Description
本発明はカップ部を有する衣類に関し、詳しくは、バストが下垂して、バスト上部の肉が削げて平坦化しても、カップ部の上辺をバストとの間に隙間が生じないようにぴったりと沿わせることができるようにしたブラジャー等に関するものである。
一般に、加齢に伴ってバストが下垂し、この下垂に伴いバストの脇側上部の丸みが失われ、カップ部の脇側上辺に当たる位置のバストの上部の肉が平坦化し、所謂、肉の削げが生じてくる。図７に符号Ｘを付して示す部分は、ヌード状態における肉の削げ部分の状態を示したものである。
着用者のバストに上記のような肉の削げ部分Ｘが形成されていると、従来のブラジャーではカップ部がバストに充分フィットしないという問題があった。図８は、上記削げ部分Ｘがバストに形成されている着用者が従来のブラジャーを着用した状態を示す図である。図８に示すように、肩紐（ストラップ）１００は、カップ部１０１の上辺１０１ａの脇側上端に連結されており、肩紐１００はカップ部１０１を上方に引き上げるように形成されている。
このように、従来のブラジャーでは、削げ部分Ｘに隣接するように肩紐１００がカップ部１０１に連結されているため、着用状態においても肉の削げ状態が一部残存してしまい、カップ部とバストとの間に隙間が形成されてしまう。このため、バストに対するブラジャーのフィット性が低いものとなり、着用者の腕の上げ下ろしといった日常動作に伴って着崩れが生じやすい。また、前屈みの姿勢になった時、カップ部上辺とバストの間の隙間が大きくなり、上方からのぞき込んだ時にバストが見え易いという問題もあった。
着用者のバストに上記のような肉の削げ部分Ｘが形成されていると、従来のブラジャーではカップ部がバストに充分フィットしないという問題があった。図８は、上記削げ部分Ｘがバストに形成されている着用者が従来のブラジャーを着用した状態を示す図である。図８に示すように、肩紐（ストラップ）１００は、カップ部１０１の上辺１０１ａの脇側上端に連結されており、肩紐１００はカップ部１０１を上方に引き上げるように形成されている。
このように、従来のブラジャーでは、削げ部分Ｘに隣接するように肩紐１００がカップ部１０１に連結されているため、着用状態においても肉の削げ状態が一部残存してしまい、カップ部とバストとの間に隙間が形成されてしまう。このため、バストに対するブラジャーのフィット性が低いものとなり、着用者の腕の上げ下ろしといった日常動作に伴って着崩れが生じやすい。また、前屈みの姿勢になった時、カップ部上辺とバストの間の隙間が大きくなり、上方からのぞき込んだ時にバストが見え易いという問題もあった。
すなわち、従来の一般的なブラジャーでは、図８に示すように、バストを効果的に引き上げるために、ストラップはカップ部の上辺の脇側上端に連結されており、ストラップによってカップ部の上辺を肌側に引き寄せるような機能を付与していない。
ところで、特開平１１－２２９２０５号公報（特許文献１）では、図９に示すブラジャー２００が提案されている。ブラジャー２００は、バストアップ作用を担うストラップとなるショルダー部２０１の幅は、２０～８０ｍｍ程度の広幅とされている。これにより、ストラップが細幅である場合のように圧力が集中して、肩凝りが発生し、かつ、位置ずれが生じて着崩れが発生するのを防止している。かつ、ネック回りとなるカップ部の前面部２０２、前記ショルダー部２０１および背面部２０３は、ネック側を折り返し縁部２０２ａ、２０１ａ、２０３ａとし、かつ、ショルダー部２０１を含めて前面部２０２および背面部２０３は伸縮性布によって形成されている。
このように、前記特許文献１では、ストラップに相当するショルダー部はネック側で折り返した幅広の伸縮性素材によって形成され、肩への負担を低減して肩凝りを予防し、さらに、ストラップのずれの発生を少なくして着用感を高めている。
特許文献１ではストラップを幅広のショルダー部２０１とし、該幅広のショルダー部２０１を前面部２０２および背面部２０３と広幅で接合することにより、ストラップによる肩への圧力集中を低減しているが、前記バスト上部の削げによるカップ部との隙間発生を低減する機能は有していない。
即ち、広幅のショルダー部２０１の脇側端２０１ｂはアームホールに沿った形状で、前面部２０２および背面部２０３の脇側端２０２ｂ、２０３ｂと連続しているため、ショルダー部２０１を脇側へ引っ張る力、前面部２０２を背面部２０３側へ上方へ引く力が作用するが、ショルダー部２０１により前面部２０２を肌側へ引っ張る力が作用するように設けられていない。
