Definitions
- the invention relates to a substructure element for a floor covering, in particular for outdoor use.
- floor panels As a floor covering in the outdoor area, for example for terraces or balconies, profiled floor panels made of wood or wood-like materials are often used on their surface. Usually, such floor panels are designed as elongated floorboards, which are fixed by a narrow gap spaced on a substructure of underlayed transverse planks.
- the transverse planks are often placed on plates, whereby they are at least partially protected from moisture and can be aligned horizontally. If the flooring is to be laid on already fixed ground, for example on a Baikon, the transverse planks can be balanced by means of underlayed laying boards or wedges.
- DE 197 57 922 discloses a support structure for a flat bottom surface having a plurality of interconnected profiles. The support structure is held in the corner by connecting elements, where a support leg is provided on the bottom side. Due to the large number of components, the manufacture and assembly is comparatively complicated.
- the substructure element according to the invention for a floor covering has a lattice-shaped base body with cross members and longitudinal members, wherein a plurality of protruding feet is arranged on an underside of the base body and a plurality of fastening elements for floor panels is arranged on an opposite upper side of the base body.
- the lattice-shaped body provides longitudinal and transverse beams, which serve as a support surface for the floor panels. Since fastening elements for the floor panels are already arranged on the base body, the assembly of the floor panels is simplified. The protruding feet decouple the body of the substructure element from the substrate moisture.
- the substructure element thus represents a prefabricated unit which enables a rapid modular construction of a substructure for the floor covering.
- the fastening elements on springs for engaging in lateral grooves of floor panels By means of such a tongue and groove connection, floor slabs can be quickly mounted on the substructure element.
- the fastening elements are preferably undercut webs with L-shaped or T-shaped cross-sectional profile. Particularly preferably, the edges of the fastening elements pointing away from the upper side of the main body are chamfered. In this way it is achieved that the floor panels can be mounted easily and without tools by placing and snapping.
- the base body is produced in an injection molding process, wherein the feet and / or the fastening elements and / or Anschiagiata which serve in addition to the fastening elements of a lateral fixation of the bottom plates are integrally formed.
- the substructure element and / or the panels laid thereon are made of plastic or a mixture of plastics and natural materials, in particular wood fibers, wood chips, straw, hay, rice husks.
- height adjusters are provided for cooperation with the feet.
- the height adjusters allow lent a horizontal orientation and a uniform distribution of loads over all feet into the ground.
- the feet have a bore with internal thread, and the height adjusters are helical and provided with an external thread, with which they are screwed into the feet. In this way, a height adjustment on each of the feet can be realized in a simple way.
- Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a substructure element in a first embodiment
- FIG. 2 shows the substructure element of the first exemplary embodiment with mounted base plates, likewise in a perspective view
- Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the substructure element of the first
- Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a substructure element in a second embodiment.
- Figure 1 shows a substructure element in a perspective view obliquely from above. For clarity, not all elements are provided with reference numerals in multiple occurring elements.
- the substructure element comprises an integrally formed main body 10 with cross members 11 and longitudinal members 12. At the underside of the base body 10, which is not visible in this view, stand feet 20 projecting from the cross member 11 and side member 12 are arranged at the nine intersection points (grid nodes). On the opposite visible upper side of the main body 10 are on the cross members 11 upwardly projecting elongated fasteners 30, 31 for floor panels and arranged on the side rails stops 32 for the floor panels.
- the plate-shaped main body 10 has a surface of, for example, 30 cm x 30 cm to 50 cm x 50 cm, but may also have a different size.
- three cross members 11 and longitudinal members 12 are provided.
- the main body is grid-shaped, wherein the cross member 11 and the Side members 12 each extend at the same distance parallel to each other and are perpendicular to each other. They are arranged in one plane, so that a support surface for the floor panels, which is indeed interrupted by grid openings but continuous along the support, is formed.
- the number of three cross members 11 and longitudinal beams 12 shown is not restrictive, any number larger than two is conceivable. Also, the number of cross members 11 may differ from the number of longitudinal members 12. Also, the respective distance to each other in transverse and longitudinal members 11, 12 may be selected differently.
