Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fishing hook that does not have a wide tap at the end portion on the side of Chimoto and a method for manufacturing the same.
- a tap 3 ′ formed wider and wider than the shaft 2 ′ for connecting the fishing line 5 ′ is provided on the tip side of the upper portion (axis for connecting the fishing line, Chimoto). ing. That is, the fishing line 5 'tied to the shaft 2' stops at the tap 3 'so as not to come off from the upper part of the fishing hook 1'.
- the fishing bait 8' will not rise to the tip on the side of the chimoto, and the fish hook 1 'cannot be completely hidden by the fishing bait 8'.
- this type of fishhook requires the fishing line to be tied with an outer hook or an inner hook, and takes time and effort if not used.
- the fishing line wound around the outer peripheral surface of the fishhook in such a manner has a disadvantage that it may be bitten by the fish and cut.
- the fishhook described in the following Patent Document 1 solves the above-mentioned problems.
- the fishhook 11' can be completely hidden by inserting the bait 18 'to the tip on the chimoto side.
- the fishing bait 18 ′ can be hung on the protrusions 17 ′ so as not to slide down. Further, when the fishing line 15 ′ is connected between the through hole 14 ′ and the recess 16 ′, the fishing line 15 ′ can be prevented from being exposed to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 12 ′ and being bitten by the fish. There is also an advantage that it is easy to insert even the tip of the.
- the fishing hook 11 ′ described in Patent Document 1 is formed by forming a tapered surface portion, a through hole 14 ′, a concave portion 16 ′, and the like using a press die, and therefore has a production preparation period (mold production time). It was long and the manufacturing cost tended to be high.
- the invention according to the claims provides a fishing hook that can insert fishing bait to the tip of the chimoto side without a wide tap as described above, and provides a fishing hook that can be manufactured more easily and at low cost, and a method for manufacturing the same. Objective.
- the fishing hook of the present invention is flattened on the side of the upper side (the end of the shaft on the side of the shaft or the tip of the extension line is referred to as “upper”) by hitting or shaving the shaft.
- two holes (or through holes) that pass through the shaft sideways (perpendicular to the length direction of the shaft portion) from the flat surface are spaced vertically.
- a fishhook 1 shown in FIG. 1 is an example of a fishhook according to the above-described invention.
- a flat surface 3 is formed on an upper side portion of the shaft 2, and a hole 4 b and two protrusions 7 are formed.
- the flat surface 3 is formed substantially parallel to a plane including a so-called Futokoro curve and a needle tip.
- the flat surface 13 provided on the side portion of the shaft 12 may be formed substantially perpendicularly to the plane including the Futokoro curve or the like (that is, in the same direction as in the example of FIG. 8).
- the fishhook is formed as described above, since there is no wide tap, it is possible to insert the bait up to the tip of the shaft, and the entire fishhook can be covered with the bait. Moreover, since it has a hole and two upward protrusions in the upper part of the shaft as described above, there are the following merits. That is, ⁇ The inserted bait can be attached to the projections so that they are not easily removed. -When the fishing line is passed through the hole from above the shaft and tied between the two protrusions, the fishing line does not shift from side to side due to the protrusions. If the fishing line does not deviate from side to side, the fishing line is not exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft, so that the fishing line is prevented from being broken by the fish.
- the fishing line tied to the hole as described above from above the shaft does not swell to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft, so that the fishing bait can be inserted more smoothly. Furthermore, since the fishhook can be formed with a general processing tool without using a special press die, the preparation period for production can be shortened and the production cost can be reduced. In particular, the hole for tying the fishing line and the two protrusions that hold the fishing bait and prevent the tied fishing line from slipping are cut so as to cross one of the holes. Since it forms simultaneously by simple processing, it can be said that it brings about the remarkable effect which shortens the manufacturing flow of a fishhook significantly.
- the fishing hook of the present invention is such that the edge of the hole and the end of the cut shaft (that is, the edge of the projection, etc.) are removed from the burr (the protruding edge at the time of processing) to round the corner. preferable. If the burr generated by the cutting process is left as it is, the fishing line may be cut by the burr. In particular, when a fish caught on a fishhook is picked up, the fishing line comes into strong contact with the edge of the hole, so that it is easy to break. However, such inconvenience can be eliminated by using a fishing hook from which burrs are removed as described above.
- burrs In order to remove burrs, it is preferable to immerse a part or all of the fish hook including the edge of the drilled hole and the end of the cut shaft in a chemical solution (corrosive solution). This is because burrs generated by drilling or cutting can be easily and uniformly removed by immersing a fishhook in the chemical solution. Further, since it is possible to perform a deburring process for a large number of fishhooks in a single process, such a fishhook is advantageous in terms of cost.