即ち、広幅のショルダー部２０１の脇側端２０１ｂはアームホールに沿った形状で、前面部２０２および背面部２０３の脇側端２０２ｂ、２０３ｂと連続しているため、ショルダー部２０１を脇側へ引っ張る力、前面部２０２を背面部２０３側へ上方へ引く力が作用するが、ショルダー部２０１により前面部２０２を肌側へ引っ張る力が作用するように設けられていない。
よって、バストが下垂してバストの上部の肉が削げて、カップ部とバストとの間に隙間が発生しても、該隙間が無くなるように、カップ部の前面部を肌側へと引っ張って、カップ部の上辺をバストにぴったりと沿わせる機能はない。
本発明は前記問題に鑑みてなされたもので、ストラップによりカップ部の前面部を上方へ引っ張ってバストアップ機能を担わせるだけでなく、ストラップによりカップ部の前面部を肌側に引っ張って肌にぴったりと密着できるようにすることで、バスト上辺に削げが形成されていても、着用状態においてカップ部とバストとの間に隙間が形成されないようにし、かつ、着崩れの発生を防止することを課題としている。

該カップ部の上辺の連結点は、該上辺の全長をＬとすると脇側端から０．２Ｌ～０．６Ｌの範囲に位置することが好ましい。
前記カップ部上辺の連結点は、バストが下垂した場合に筋肉の削げが顕著に発生する部位に相当する。前記したカップ部の上辺全長をＬとすると脇側上端から０．２Ｌ～０．６Ｌの範囲内、より限定的には、０．３Ｌ～０．６Ｌの範囲に削げが発生することを、本発明者は多数のモニターの経年的な体位測定により知見している。
なお、カップ部の上辺が上向き円弧状に突出する場合、山形形状に突出する場合のいずれにおいても、前記範囲にカップ部の上辺の連結点を設定している。かつ、カップ部の下周縁に取り付けるワイヤーの脇側上端と前中央上端とを直線で連結した場合においても、該直線寸法をＬとすると、脇側上端から０．２Ｌ～０．６Ｌの範囲内にカップ部の上辺の連結点を設け、この連結点にストラップを連結している。
前記構成とすると、着用状態において、削げ発生位置に肩ストラップとカップ部との連結部分が設けられているため、カップ部には肩ストラップによって上方に引き上げるとともに、バスト側にカップ部を引き寄せる力が作用する。その結果、削げが発生している部分にカップ部の上部が密着し、カップ部と削げ部分との間に空隙が発生するのを防止できる。

前記構成とすると、着用状態において、削げ発生位置に肩ストラップとカップ部との連結部分が設けられているため、カップ部には肩ストラップによって上方に引き上げるとともに、バスト側にカップ部を引き寄せる力が作用する。その結果、削げが発生している部分にカップ部の上部が密着し、カップ部と削げ部分との間に空隙が発生するのを防止できる。
前記のように、従来の一般的なブラジャーは前記図７に示すように、カップ部の上辺の連結点は脇側端とし、該脇側端にストラップを連結している。よって、本発明のストラップとカップとの連結部分は、従来の一般的な連結部分より前中央寄りの削げが形成される部分に位置させるものとしている。このように、削げ形成部分にカップ部の連結点を設け、該連結点にストラップを連結すると、ストラップの引っ張りでカップ部の上辺は肌側へ引っ張られると共に上方へと引っ張られる。ストラップでカップ部の上辺の上端を肌側に引っ張ることで、肌側に削げ部分が形成されていても、カップ部の上辺の上端部分を肌にフィットさせることができ、肌とカップ部との間に隙間を発生させないようにすることができる。
前記カップ部の下周縁と土台部との境界位置にワイヤーを挿入したテープを取り付け、前記カップ部の上辺の連結点からバスト脇側を経由して前記ワイヤーの中間位置と接合する補強部を設けていることが好ましい。
該補強部は非伸縮性のテープをカップ部に縫着し、または芯材を挿入したテープをカップ部に縫着して形成している。
前記補強部は、前記連結点からカップ部の脇側端に沿って前記中間位置と接合することが好ましいが、カップ部を縦断するように設けても良い。

前記のように連結点からワイヤーと接する位置までバスト脇側を縦断する位置に補強部を設けると、該補強部をバストに密着させて、脇側へ流れるバストの肉をしっかりと押さえて、脇流れを防止することができる。
