Abstract
Description
前記挟持部材は、前記基端部に前記受け部側へと突出する拡頭部(401)を有することを特徴とする。
図1および2に示すようように、クランプ10は、索状体としてのパーキングブレーキケーブル(以下、ケーブルという)100を、自動車の車体パネル(被取付部材)101に固定するものであり、ベース部材11と、挟持部材12とを備えている。ベース部材11および挟持部材12は、例えばポリアセタール(POM)やポリプロピレン(PP)等の樹脂材料を成形することによって形成されている。
第2実施形態に係るクランプ200は、第1実施形態に係るクランプ10と比較して脚部16の構成が異なる。クランプ200について、クランプ10と同一の構成については、クランプ10と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
第3実施形態に係るクランプ300は、図8に示すように、第1および第2実施形態に係るクランプ10,200と比較して支持孔24が脚部16の内部に延在していない点で構成が異なる。クランプ300について、クランプ10と同一の構成については、クランプ10と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。クランプ300では、第2実施形態に係るクランプ200との同様の構成の弾性爪301(弾性爪201)を備えている。クランプ300では、クランプ200と異なり、脚部16の弾性爪301は、挟持部材12の位置(仮留め位置または本留め位置)によって傾倒が許容される、あるいは阻止されるといった影響を受けない。クランプ300は、車体パネル101の係止孔106に係合させる前に、ケーブル100との相対位置を固定(本留め)することができる。
第4実施形態に係るクランプ400は、図9に示すように、ベース部材11が溝部19を有さず、挟持部材12の基端部41に拡頭部401を有する点が第1実施形態に係るクランプ10と大きく相違する。クランプ400について、クランプ10と同一の構成については、クランプ10と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
第5実施形態に係るクランプ500は、図10に示すように、第4実施形態に係るクランプ400と比較して、拡頭部401の形状および壁部402の形状が異なる。クランプ500について、クランプ400と同一の構成については、クランプ400と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。クランプ400は、壁部402の上端に挟持部材12側へと突出する引掛部501を有している。挟持部材12が仮留め位置にある状態において、拡頭部401およびテーパ部403と、引掛部501との間の距離は、ケーブル100の外径よりも小さくなっており、ベース部材11と挟持部材12とによって画成される収容空間510からケーブル100が離脱できないようになっている。
第6実施形態に係るクランプ600は、図11に示すように、第3実施形態に係るクランプ300と比較して、ベース部材11に支持孔24が形成されていない点、挟持部材12の挿入端部42が短い点で異なる。クランプ600について、クランプ300と同一の構成については、クランプ300と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。挟持部材12は、仮留め位置において、基端部41の一部と挿入端部42とが、溝部19内に突出し、一部が開口した空間601を画成する。ケーブル100は、この空間601に変位可能に保持される。クランプ200と同様に、挟持部材12を挿通孔25(挟持部材12を支持するため支持孔として機能する。段落0020の支持孔に対応する。)に対して押し込み、本留め位置へと変位させることによって、溝部19内に基端部41の大部分が進入し、空間601が縮小される。これにより、ケーブル100は、挟持部材12と底部20との間に挟持される。
第7実施形態に係るクランプ700は、図12に示すように、第1実施形態に係るクランプ10と比較して、ベース部材11が脚部16を有さず、挟持部材12の挿入端部42に車体パネル101の係止孔106と係合する弾性爪701が形成されている点で異なる。クランプ700について、クランプ10と同一の構成については、クランプ10と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。図12に示すように、挿入端部42は、中空部702を有し、その下端部から中空部702内を上方へと延びる弾性爪701を一対有している。弾性爪701は、その外面に逆止爪部703が突設されているとともに、可撓性を有し、中空部702の内方へと弾性変形して傾倒可能になっている。
第8実施形態に係るクランプ800は、図13に示すように、第7実施形態に係るクランプ700と比較して、ベース部材11の上部の形状および挟持部材12の上部の形状が異なる。クランプ800のベース部材11は、第4実施形態のクランプ400と同様の壁部の壁部402を有し、挟持部材12は、拡頭部401およびテーパ部403を有する。クランプ800について、クランプ700およびクランプ400と同一の構成については、クランプ700およびクランプ400と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。また、挟持部材12をベース部材11に対して仮留め位置に保持するべく、支持孔24の壁面に弾性爪701が引っ掛かる凹部801が形成されている。