- a chemical solution corrosive solution
- burrs In order to remove burrs, it is more preferable to chamfer the edge of the drilled hole and the end of the cut shaft so that part or all of the fishhook is immersed in the chemical solution. In this way, burrs are reliably and quickly removed, so that such a fishing hook can more reliably prevent the fishing line from being broken by the edge of the hole.
- burrs To remove burrs, chamfer the edge of the hole and the end of the cut shaft, quench the fish hook, and then immerse part or all of the fish hook in a chemical solution. If it is what was made, it is especially preferable. If chamfering is performed on the edge of the hole and the end of the shaft before immersing in the chemical solution, it is possible to remove the burrs reliably and quickly as described above. This is because the deburring of a certain amount or more can be quickly performed by machining such as chamfering, and the burrs can be removed so as not to leave behind (forgetting) the soaked portions by soaking in a chemical solution. However, the fishing hook is hardened depending on its material, and its hardness often changes greatly before and after quenching.
- the chamfering process can be performed more efficiently before quenching because the material of the fishhook is relatively soft. Therefore, it is advantageous to perform quenching after the chamfering process. Then, if it is immersed in a chemical solution after quenching, deburring can be performed particularly smoothly as a whole.
- the tip of the fishing line is passed from above to the hole for tying the fishing line through, and the tip is pulled up again and wound around the fishing line, so that it is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft.
- the fishing bait can be smoothly covered up to the tip of the shaft because the outer peripheral surface of the shaft does not bulge due to the fishing line. The inconvenience that the fishing line is broken by the fish is less likely to occur.
- knots There are so-called clinch knots, uni knots, and other (so-called figure-eight knots) knots as the above-described knotting methods, and these may be used for the fishing hook of the invention.
- These tying methods are suitable as tying methods in which the outer peripheral surface of the shaft cannot be swollen by a fishing line, can be easily and easily performed by anyone, and are excellent in that there is little variation in binding strength.
- outer hook and the inner hook are those for wrapping a fishing line around the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion of the fishhook, the above-described effects are not brought about by them.
- the method of manufacturing a fishhook according to the invention forms a flat surface on the upper side by tapping or shaving the shaft, and then opens two holes penetrating the flat surface at intervals up and down. By cutting a part of the shaft so that it crosses the hole, the hole for tying the fishing line and the bait can be hooked, and the tied fishing line can be prevented from shifting from the top of the shaft. An upward projection is formed on the upper part of the shaft. According to such a manufacturing method, the above-described fishing hook can be appropriately manufactured. And since the characteristic part of the said fishhook can be formed only with a general processing tool, without using a special press type
- the hole for tying the fishing line and the two protrusions that hold the fishing bait and prevent the tied fishing line from slipping are cut so as to cross one of the holes. Since they are formed simultaneously by simple processing, the manufacturing flow of the fishhook is greatly shortened, enabling simple and efficient manufacturing.
- burrs In order to remove burrs, the edge of the hole and the end of the cut shaft are chamfered, the fishhook is quenched, and then part or all of the fishhook is chemically treated. It is preferable to immerse in a liquid. In this way, burrs are reliably and rapidly removed by machining such as chamfering and chemical treatment with liquid. Moreover, since the chamfering is performed before quenching, it can be smoothly performed before the hardness of the edge portion and the like is increased, and the burr removal operation can be made more efficient as a whole.
- the fishing bait can be inserted to the tip of the shaft and the entire fishing hook can be covered with the bait; b) the inserted fishing bait can be hooked on the protruding portion of the shaft and removed.
- the fishing line can be tied to the top of the shaft so that it does not shift to the left or right (side of the shaft), so that it is prevented from being cut by the fish.
- FIG. 1A is an overall perspective view of a fishing hook 1 showing an embodiment of the invention
- FIG. 1B is an enlarged side view showing an upper portion of a shaft 2.
- FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (e) are diagrams showing a procedure when the fishing line 5 is tied to the fishing hook 1 with a clinch knot.
- 6 (a) to 6 (d) are diagrams showing a procedure when the fishing line 5 is tied to the fishhook 1 with a uni knot.
- the fishhook 1 shown in FIG. 1 has the following shape.
- the flat surface 3 formed in the upper part of the shaft 2 is provided with a through hole 4b for connecting a fishing line.
- the flat surface 3 is formed so as to spread toward the tip of the shaft 2 at two positions 180 ° apart on the side surface of the shaft 2, unlike a conventional wide tap (for example, reference numeral 3 ′ in FIG. 7).
- the portion between the two flat surfaces 3 is tapered such that the thickness gradually decreases upward.