前記補強部がワイヤーと接する位置は、ワイヤーの最下端位置と脇側端との間の略中央位置とすることが好ましい。特に、補強部の下端位置を前記位置とし、前記上辺の連結点とを結ぶ補強部が着用時に略垂直配置となるように、上辺の連結点を設定することが好ましい。前記垂直配置にすると、バスト脇側部のうちの最も膨らみの大きい部位の中央部付近を補強部で押圧して、バストの脇側の肉を前中央へ寄せる機能を発揮させることができる。
本発明のカップ部は前記補強部よりも脇側の領域を覆う外装材を前記カップ部の表側に有し、前記カップ部の脇側端は前記補強部に沿うように形成されていることが好ましい。前記カップ部は非伸縮性または低伸縮性素材で形成することが好ましい。
前記ストラップは比較的伸率が低いゴムバンドで形成している。該ストラップの幅は特に限定されないが、１～２ｃｍが好適である。
該ストラップは前記カップ部の連結点に予め設定した角度だけ脇側へ傾けて取り付けることが好ましい。該角度は着用した際にストラップが肩からずり落ちない程度の角度であり、好ましくは２０～４５゜である。
このように、ストラップを脇側へ傾斜させて取り付けておくと、装着時にストラップはカップ部を上方へ捩るように引き上げる。これにより、カップ脇側部分とバストとの間に隙間が生じるのを抑制できる。
該ストラップは前記カップ部の連結点に予め設定した角度だけ脇側へ傾けて取り付けることが好ましい。該角度は着用した際にストラップが肩からずり落ちない程度の角度であり、好ましくは２０～４５゜である。
このように、ストラップを脇側へ傾斜させて取り付けておくと、装着時にストラップはカップ部を上方へ捩るように引き上げる。これにより、カップ脇側部分とバストとの間に隙間が生じるのを抑制できる。
本発明のカップ部を有する衣類は、ブラシャー、ブラスリップ、ブラキャミソール等のカップ部を有するインナー、水着、レオタード等のカップ部を有するアウター、アウターの内面のバスト部分にカップ部が取り付けられる衣類等に適用できる。
前述したように、本発明のカップ部を有する衣類では、カップ部の上辺をバストの肌側に密着するようにストラップで引き寄せるため、バストの上部の肉が削げて平坦化した場合に、バストとカップ部との間に隙間を発生させず、隙間が外部に露呈するのを防止すると共に、かつ、着崩れが発生するのを防止できる。
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図１乃至図５に第一実施形態のブラジャーからなるカップ部を有する衣類について説明する。

ブラジャー１は３／４カップのブラジャーであり、左右のカップ部Ｃで左右のバストをそれぞれ下周縁から上周縁に向けてバスト全体の３／４を覆うものとしている。
左右のカップ部Ｃは非伸縮性素材からなるカップ本体２と、該カップ本体２の表面側に被せる外装材３とからなる。ここで、表面側とは、肌側の面と反対側の面である。
カップ本体２は前中央側下部２ａ、脇側下部２ｂおよび上部２ｃの３部材に分割し、これらを接ぎ線Ｓで縫着して、バストトップを前方へ膨出させている。
前記外装材３は、例えば、伸縮性を有するストレッチレースの肌側にパワーネットを重ねて形成し、難伸縮性として強度を多少高めている。なお、外装材３はカップ本体２よりストレッチ性を備えたヘム素材、フリーカット等でもよい。
左右のカップ部Ｃは非伸縮性素材からなるカップ本体２と、該カップ本体２の表面側に被せる外装材３とからなる。ここで、表面側とは、肌側の面と反対側の面である。
カップ本体２は前中央側下部２ａ、脇側下部２ｂおよび上部２ｃの３部材に分割し、これらを接ぎ線Ｓで縫着して、バストトップを前方へ膨出させている。
前記外装材３は、例えば、伸縮性を有するストレッチレースの肌側にパワーネットを重ねて形成し、難伸縮性として強度を多少高めている。なお、外装材３はカップ本体２よりストレッチ性を備えたヘム素材、フリーカット等でもよい。
カップ部Ｃのバージスラインに配置する下周縁に沿ってワイヤー４をテープ５に挿入して縫着している。
前記左右のカップ部Ｃの間の前面中央部から前記ワイヤー４に沿って設けた土台部６と、土台部６の左右脇側端から背面中央に連続させたバック部７とを備えている。なお、土台部６とバック部７とを連続素材で形成してもよい。該土台部６及び左右のバック部７の下縁に沿って連続してゴムバンド９を縫着している。