- the fastening elements 30, 31 are arranged along the outer cross member 11. In each case, two of the fastening elements (reference numeral 30) are provided between two grid nodes and T-shaped in cross-section. In each case a further fastening element (reference numeral 31) is L-shaped (angular) and executed in each case at the end of a cross member 11.
- the fastening elements 30, 31 have correspondingly either on two sides or on one side substantially parallel to the support surface aligned springs, which stand on a web-like foot and can engage in lateral grooves of the bottom plates.
- the illustrated substructure element is suitable for receiving three elongated floor panels, hereinafter referred to as floorboards, because of their shape, which are held at four attachment points each.
- the stops 32 are web-shaped at the ends of all or, as in the present example, a part of the longitudinal members 12. They prevent moving mounted floor panels in their longitudinal direction.
- the substructure element is preferably manufactured in one piece in an injection molding process, such that the feet 20, the fastening elements 30, 31 and the stops 32 are integrally formed on the grid body 10.
- the material used can be a weather-resistant and ultraviolet light-resistant plastic, for example polypropylene or another polymer material. This can be mixed with natural materials such as wood fibers, wood chips, straw, hay, rice husks or the like, depending on
- FIG. 2 shows the substructure element from FIG. 1 with mounted floorboards 40 in a perspective view obliquely from below.
- FIG. 3 shows an excerpt from a sectional view through the substructure element of FIGS. 1 and 2 along the direction of the cross members 11 with mounted floorboards 40.
- the T- or L-shaped configuration of the fastening elements 30, 31 is particularly good recognizable.
- the upper, facing away from the top of the grid body 10 edges of the springs of the fasteners 30, 31 are chamfered or bevelled.
- the resulting slopes make it possible, in conjunction with the elasticity of the web-like feet of the fastening elements 30, 31, that the floorboards 40 can be pressed from above onto the base body 10 and latch into the fastening elements 30, 31 with their lateral groove 41.
- the assembly of the floorboards 40 can thus be done easily, quickly and without tools.
- both the floorboard 40 and the cross member 12 is shown as solid profiles for ease of illustration.
- the cross member 12 may as well as the side members 11 as ⁇ down) open, eg U-shaped profiles, or be designed as hollow profiles.
- the substructure element may be provided for receiving floorboards 40 with hollow or hollow sections.
- the floorboards 40 may, for example, be produced by extrusion from a mixture of lignocellulose-containing natural fibers and plastic.
- FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of a substructure element.
- the substructure element shown here corresponds to that of the previous figures, the description of which is therefore referred to here.
- the feet 20 here have an internal thread into which helical height adjusters 22 are screwed.
- the height adjuster 22 have a Tellerfuß as a support surface and, not visible here, at the opposite end a tool holder, for example, a screw, a funnelschraubschlitz, a hexagon socket or a réelleviel leopard.
- openings 21 are provided in the upper side of the grid body 10 at corresponding actuators opposite the feet 20.
- the substructure element can be aligned horizontally by means of the height adjuster 22 with little effort even in a non-planar ground.
- the height adjuster 22 can be produced inexpensively as a one-piece injection molded parts, which can be used as the material plastic or a mixture of natural and artificial materials as the grid body 10.
- a plurality of substructure elements can be placed in the direction of the transverse and longitudinal members together. Each substructure element then represents a kind of floor tile with which the ground is tiled.
- the substructure elements can be provided with stops as shown above in the exemplary embodiments in such a manner that floorboards are only executed over the length of a substructure element.
- the substructure elements have only one side stops at the ends of the side members or also have no attacks, so that floorboards run lengthwise over several substructure elements.
- connecting elements can be provided at the ends of the transverse and longitudinal members, which engage in complementary connecting elements of adjacent substructure elements and thus fix the substructure elements laterally against each other.
- a positive connection can be achieved by connecting elements in the manner of a dovetail connection. This results in a composite of substructure elements in which a parallel alignment of the substructure elements and thus the floorboards is given to each other even with large-scale installation.