- an arc-shaped recess 6 and a protrusion 7 protruding upward on the left and right sides are formed.
- This fishhook 1 is manufactured according to the steps 1 to 6 shown in FIG. That is,
- Step 1 The upper surface of the shaft 2 of the fishhook 1 shown in FIG. 3 (a) is hit with a press or the like to form a flat surface 3 as shown in FIG. 3 (b).
- the flat surface 3 is formed with a gentle taper toward the tip of the shaft 2 so that no step is generated on the side surface of the shaft 2.
- the flat surface 3 may be formed by scraping with a file, a grindstone or the like instead of being formed by hitting.
- Step 2 As shown in FIG. 3 (c), two holes 4a and 4b penetrating the flat surface 3 are opened at intervals. Although not shown, two or more holes may be provided.
- Step 3 According to FIGS. 3C and 3D, the shaft 2 is cut so as to cross the upper hole 4a in the vicinity of the center thereof, and the vicinity of the upper end portion thereof is excised. When there are two or more holes, the shaft 2 is cut with at least one hole left below, and a part thereof is cut off.
- Step 4 Chamfering is performed on both edges of the hole 4b and the recess 6. This is because, when tension is applied to the fishing line 5 connected to the hole 4b and the recessed part 6, the fishing line 5 is prevented from being broken by being in strong contact with the edges thereof.
- Step 5 After quenching the fishhook 1 after the above process, immerse it in a corrosive solution (chemical solution).
- a corrosive solution chemical solution
- the burr (not shown) generated in the hole 4b, the edge of the recess 6 or the cut portion of the shaft 2 is removed by the processing in steps 4 and 5, so that the fishing line 5 can be more reliably prevented from being cut.
- said step 4 can also be abbreviate
- Step 6 Plate fishhook 1 after removing burrs. Corrosion resistance is improved by nickel plating, tin plating, galvanization, etc., and generation of rust due to seawater is prevented. In addition, coating with a resin film or the like is performed as necessary.
- the manufacturing process of the fishhook 1 of FIG. 1 has been described above, but the manufacturing procedure is the same for the fishhook 11 in which the orientation of the flat surface 13 is 90 ° different from that of the fishhook 1 of FIG. 1 as shown in FIG. That is, the process according to the above steps 1 to 6 is performed on the shaft 12 on which the needle roller, the needle tip, the edge, etc. are formed.
- the flat surface 13 is formed in the upper part of the axis
- the position and shape of the recess 16 and the protrusion 17 with respect to the flat surface 13 and the hole 14b are the same as those in the fishhook 1 of FIG.
- FIG. 5 shows a knotting method called clinch knot.
- the tip 5a of the fishing line 5 is passed through the hole 4b from above the shaft 2 of the fishhook 1 (FIG. 5 (a)) and then pulled upward again (FIG. 5 (b)).
- the ring portion 5b formed at the bottom is passed (FIG.
- the knot 5c is drawn so as to be in close contact with the recess 6 at the tip of the shaft 2 (FIG. 5E).
- the tip portion 5a ahead of the knot 5c is cut to an appropriate length.
- the tip portion 5a after passing through the ring portion 5b may be further drawn through the ring formed on the ring portion 5b.
- the fishing line 5 When tied in this way, the fishing line 5 is tied between the hole 4b and the recess 6 and does not swell on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 2. Therefore, the fishing bait 8 can be smoothly inserted to the upper end of the shaft 2 as shown in FIG. Since the protrusions 7 are formed on both sides at the upper end of the shaft 2, the fishing bait 8 can be hooked on them. Further, since the projections 7 are on both sides, the fishing line 5 on the recess 6 is not easily shifted left and right, and the fishing line 5 does not come off the recess 6 even when the fish caught on the fishhook 1 moves violently.
- FIG. 6 shows how to tie a fishing line using a uni knot.
- the tip 5a of the fishing line 5 (Harris) is passed through the hole 4b of the fishhook 1, and the tip 5a is folded back to form a ring 5b (FIG. 6 (a)). Wrap the tip 5a around the resulting ring 5b twice (FIG. 6 (b)), moisten the fishing line 5 with a brim, etc.
- the shaft 2 is cut so as to cross the vicinity of the center of the upper hole 4a.
- the shaft 2 is cut at a position higher than the vicinity of the center. Also good.
- the height of the projection 7 with respect to the recess 6 is increased, and the fishing line is more difficult to shift to the right and left, and the apex side of the projection 7 and the curve of the recess 6 form acute corners so There is an advantage that fishing bait can be attached to.
- the fishhook and the manufacturing method thereof according to the invention can be advantageously used industrially in the technical field of fishhook manufacturing.

Abstract
