Abstract

L'invention concerne un tuyau d'acier contenant du chrome pour une canalisation, qui présente une résistance mécanique élevée de grade X65 à X80, une excellente ténacité, une résistance à la corrosion, une résistance à la fissuration par corrosion sous contrainte par les sulfures, et une excellente résistance à la fissuration par corrosion intergranulaire sous contrainte au niveau d'une partie affectée par la chaleur de soudage. Spécifiquement, on utilise une composition contenant, en pourcentage massique, 0,001-0,015 % de C, 0,05-0,50 % de Si, 0,10-2,0 % de Mn, 0,001-0,10 % d'Al, 15,0-18,0 % de Cr, 2,0-6,0 % de Ni, 1,5-3,5 % de Mo, 0,001-0,20 % de V, et pas plus de 0,015 % de N, de manière à satisfaire l'équation Cr+Mo+0,4W+0,3Si-43,5C-0,4Mn-Ni-0,3Cu-9N = 11,5-13,3.
