersects.
- the direction in which the plurality of third-direction grooves 7 in which adjacent grooves are parallel to each other intersects the direction in which the first-direction grooves 8 extend, and the second direction It is desirable to cross the direction in which the groove 9 extends.
- the size of the groove, the width between the adjacent grooves, the depth of the groove, and the like can be variously adjusted according to the use of the exfoliating tool to be manufactured. By changing these variously, it becomes possible to change variously the shape and size of the concavo-convex part formed at the periphery of the hole 6. As a result, the amount of stratum corneum can be adjusted.
- a metal plate-like body 2 is prepared (FIG. 3A).
- the plate-like body 2 In order to form the exfoliating surface 5 on one flat surface of the plate-like body 2 indicated by reference numeral 3, the plate-like body 2 extends on one surface 3 in parallel with the shorter side 2 a of the plate-like body 2.
- a groove 7 in the third direction is formed (FIG. 3B). As shown in FIG. 3B, a plurality of grooves 7 in the third direction are formed so that adjacent grooves 7 are parallel to each other.
- the size of the groove 7, the width of the interval between the adjacent grooves 7 and the depth of the groove 7, and the depth of the groove 7 can be variously adjusted according to the use of the exfoliating tool 1 to be manufactured.
- a first-direction groove 8 that intersects with the third-direction groove 7 is formed on one surface 3 of the plate-like body 2 (FIG. 3C).

- the plurality of second-direction grooves 9 extend in an oblique direction from the upper right side to the lower left side in FIG. 3D, and adjacent grooves are parallel to each other.
- the size of the groove 9, the width of the interval between the adjacent grooves 9, and the depth of the groove 9 can be variously adjusted according to the use of the exfoliating tool 1 to be manufactured. it can.
- the hole 6 is formed from the other surface 4 of the plate-like body 2 toward the one surface 3 on which the exfoliating surface 5 is formed. Stamped to form.
- This punching can be performed by punching, for example.
- a plurality of holes 6 are formed by punching (FIG. 3E).
- FIG. 4A shows a simplified schematic cross section.
- complex convex portions 10 and concave portions 11 are formed on the cross section of one surface 3 of the plate-like body 2.
- the hole 6 is formed by punching from the back side. Therefore, the convex portions 12 and the concave portions 13 formed on the peripheral edges of the holes 6a, 6b,... 6d,... Correspond to the complex convex portions 10 and the concave portions 11, respectively, and have different sizes, shapes, and patterns. It becomes mixed and complicated.