前記左右のカップ部Ｃの間の前面中央部から前記ワイヤー４に沿って設けた土台部６と、土台部６の左右脇側端から背面中央に連続させたバック部７とを備えている。なお、土台部６とバック部７とを連続素材で形成してもよい。該土台部６及び左右のバック部７の下縁に沿って連続してゴムバンド９を縫着している。
前記左右のカップ部Ｃのカップ本体２の上辺１０の上端点（連結点）Ｐ１にそれぞれストラップ（肩紐）８の前端を連結し、該ストラップ８の後端を前記バック部７の上辺に連結している。該ストラップ８は幅約１～２ｃｍのゴムバンドで形成し、長さ調節金具１７を介在させている。なお、ストラップ８の素材および幅は限定されない。
ストラップ８はカップ本体２の上端点Ｐ１に図２に示すように脇側に角度αを２０～４５゜の範囲として傾斜させて縫着し、かつ、外装材３にカップ本体２との第１連結点（上端点Ｐ１と同じ）よりも若干脇側の第２連結点Ｐ１０で連結している。このように、ストラップ８をカップ本体２に第１連結点Ｐ１で連結し、外装材３に第２連結点１０で連結することにより、カップ部Ｃに強力にストラップ８を連結し、かつ、ストラップ８の取付角度αを傾斜角度に固定している。図２に符号Ｔを付して示す領域は、着用状態においてバストトップを覆う領域を示したものである。
前記カップ部Ｃのカップ本体２の下辺１１は、ワイヤー４の前部中央側上端点Ｐ２から、最下端点Ｐ３を経由して脇部側上端点Ｐ４に至るように湾曲している。なお、図中に示すＰ５は、最下端点Ｐ３と脇部側上端点Ｐ４との間の寸法の１／２の中間点を示している。なお、本実施形態では、ワイヤー４は、前部中央側上端点Ｐ２から最下端点Ｐ３を経由して脇部側上端点Ｐ４に至る位置まで延在している例を挙げて説明している。しかし、本発明は、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、ワイヤー４は、前部中央側上端点Ｐ２から最下端点Ｐ３を経由して中間点Ｐ５近傍まで延在させるようにしても良い。
カップ本体２の上辺１０は山形形状とし、前部中央側上端点Ｐ２と前記中間点Ｐ５とから互いに近接方向に上向きに傾斜する傾斜辺１０ａと傾斜辺１０ｂとからなり、該傾斜辺１０ａと１０ｂの交点を上辺１０の前記上端点Ｐ１としている。
該上端点Ｐ１の位置は、着用時には、カップ本体２の下辺１１の脇側端となる前記中間点Ｐ５と上端点Ｐ１とを連結する線が略垂直線となる位置に設定している。この上端点Ｐ１の位置は、前記したように、バストが下垂してバストの上部の肉に削げが形成される場合、削げ発生の位置に相当する位置である。
該上端点Ｐ１の位置は、着用時には、カップ本体２の下辺１１の脇側端となる前記中間点Ｐ５と上端点Ｐ１とを連結する線が略垂直線となる位置に設定している。この上端点Ｐ１の位置は、前記したように、バストが下垂してバストの上部の肉に削げが形成される場合、削げ発生の位置に相当する位置である。
前記カップ本体２の上端点Ｐ１の位置は、上辺１０の前側の傾斜辺１０ａの長さＬ１と脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂの長さＬ２の合計長さをＬとすると、脇側端から０．２Ｌ～０．６Ｌの範囲、好ましくは０．３Ｌ～０．６Ｌの範囲としている。
本実施形態では、前記Ｌ１は１５ｃｍ、Ｌ２は１０ｃｍとして、０．４Ｌの位置に上端点Ｐ１を設定している。

カップ本体２の上辺１０の脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂは、上端点Ｐ１と下辺１１の中間点Ｐ５とを結ぶ線に沿って設けているため、該傾斜辺１０ｂは着用時は垂直線に近似する。よって、バストの脇側部分を縦断する位置にある。
前記傾斜辺１０ｂにはテープ１３を縫着して端始末し、このテープ１３の上端は前記ストラップ８と共にカップ本体２と縫着し、テープ１３の下端はワイヤー４を収容したテープ５およびカップ本体２と縫着している。
また、テープ１３内には偏平な樹脂帯からなる芯材１４を収容している。これにより、脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂの端縁を補強部２０としている。なお、バストの脇流れを充分抑制できる場合には、芯材１４をテープ１３内に収容しなくとも良い。