第9実施形態に係るクランプ900は、図14に示すように、第8実施形態に係るクランプ800と比較して、拡頭部401の形状および壁部402の形状が異なる。壁部402は、第5実施形態と同様の引掛部501を有している。クランプ900について、クランプ800およびクランプ500と同一の構成については、クランプ800およびクランプ500と同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
第10実施形態に係るクランプ1000は、第1実施形態に係るクランプ10と比較して、挟持部材1001がベース部材1002に対して相対回転することによって、仮留め位置と本留め位置との間で変位する点で大きく相違する。
Claims (11)
- 係止孔が形成された被取付部材に索状体を固定するためのクランプであって、
前記索状体の外周部の少なくとも一部に当接可能な受け部と、前記係止孔に係合可能な脚部とを備えるベース部材と、
仮留め位置および本留め位置の間で変位可能に前記ベース部材に支持され、前記受け部との間に前記索状体を収容可能な収容空間を画成する挟持部材と
を有し、
前記挟持部材は、前記仮留め位置から前記本留め位置へと変位することによって前記収容空間を縮小させるように、その外形が構成されていることを特徴とするクランプ。 - 前記ベース部材には、支持孔が形成され、
前記挟持部材は、基端部から挿入端部へと延在し、前記支持孔に少なくとも挿入端部が挿入され、前記支持孔に対する挿入深さが浅い前記仮留め位置と前記支持孔に対する挿入深さが深い前記本留め位置との間で変位可能に支持され、前記基端部側の前記支持孔から突出した部分において前記受け部との間に前記収容空間を画成し、前記挿入端部側より前記基端部側の方が、前記受け部側へと突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランプ。 - 前記ベース部材は、底部および前記底部の両側にそれぞれ連続して互いに対向する壁部を有する溝部を備え、
前記受け部は、前記底部に設けられ、
前記両壁部の一方には前記両壁部の他方側を向くように前記支持孔が形成されるとともに、前記両壁部の他方には前記支持孔に対向するように貫通孔である挿通孔が形成され、
前記挟持部材は、前記挿通孔および前記支持孔に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクランプ。 - 前記受け部は、前記挟持部材の長手方向と平行な方向に突出し、
前記挟持部材は、前記基端部に前記受け部側へと突出する拡頭部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクランプ。 - 前記受け部は、その突出端に前記挟持部材側へと突出する引掛部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のクランプ。
- 前記支持孔は、前記脚部内へと延在し、
前記脚部は、前記挟持部材が前記仮留め位置から前記本留め位置へと変位することによって、前記挟持部材に押圧されて、前記支持孔の径方向外方へと拡開されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクランプ。 - 前記支持孔は、前記脚部内へと延在し、
前記脚部は、前記係止孔に係合可能であるとともに、前記支持孔内へと傾倒可能な弾性爪を有し、
前記挟持部材は、前記仮留め位置にあるときには、前記弾性爪の前記支持孔内への傾倒を許容する一方、前記本留め位置にあるときには、前記弾性爪に当接し、前記支持孔内への傾倒を阻止することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクランプ。 - 係止孔が形成された被取付部材に索状体を固定するためのクランプであって、
前記索状体の外周部の少なくとも一部に当接可能な受け部と、貫通孔である支持孔とが形成されたベース部材と、
基端部から挿入端部へと延在し、前記挿入端部側から前記支持孔を貫通し、前記支持孔に対する挿入深さが浅い仮留め位置と挿入深さが深い本留め位置との間で変位可能に前記ベース部材に支持され、前記基端部側の前記支持孔から突出した部分において前記受け部との間に前記索状体を収容可能な収容空間を画成する挟持部材と
を有し、
前記挟持部材は、前記仮留め位置から前記本留め位置へと変位することによって前記収容空間を縮小させるように、前記挿入端部側より前記基端部側の方が、前記受け部側へと突出し、前記挿入端部の前記支持孔を通過した部分において前記係止孔に係合することを特徴とするクランプ。 - 前記ベース部材は、底部および前記底部の両側にそれぞれ連続して互いに対向する壁部を有する溝部を備え、
前記受け部は、前記底部に設けられ、
前記両壁部の一方には前記両壁部の他方側を向くように前記支持孔が形成されるとともに、前記両壁部の他方には前記支持孔に対向するように貫通孔である挿通孔が形成され、
前記挟持部材は、前記挿通孔および前記支持孔に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のクランプ。 - 前記受け部は、前記挟持部材の長手方向と平行な方向に突出し、
前記挟持部材は、前記基端部に前記受け部側へと突出する拡頭部を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のクランプ。 - 前記受け部は、その突出端に前記挟持部材側へと突出する引掛部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のクランプ。
