Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé dans lequel des pièces de polyuréthanne à revêtement textile sont fabriquées au moyen d'un moule ouvert. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que, pendant une étape initiale, préalablement au versement du polyuréthanne liquide à l'intérieur du moule ouvert, une partie principale (4) d'un corps laminaire textile (5) recouvre une surface frontale (3) du fond du moule ouvert (1), une surface frontale (3) étant incorporée dans une partie mobile (2) du moule ouvert (1), ladite partie mobile (2) étant pendant l'étape initiale déplacée par rapport au reste du moule ouvert (1). En revanche, pendant une étape postérieure, la partie mobile (2) est déplacée pour être placée dans une position définitive par rapport au reste du moule ouvert (1) pour procéder par la suite au versement du polyuréthanne liquide, le reste du corps laminaire textile (5) étant situé hors de l'espace intérieur du moule ouvert (1).