前記傾斜辺１０ｂにはテープ１３を縫着して端始末し、このテープ１３の上端は前記ストラップ８と共にカップ本体２と縫着し、テープ１３の下端はワイヤー４を収容したテープ５およびカップ本体２と縫着している。
また、テープ１３内には偏平な樹脂帯からなる芯材１４を収容している。これにより、脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂの端縁を補強部２０としている。なお、バストの脇流れを充分抑制できる場合には、芯材１４をテープ１３内に収容しなくとも良い。
このように、カップ本体２の脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂは下辺側に向けて急激に傾斜してワイヤー４の途中で接合しているため、カップ本体２の表面に被せる外装材３をカップ本体２の脇側より延長させて土台部６の脇側端６ａに連続させ、該外装材３の延長部分の下端と土台部６との間にワイヤー４を収容したテープ５を縫着している。かつ、該外装材３はカップ本体２の傾斜辺１０ａ側ではカップ本体２より若干外方へ突出させ、前記ストラップ８とも縫着している。
前記構成としたブラジャー１を着用した状態を図３～５に示す。なお、図３の符号Ｘを付して１点鎖線で示す領域は、ヌード状態において肉の削げ具合が最も顕著に見られる領域である。ブラジャー１の着用時、ストラップ８によりカップ部Ｃは肩峰近傍を越えて背面側へ引っ張られるため、図５中に矢印で示すように、カップ部Ｃは上方へ引き上げられると同時に、肌側へ引っ張られる。ストラップ８を連結したカップ部Ｃのカップ本体２の上端点Ｐ１の近傍は、ストラップ８により特にバスト上部の肌側に引っ張られ、図４に示すようにカップ本体２の上辺１０はバストの上部の肌にぴったりと密着する。このようにストラップ８と連結した上端点Ｐ１をバスト上部の肉の削げ部分Ｘに形成しているため、削げ部分Ｘにカップ本体２のストラップ８と連結した上辺１０が隙間なくフィットすることになる。よって、前屈みとなった時にも削げ部分Ｘとカップ本体２の上辺１０との間に隙間が形成されるのを防止でき、隙間が外部に露呈しない。
かつ、ストラップ８は外装材３に第２連結点Ｐ１０で縫着しているため、外装材３にもストラップ８の上方および肌側への引っ張り力が作用する。よって、外装材３によってもバスト上部の削げ部分Ｘを覆って外部に見えないにようにできる。

さらに、従来は脇側に連結されていたストラップ８を前中心寄りに位置させているため、ストラップ８が位置ずれして肩から脱落しにくくなる。かつ、腕を挙げたり回したりする腕の挙動時に、ストラップ８が腕回りから離れた位置にあるため、ストラップ８に位置ずれが生じにくく、ブラジャーの着崩れを防止できる。
さらにまた、一般的に、カップ本体の上辺はバストから浮き上がりやすいが、本発明のブラジャーでは、カップ本体の上辺をバストにフィットさせることができるため、ブラジャーの着用感を高めることができる。

また、カップ本体２の脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂに芯材１４を収容したテープ１３を縫着して端始末し、脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂを補強部２０としている。
該補強部２０のテープ１３はカップ本体２の上端点Ｐ１でストラップ８と縫着しているため、ストラップ８により補強部２０は上方へ引っ張られる。これにより、バストの脇部分とカップ部Ｃの脇側端との間に隙間が形成されるのを防止できる。

通常のブラジャーでは、カップ本体の脇側のテープ始末がバストの脇側部分に設けられている。しかし、ヌード状態において、削げが形成された下垂したバストは下垂していないバストより肉の脇流れが大きく、従来のブラジャーのようにカップ部の脇側端部にテープ始末を設けても、バストとテープ始末部分とを十分にフィットさせることができず、バストの脇流れを押さえることができない。
これに対して、前記実施形態では、カップ本体２の脇側のテープ始末した補強部２０は従来よりバストトップ側に接近した位置に設けているため、カップ本体２のテープ始末部分をバストの脇部分にフィットさせて、バストの脇部分をしっかりと押さえ、脇流れを防止することができる。なお、本実施形態では、芯材１４をテープ１３に収容させているが、バストの脇部分を押さえる効果が充分に得られるのであれば、芯材１４をテープ１３に収容しないものとしても良い。
