- a pressure sensor of very simple construction can be used instead of a flow sensor.
- the pressure sensor can be arranged separately from the mouthpiece, in particular outside the mouthpiece, but preferably within the inhaler in another region, most preferably in the lower actuating or housing part. This preferred arrangement of the pressure sensor outside a path for supply air allows a particularly simple construction.