特に、バストの肉の脇流れの防止効果を最も高めるためには、バスト脇側部分のうち、最も膨らみの大きい部位を補強部２０の中央部分付近で押圧することが好ましい。
そこで、本実施形態では、上端点Ｐ１と中間点Ｐ５とを連結するように補強部２０を設けることにより、補強部２０の中央部分付近が上記膨らみの大きい部位を押圧するようにしている。これにより、バストの肉の脇流れを効果的に防止している。
これに対して、前記実施形態では、カップ本体２の脇側のテープ始末した補強部２０は従来よりバストトップ側に接近した位置に設けているため、カップ本体２のテープ始末部分をバストの脇部分にフィットさせて、バストの脇部分をしっかりと押さえ、脇流れを防止することができる。なお、本実施形態では、芯材１４をテープ１３に収容させているが、バストの脇部分を押さえる効果が充分に得られるのであれば、芯材１４をテープ１３に収容しないものとしても良い。
特に、バストの肉の脇流れの防止効果を最も高めるためには、バスト脇側部分のうち、最も膨らみの大きい部位を補強部２０の中央部分付近で押圧することが好ましい。
そこで、本実施形態では、上端点Ｐ１と中間点Ｐ５とを連結するように補強部２０を設けることにより、補強部２０の中央部分付近が上記膨らみの大きい部位を押圧するようにしている。これにより、バストの肉の脇流れを効果的に防止している。
かつ、ストラップ８を前中心寄りの位置でカップ本体２の上端点と縫着しているため、該ストラップ８と上端を連結した前記補強部２０を前中心方向に引っ張り、該補強部２０でバストを前中心側へ寄せる機能も有する。
さらに、非伸縮性素材からなるカップ本体２は脇側部分まで延在していないが、該カップ本体２の表面の難伸縮性の外装材３が脇側部分に延在しているため、カップ本体２の脇側の傾斜辺１０ｂの周縁における脇肉の盛り上がりが見えるのを防止できる。
また、ストラップ８をカップ本体２の上端点Ｐ１の第１連結点で脇側へ傾斜させて縫着すると共に、外装材３に第２連結点Ｐ１０で縫着して、傾斜取付状態としているためブラジャー着用時にストラップ８はカップ部Ｃを上方へ捩るように引き上げ、カップ部Ｃの脇側部分を引き上げる力が大きくなる。これにより、カップ脇側部分とバストとの間に隙間が形成されるのを防止できる。なお、上記実施形態では、ストラップを上記傾斜取付状態とする例を挙げて説明したが、ブラジャーの仕様によってはストラップを傾斜取付状態としなくとも良い。但し、この場合には、バストとの間に隙間が出来やすくなるため上記実施形態のように、傾斜取付状態とする方がより好ましい。
図６（Ａ）（Ｂ）に第二実施形態を示す。
第二実施形態はブラスリップ５０であり、該ブラスリップ５０のカップ部Ｃも前記第一実施形態と同様な形態とし、ストラップ８をカップ部Ｃのカップ本体の上端点Ｐ１に縫着している。該上端点はカップ本体２の上辺１０の全長Ｌに対して脇側端から０．３Ｌ～０．６Ｌの位置に設けている。該カップ本体２の上辺１０は上向きに膨らむ円弧形状とし、ワイヤー４の脇側上端点に連結し、第一実施形態で設けていたバスト脇側部を押さえる補強部２０は設けていない。
第二実施形態はブラスリップ５０であり、該ブラスリップ５０のカップ部Ｃも前記第一実施形態と同様な形態とし、ストラップ８をカップ部Ｃのカップ本体の上端点Ｐ１に縫着している。該上端点はカップ本体２の上辺１０の全長Ｌに対して脇側端から０．３Ｌ～０．６Ｌの位置に設けている。該カップ本体２の上辺１０は上向きに膨らむ円弧形状とし、ワイヤー４の脇側上端点に連結し、第一実施形態で設けていたバスト脇側部を押さえる補強部２０は設けていない。
該構成からなるブラスリップ５０においても、第一実施形態のブラジャーと同様に、カップ部Ｃの上辺をストラップ８の引っ張りでバスト肌側に引っ張ることができ、肉の削げ部分Ｘにおいてカップ部Ｃとの間に隙間を発生させないようにできる。
本発明は前記ブラジャー、ブラスリップに限定されず、カップ部を有する衣類であれば、適用できる。

- カップ部の上辺を形成する前中央側傾斜辺と脇側傾斜辺との連結点を、該カップ部のバストトップ位置の脇側上方に位置するバストの削げ形成領域に設け、
